I went to Novus, Port Orchard today, with a nasty rock chip in my windshield. I was amazed on how good of a job they did. I was planning on replacing my very high tech, expensive windshield in the spring but now you can barely see the chip. They even washed the inside of the windshield. Very pleased, well worth the money.

The staff there is awesome!! Very clean waiting room with great music playing.Finally got my window to go up and down. Shout out to John!! Highly recommend them.

I needed two of my vehicles worked on...they did a fantastic job and price was great....I recommend to anyone who needs a windsheild replaced! I love supporting my local small businesses!

I always go to Novus when I have a window issue. I reccomend them to all my friends as well. Locally owned and always willing to help you out at fare pricing. They keep me updated if the cost changes or they find something during the job. After job clean up is always great , returning my car back to me with the shiniest of windows and the faintest of smells of the glass cleaner they use, that I love so much. If it came in a fragrance tree I would by it cause it smells so clean and gets/makes the windows shine.

It turns out that we were to far away to use there car window replacement service or crash wrap for our window while we were on vacation. Amanda made a few phone calls on our behalf to get us a temporary solution of a crash wrap closer to where we were staying. She made a bad experience of someone breaking into my car and breaking the window into a much better day, so we can now drive home. Your customer service was outstanding!!! Thank you.

Any time my family has needed the Port Orchard Novus, the entire staff have always been amazing! They are fast, flexible, kind, sincere, upfront and honest about time and prices, and simply incredibly helpful for myself and my Mom over the last 4+ years. We have had to make several visits to them for several reasons. We have had a shattered rear window replaced from storm damage, side windows replaced from burglary, 2 windshields damaged from road items hitting them replaced.They have quick and easy appointment making, and will help handle insurance paperwork. They have a comfortable lobby if you have to wait while your services are done with ACTUALLY comfortable chairs, variety of charging cables if you need them, and variety of beverages including many hot teas, cider and coffee. (Pic included)They offer a vast number of services beyond the ones mentioned above. The Aquapel window treatment is PHENOMENAL and well worth it! I recently drove home from Spokane during a heavy rains storm and I rarely needed my wiper blades.I understand why they have all the numerous awards they have received and show off in the lobby. (Pic of a few included)I recommend THIS Novus to any of my friends any time I hear they need window type repairs or services.

Got a chip 10 miles from Port Orchard Novus repair on our way to a family Christmas gathering ; called Novus and they got us right in. Such a clean, friendly shop nestled in this beautiful inlet town. Also, we were recommended a great little breakfast nook a mile away. Such a great start to a wonderful vacation. Thanks Novus!

The window itself was the correct one looks fine after installation, they removed the duct tape residue from the door also. Was done through insurance, the work done in less than 2 hours. It seemed efficient, I took a walk during the work as half of staff did not wear masks when inside with customers...The repair staff damaged the window switch when removing the door panel, breaking the small plastic retainer tab so it no longer stays in place... I know they can be a pain to remove, and just break sometimes no matter how careful, but they did not inform me of it when returning my vehicle had to have known it broke as it now easily drops in and out without any tension or "clip" action. They also did not replace one of the small door panel pins that is clearly visible... I have before and after photos to show it was there before... I will be replacing the parts myself as I no longer trust them with my business.Service: Auto side window replacement

Always quick, patient service and quality work. They've replaced cracked windshields for me and even popped a casing back in after some unfortunate events occurred while towing some long lumber... They enjoyed that one because it was original ;)

Definitely do not recommend. We brought our truck in to have the windshield replaced. That part was fine. However they broke the dash in the process and didn't tell us about it. They let us drive away. We noticed it shortly after pulling out, turned around and took it back. They said they would fix it but it would be a week before they could get us in. Ok fine. We bring it back the following week, they do the dash, we go to pick it up, they scratched up the rest of the dash that didn't get replaced!!!!! We just left. We weren't willing to give them another chance to "fix" it.

I went in to get my windshield chips repaired. I was in and out in under an hour and I didn't have to pay a thing because they got my insurance to waive the deductible.One thing I did learn though is that they can't make the chip completely disappear. I can still see a tiny bit of it. But the repair guarantees that it won't crack.

My car recently got broken into at the Bremerton YMCA. Glass shattered and everywhere from my driver's side window. They immediately took me in, cleaned the glass they could find, and placed a new window. Thank you!

