Shawn (the shop Manager) took good care of me. Was very professional and patient with me. I didn t leave there feeling like he was trying to upsell parts or pay for unnecessary and or excessive parts and labor needed on my vehicle. He was honest, friendly and authentic. I will be returning to them if I run into a problem or repair that s beyond my own mechanical capabilities.

Brian and his team went above and beyond. Had all tires replaced at a great price. Awesome customer service. I did not have my phone on me at the time of service so when I did get back to it, the 'Midas Courtesy Check' text was amazing and unexpected. They checked everything, fluids, filters, brakes, drive line, shocks/struts, battery and more, complete with pictures of items inspected. It showed more than just putting on new tires but caring of my car's over all condition and safety for me and my family. Thank you! I highly recommend these guys !!

We got excellent customer service when purchasing a new set of tires and a front end alignment from Brian and his crew on my sons Ford Ranger. They got the work done in one day and had helpful advice for the future maintenance of the vehicle. They are a full service shop not just a place to buy tires. If your vehicle is having a need for some TLC let them check into it. They will get you back on the road and you can feel confident in their repairs.

This place is absolutely amazing! I was passing through and had a blow out, the place was packed, but I was still able to get my tires replaced! Brian and Dan were a great help and the digital inspection was very nice. Thank you all so much for the help!

Port Orchard Midas is truly informative and professional. They don't make any car maintenance and repair seem overwhelming or frivolous! Recommend checking them out when you have car issues or a simple question! Also Sean and manager is great!

Excellent customer service given by Josh. I came in for an oil change and needed a few more things done on my truck and they did it all around an hour. He also let me know specials and gave me a quote on a new set of tires.

Got my first oil change with Midas which was fast and had a vehicle inspection of whatever else I needed to service my vehicle. The guys were really helpful I highly recommend Midas in Port Orchard. I have been going to Midas for the last 7 years for all of my car needs. They have always been honest and helpful (I know very little about cars). I have been to other shops that tried to make me pay for something they did wrong/broke.1/27/24Speedy work done on my oil change today and for a decent price Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

I will never go there again.Spent nearly 3 hours - mind you, I had an appointment- waiting and only got a quote for the work that needs done.I left, with a nearly $1000 quote, then went to Les Schwab and had the same work COMPLETED in 45 minutes for $300 less.While i was there I heard several other quotes that were completely outrageous.Not only are they extremely overpriced and insanely slow, they told me about a specific part that needed replaced, thinking I didn't know the difference (Im guessing because i'm just a little ol' woman), and showed me the item that needed replaced - and it wasn't even the correct model for my car!!!TRUST MATTERS

The staff always gets my car in at the appointment time. The work is done perfectly. They are knowledgeable and friendly and the prices are pretty fair.

I had a coolant & anti freeze leak, and no shop in own or the county would be able to get me in ASAP. Midas in Port Orchard did.From the moment I got a call from Shawn he was able to book me within an hour. The crew did a diagnostic check to see what was happening, tell me what was wrong, & able to absolutely fix it.I'll admit, the cost was more than I wanted, but less than I anticipated, which was fine with me given I was happy to have the coolant leak repaired. I also did feel I got my military discount taken off after adding on the part I need. However, I was more thankful I was able to fix it immediately.Thank you Shawn for being able to get my car checked out, understanding how desperately I needed it done, and getting it fixed right away.

I gave 2 stars because they kept me somewhat informed, but I came here to get a diagnostic on my engine, transmission, and powersteering and after all that I knew I had a Transmission issue but they never gave me anything on what was actually wrong with it, they only recommended things I should do like Transmission service but I already had one then they tried to push me to get my whole Transmission replaced, when they weren't honest with me because I later found out I was simply extremely low on Transmission liquid, and they want to give these insane labor cost for something they couldn't even figure out for me and they took 5 days to do something that was suppose to take 2 hours I had to keep calling them to check there progress so they lost my trust and a customer.

I called with brake booster and master cylinder replace. They had the parts and got me in the same day. Turns out just the master cylinder needed to be replace. Didn t try to do both and rip me off. They we re quick and friendly..

Came in at one pm today for a flat tire. They quoted me for 30 bucks (2017 Nissan rogue). Done within a couple hours. Not bad for a walk in on a busy Saturday. When I came back for pick up, I noticed they put the spare tire back along with all the other equipment used to change a tire while on the road. It s the little things that matter. Service: Tires

This place was phenomenal! They went over their pricing before I accepted the job to be done. It was WAY better than what the Jeep dealership gave me on paper, that they didn t go over with me personally. They did a courtesy inspection of my Jeep and I was amazed that they provided photos when they sent me my results of the inspection and what actually needed to be taken care of on my Jeep. Their customer service was great and overall they did an amazing job! I really appreciated their service and most definitely go back again!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought my car in for an oil change at Midas. It had been my oil change place for several years. I got a call shortly after drop off telling me they couldn't open the hood. I told them the last time the hood was opened was 6 months before for an oil change at that same Midas. They insisted that they needed to charge me to fix the hood latch mechanism, which they were last to use. I refused to be charged for a problem that almost certainly they had accidentally created (remember the hood hadn't been opened)! Upon picking up the car there is now a loose cable sticking out where it was attached to the latch and the hood is super tight to the car frame. Neither of these was the case when I dropped off. THEY BROKE THE LATCH AND THEN TRIED TO CHARGE ME TO FIX IT! Unbelievable!Service: Oil change

I want to say thank you to the workers here at the Midas located in Port Orchard. I needed assistance with one of my window wipers and discovered that a model I had previously bought did indeed fit thanks to one of their workers(and desk) spending the time to help me figure it out. I recommend them to anyone who wants friendly customer service whoare more than willing to go above and beyond even for simple things. Thank you again.
