I do not recommend this place. First, I was double booked for estimates. The lady was kind enough to assist anyway. It took roughly two hours to do an estimate for a side back panel. She took pictures of the repairs and tried to merge it with my insurance but my insurance had closed the claim, so I got it reopened, I called them so they could merge it and they said they needed my insurance to assign it to them so I had my insurance do that and I called them. They said they saw the claim and merged it. Which was a lie. I made an appointment one month in advance and I was waiting to hear something from my insurance or them and nothing. My appointment date passed and still nothing so I tried taking my business elsewhere. During my estimate, the lady told me that my car could be considered totaled and what my possible options would be. I only needed an estimate from them my insurance will go over that. Then she says even if my insurance proceeds with the repairs she doesn't know if her mechanics will want to be bothered with it. Huh? Who doesn't want to make money? Not ever in all my years of dealing with repair shops have I ever heard something like that, especially when only getting an estimate? Kitsap County auto shops are something else. I'm going to give one more shop a try if I get the same experience I'm going to King or Pierce County because the service in those counties put the two shops I have been to so far to shame.

Yes my name is Erick Morales, my previous insurance you guys worked with was liberty mutual which I had to cancel because they guaranteed me that Gerber collision and glass was gonna repair my car, there s notes that there s been a mess and change of managers. The new managers didn t want to look back and fix the mistakes that the previous manager did. I had my car here for 8 months, almost a year just to fix a bumper and that s it. You guys forgot to put underbody panels, forgot to fix my right headlight, I hit a deer and got on top of it. the underbody panel on driver side and passenger side is still broken from the accident I have video with the date when Audi told me you guys forgot to put it. that protects other parts my brake lights and other parts of the ca. I was getting my oil changed and payed extra for diagnostic when Audi told me about this 2 days after getting this car out of Gerber collision and glass in port orchard. Oh and I forgot to mention my tires were completely flat 20 minutes after I drove my car on the freeway. Luckily putting air fixed the problem. I m not sure if you guys will even investigate or fix the problem. The manager I spoke here really doesn t want to talk to me or help me. But I am gladly to show evidence

Brought our car in after extensive vandalism--5 windows smashed out, lights smashed out, body damage, glass everywhere (thugs mistook our car for someone else's... -_-). Not only were they able to get us in way sooner than anyone else, they were clear and communicative and did a great job for a fair price. Got every bit of glass, too, which is impressive when you have that many smashed windows.

Okay. So, I m just dropping off, so I ll have to report back about the repair work, but, thus far, everything has been stellar. Great looking shop, and super clean. Super friendly front desk and detailed appraisal work from Kenny.

I would definitely recommend this shop. The work Kenny and everyone else did on my Charger was awesome and they were professional. Kenny was very receptive to emails and always replied promptly. They called me every Tuesday and Thursday to give me updates. Paying them the insurance check + deductible took literally 5 minutes in their very clean and nice office this morning. The only thing is I wish they had weekend hours - however I would still take my vehicle back here if it ever needs more work.

I had my car at this shop while it was being looked at for some damages. The communication from the team, professionalism, and care was exceptional. Austin in particular was really great to work with and communicated very well. Thanks for the great experience.

This was my first time doing business with this company and I couldn t be happier. Everyone who helped me was friendly and professional. Melissa was awesome with helping arrange a rental for me and kept me up to date with repair status along the way. Seeing the finished product after the repairs were made show the skills and pride of everyone who helped get it done. I would highly recommend Gerber! Ryan and Kenny were wonderful to work with, and flexible in helping me fix an issue with the power windows in my vehicle. Absolutely top-notch customer service, reasonable labor rate and overall just a great experience. Completely unprofessional, from top to bottom. Estimate was way off, their work was bad, dirt all over in the paint , bumper color did not match, they dented my car, they scrached the heck out of my car(hood,door), I have video of my car rolling backwards in the parking lot and no one in the car. They never finished the job and still not finished. I do have lots of video of they knowing they scratched my car and don't care. They never cleaned up all the compound, dust ,ect.I can go on and on. Complete Nightmare experience. NEVER GO HERE.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Gerber did a great job on fixing my car. There was a small issue once it was complete and two workers even stayed late to try and fix it immediately. Now it practically looks brand new.

I was in an accident. They took great care of me. Quick and easy, got me in and out and on my way to the rental site. Called and updated me every step of the way about my repairs.

Got rear- ended and was recommended to use this shop by my insurance agent. Our car ended up being totaled but the staff went out of their way to be helpful all thru the process. Highly recommend these guys.

If I need body work done on ANYTHING, THEY'RE MY GUYS...FIRST CLASS ON TIME TREATMENT...IF YOUR RIGS LATE; IT'S A PARTS HOUSE FAILURE, OR A SURPRISE FOUND DURING TEARDOWN. YOU'LL KNOW BEFORE THEY FINISH & ALSO KNOW THE ADDITIONAL COSTS. My initial exposure to them was back in the late 80's/early 90's. Thankfully I haven't had to pay them many visits! Very Honest & Upfront.

Not sure how to rate this. Staff is very friendly and kept me informed. Seems like the work is taking longer than normal but I also think they are super busy

This is the worst company ever. It took 3 times longer than they said it would. And my insurance company had to pay me half the money back because the job was done so bad. The 5 star has to be paid for.
