All of the staff were extremely nice, professional, and helpful. As a young woman, I truthfully don t know a lot about cars and I felt like they took the time to explain things to me and make sure I had everything I needed. They even went as far as to install my windshield wipers that I had previously bought because I wasn t sure how to. I will definitely be returning to this location, this staff is amazing!

I just wanted an oil change. The tried to open my locked glove box, to get to the cabin air filter. I had to say don't bother.$107 for an oil change, including $6 to top off the coolant.

Very friendly! They got my coolant filled up and we're honest with my about my oil and how much longer I can go without a change and even showed me the oil stick!

The location on bethel is phenomenal because of its employees. 3 times I have gone to the location near Fred Meyer and am always disappointed in the customer service and the knowledge of the employees. This location should be a training hub. Great customer service!!!!

5 star experience! Kind friendly staff willing to answer all my questions! They replaced an air filter we didn t even know existed the other oil places never even mentioned it! Wiped all the windows & vacuumed out the car!! They treated my family great! My 3 y/o loved reading magazines & dancing around their lobby too! Came in on a rainy Saturday and Jacob and the team were awesome. My wife and I were in and out of there in 30 mins or less and everyone was super professional and friendly. I live down the road and this will be our oil change location from now on.

Jason and his staff were amazing! They were friendly the moment I arrived to ask for an oil change. They were thorough and provided recommendations. But weren't pushy on it. I like that I was able to see what was going on during my visit. I've had my oil changes at other businesses in the area and they NEVER once checked my cabin and air filter. This place runs like a well oiled machine. The men that work there are so extremely professional, prompt and friendly! I genuinely was blown away by what a great experience I had there. My oil needed to be changed and it was so bad the operator suggested we do an engine flush. They also suggested my air filters be changed as I complained that the car smelled during warmer months. They did all of this very efficiently and it was a no nonsense atmosphere. The gentleman Joe who did my filters asked me how my day was and we had a nice chat. The other workers also very friendly and fast! I'll never go anywhere else. I hope these guys are paid well because they genuinely deserve it! My husband and I have been getting our oil changes for all of our vehicles at this location, and every single time we've gone in their service has been excellent! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth. I would definitely recommend them for your oil changes.

Haven't been to a Jiffy Lube in a long time! They were efficient and friendly, and I didn't feel pressured to agree to any work beyond what I came in for. Offered me a filter but didn t see if they had it in stock. Had to wait for it to arrive from another jiffy lube then it was the wrong filter. Waited again for them to bring it and it was wrong again. They had to put my old filter back in after they dug it out of the dumpster (they took the garbage out while I Waited). Although they were nice, I don t feel they should be offering services they can t actually provide and then having you wait well past your oil change because of it.Service: Oil change

I arrived shortly after they opened and got in right away. The engine and transfer case oil change was completed quickly. They even washed my windows. In addition, the technician noticed a drive shaft boot that had failed. I made an appointment to have the drive shaft and joints replaced with my 4X shop the same day. Went in to do an engine air filter, full synthetic oil change, rear diff, and transmission oil change. Even with only one bay operating on a sub-30-degree day, the team at Jiffy Lube got the truck ahead of me out quickly and had all of my services done ASAP. They did not try to push any extra services on me and kept the entire process simple. Been a customer for years but...While outside waiting for a bay, nobody else waiting, I was told no smoking in the bay.I was sitting in my car, outside of bldg.Just an uncalled for comment not necessary & pissed me off.

The crew did an excellent job keeping me informed and with the speed of the interaction I was able to fit getting my oil change done in the 25mins I had in-between appointments.Also! They didn't use any power tools on my vehicles to remove my skid plate or the oil plug bolt.

I brought 2 cars here in the same day and left very pleased with my service. In addition to the oil change service they fixed many of my burnt out lights. When the had a hard time figuring out how to turn on my running lights I did not get charged for that bulb replacement. Turns out the car had to be in drive in the sun. I will use this Jiffy Lube again.

I went in for an oil change. I informed the guys that I was going to be doing a long trip.They took the time to go over everything on my truck. I ended up needing the differential serviced and we added a fuel additive to my tank. I was sincerely impressed with the way that the guys interacted with each other. Jakob was always telling them they were doing a great job or way to go . If they had a question he was right on it. Jakob and Aubrey are amazing. It s nice to go to a business that gives you service and treats you like family. I can go in and get a smile and have a conversation worth the price of the oil change and have a needed service done at the same time. This can only happen with good management backing them up. This Location is always a really great experience. The mechanics are funny, friendly, helpful and always happy to be at work. You drive up and they perform all your checks and oil change while you wait in your car. The mechanics who helped me are knowledgeable of what my car needs but don t pressure you for sales or services you don t need. The first time I went there I was so surprised at how easy abs excellent it was. Technician Joe was really friendly, took the time to see me even though they were busy, got the oil check done quickly, found some dangerous plastic under the hood and removed it for us and was overall very helpful.
