These guys are awesome. They are my go to for mechanical repairs. If fact they are going to figure out what's going on with ALL my rear lights that quit at the same time. And they will be replacing my water pump, which is leaking. Their prices are very reasonable and they stand behind their work.

When my timing belt snapped, they fit me in on the next business day and had that and the water pump fixed by the day after. Kept me informed all throughout the process, didn't overcharge, and didn't replace things that didn't need to be. These guys are great at what they do! The guys had to take time to make sure they didn t damage the inside of my car with the install they did! Great customer service provided by Rachel! It wasn't car hops fault. Work you have said and supposedly done for 2 other vehicle not from car hop is sub par at best. My dodge still since accident doesn't work right but was felt to be something I did wrong.y daughters Nissan after having work done there via tune up timing belt and water pump decide to over heat on her way to dialysis and seize the motor leaving her stranded on side of I-5. The wife's car from car hop was suppose to have alternator water pump and axle seal replaced along with the evap problem. One year later I have done the water pump myself since it went out the axle seal that was supposedly replaced isstill leaking and the evap is still an issue. There was no follow through for the warranty items. Car hop when I bought the car covered everything on there side as long as they got the call from Lincoln.Services: Transmission, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Wheel alignment
