TL;DR My WRX got a FULL detail from Luigi s. Interior and exterior. A clay bar treatment and a 3 year ceramic coat. Amazing price, amazing quality, and amazing customer service! I definitely recommend this place for auto detailing!In October 2022 I came to Luigi s based on a recommendation from a neighbor. I just moved to WA and didn t know anyone or any reputable shops that I knew so I took the recommendations regardless of the few reviews (at the time there weren t many yet) and was pleasantly surprised!As a background, my car had been in a bad accident and wasn t repaired/restored well at all. The collision repair shop left a lot of buffing compound on places, had overspray everywhere, even managed to get some glue into my leather seats (into those tiny holes). My car was absolutely disgusting and I was embarrassed at how dirty it was inside and out. I used to absolutely adore my car and keep it prestige and immaculate.I brought my car to Luis s shop and the two of them took a day essentially revived my car and made me passionate about it again. They steam cleaned the leather seats and were able to remove the adhesive and glue that was in the leather holes. The leather itself was revived and seemed much healthier (not dry or faded?). The carpets were shampooed, and the entire interior was cleaned and polished.The exterior took a lot of work. Like, A LOT. they were able to get all of the overspray off of my windows and able to get all of that dried buffing compound off (impressive bc that was rock hard, had been there for months ). The car was washed, claybared and washed again.Additionally I let him use his newly earned ceramic coat certification on my car to put a 3-year coat on my car. From my point of view he couldn t make the car worse than I left it I was SO HAPPY with how it came out. I ve always wanted to get a ceramic coat on my car and wow they absolutely nailed it.It s been 4 months since then and I drive 60+ miles a day. The coat is still going strong, water still beads off my windshield, and simple washes (no touch washes, just spray) get absolutely everything off of the car - no ghostly dirty areas around the wheels or rear bumper either!I cannot recommend Luigi s more. I was extremely pleased with the price point and the quality of work. They were extremely gracious and helped me out with drop off and pick up too. I will bring my car back and any of my future cars back. We purchased an interior detail service as a gift to my in-laws. The service my in-laws received was excellent and they loved the results. They came to my in-laws house and did all of the work on site, in their garage. I would definitely recommend Luigis for any mobile detailing you need!

Great experience, needed our older SUV interior cleaned and carpets shampooed, took us in on short notice and did an incredible job, and for a very fair price, inside looks and smells brand new. Will be taking all of our vehicles to Luigis, do not go anywhere else, this place is worth it and Luis is a great young man who is doing a great job with this company. Luigis did a fantastic job on my mother's 2015 Honda Accord L. The seats and console headrest was badly stained and smell. Now it looks like new. Luigi's work was incredible. With the hot weather a soda had exploded inside my car and it was everywhere. Luigi took the time to steam clean my seats, carpets, and head liner. Everything else was cleaned and polished. His attention to detail on the interior was greatly appreciated. The exterior of my car looked better than the day I purchased my car! The team was quick and responsive to finding a time to detail my car. They showed up on time and did excellent on the interior detail and shampoo. The team also advised additional steps I could take to keep things in top shape. Great service! Luis was super friendly and did an excellent job detailing the interior of my Jeep Wrangler. His care and attention to detail was impeccable. The interior of my jeep was so clean, it felt like I just picked it up from the dealer the day I bought it. I felt bad for even sitting in it! The only reason for 4 stars is some debris left behind but I believe this was due to a mobile detail rather than at the shop.I had spots on my leather seat from a spray cleaner and they are no more! My car smelled great and looked wonderful!The dog wasn't to happy but that's because the plastic protector was so clean that he was sliding around!Will be using again after hunting season to clean my husband's truck!Service: Auto detailing

Wonderfully positive experience! I was intimidated looking for detailers. Luigis Autowerks popped up as mobile. I needed a deep-detail on an Outback and a Forester. I emailed Luis for a price quote, and received a prompt, friendly, and clear response. Luis was flexible with my schedule and stayed in touch about other questions. Luis and Gisela showed up right on time and were very courteous, respectful, COVID-cautious, and so friendly! Luis took time and really listened to our main concerns. They absolutely went above and beyond working hard on a double-car appointment. They hit every nook and cranny and even threw in some extras. So fun to work with, too! I ran over paint that had been spelt on the road and splashed up onto my truck. He cleaned all surfaces, Including wheel wells, mud flaps and tires. He finished the job by polishing and my truck has never looked better. He is a nice friendly man and I We'll be using his services again.

Man, my car was fighting for it's life before I went to see Luigi. I literally picked up my car when it was done, and I thought Luigi switched my car with someone else's!!! There was NO way that he was able to bring my car back to life! Dog hair, coffee messes, crumbs from my toddler, you name it- It was in my car as a mess.I will NOT be going to anyone else, I will be going to Luigi ALWAYS MOVING FORWARD!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