Wife stopped by to get a windshield chip fixed, and Dani was very helpful. She called my insurance company and got my deductible waved so the repair cost me nothing. And they got the chip fixed right away so my wife was back on the road very quickly.The repair was so well done I can't find any indication of where it even was now. It's like a new windshield.Very happy with Novus, they'll be my go to for any glass repairs in the future.Service: Auto windshield repair

Google says closes at 12. Website says closes at noon. Answering machine says closes at 2p. We showed up at 11 after calling several times and they were closed no notice anywhere that they were closing outside normal hours. As business owner, my clients are always updated if I m closing unexpectedly. Now a two hour trip and fuel for a big rig wasted. Not cool. Should have had a notice somewhere.

A bit more then I would like to spend, be reasonable and quick . Not exactly OEM equivalent glass as for my Lexus but good enough just as well. The glass they provided had the exact same UV rating as the other glass that is OEM. No complaint so far!

Always a great place when I have damaged glass. 3 new windshields in different vehicles, damn rocks being kicked up, couldn't be happier. If you have an insurance claim for glass breakage, these are the people to go to.

They done a great job! It was beyond my expectations! Thank you and Happy Holidays! I was able to come to them in 15 minutes after a small rock cracked my windshield on a Saturday morning. My truck was brand new, had it for 1.5 months. I don't have an "after" pic but here is the "before" pic.

I was told that ordered windshield for my coach was ready. I met the owner Cheryl who attempted to drive the motor home poorly by releasing parking break before starting engine or knowing if there is air in the break system. She then drove the coach over the edge of the pavement. A few days later I was informed the windshield did not fit. I was forced to leave the coach at their shop for over 2 weeks as it was not derivable. Cheryl refused to call the manufacturer of the coach stating it takes a long time on hold and she would not follow recommended windshield installation recommendation by the manufacturer. Cheryl continued to tell me non truths throughout my dealings with her meanwhile demonstrating poor knowledge in dealing with RVs. She insisted that the glass she ordered was OEM which I requested 3 times before taking my coach there.I order the windshield which was installed by their tech Ryan. He gets 5 stars for following manufacturer instructions and doing an excellent job. The staff were always friendly and the place was clean and bright.I believe these people do a good job on car windshields but with the exception of Ryan have no clear ideas about motor coaches. If you want to have your RV stay there without a windshield for over 2 weeks this is the place for you.

Took my car to the local shop. Was told they could replace the windshield AND re-calibrate my fancy shmancy Eyesight for my Subaru. However, their machine didn't work, which meant many car functions also would not work - cruise, android auto, etc.Took it to another company 30 minutes farther away for the calibration, but that was a mess as had to duke it out with insurance so didn't have to pay the deductible twice. Well, had to pay 2nd deductible anyway then get reimbursed. Hope I do or I'm switching. Upshot, cost me another trip to town and 60 minutes driving and half a day. C'mon guys, you can do better!Service: Auto windshield replacement

They have taken care of me several times over the years now (windshield rock dings and a couple window replacements). They are the best. Great service, friendly, quick, knowledgeable. Plus my windshield never looks as clean as when I leave there!

Been here years ago and recently returned. They were open on Saturday and replaced the windshield on my truck. Friendly staff and great, clean, professional work. They offer Veterans discount too.

Due to Covid-19 I dropped in after the newly posted hours, however, they still had a customer finishing up their repairs. Cheryl, the owner, immediately looked at the chip in my windshield and told me it should be covered by my insurance. She called the insurance company and we got the repair approved on the spot. Cheryl did the repair after hours and got us on our way within a half hour. The service was friendly, helpful and very professional.

My car was broken into and some of the options we were looking into were over 800 dollars. Novus Glass fixed my window in one hour at WAY less (I didn't have to pay even HALF of what I would of if I went somewhere else). They even cleaned the glass inside my car for me. Amanda at the front desk was amazing, super nice and super easy! THANK YOU

The staff at Novus Glass was extremely nice and accommodating. I came in shortly before they closed and they still gave me exceptional service. The work they did for me (fixing a rock chip in my windshield) was extremely good and it is now hardly noticeable. I highly recommend Novus!

I am not happy with the Novus glass replacement at 851 Bethel Rd., Port Orchard Washington. I took my suburban there to have windshield replacement and when I picked it up there was an old Ford pick up parked so close to my vehicle and I couldn t understand why no other vehicles around and I had to bend down at my age to crawl inside my drivers door and get in. And the owner is very rude she is not nice at all. And when I got my vehicle there was glass pieces on my leather seats driver side and passenger side . I could not believe my eyes. Very unprofessional. And all of my vents had been moved and I still do not understand why when they re replacing a windshield. I will never use this location again, and I will never referred them ever. Very rude and unprofessional.

They were quick and efficient. Fixed my chip in my windshield which is what I wanted. Cost was about $76.
