I've trusted my car with them several times now and they have always done an excellent job and provided great customer service. They are easy to contact, courteous, provide almost daily updates on repairs, and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend working with them!

Absolutely loved the service and updates about my car. It was exactly 1month from the day of the accident that I received my car back from fix auto . The lifetime guarantee for the work they did was an added surprise! Customer service was amazing. Car looked amazing as if it never was hit!If I ever get in an accident again ( god forbid) I will be going there. Definitely recommend!Thank you Fix Auto for the amazing job!

I had an amazing experience here! I have been to other shops where I felt like just another number and a paycheck. It was the complete opposite here! I felt like a valued customer. The customer service is phenomenal and their communication is beyond reproach! The service is fast and amazing!! I would definitely use this if the need arises!

My Durango was rear ended pretty badly. The team at Fix It Auto were great! They were able to get me in pretty quickly and thankfully finished my car within 3 weeks! They kept me in the loop via text every step of the way so I never had to call to ask what was happening. I m so happy to finally have my car back! There were a couple of things that I did notice after I got my car back that needed to be fixed (left side of my trunk/hatch was misaligned probably from the impact and a folded over heat shield making noises) but they were able to get me back in fairly quickly to fix them. But overall I d recommend them to friends and family.Edit: I did have to go back few more times to address some issues but they were able to fix it rather quickly so overall still a positive experience.

I ve taken my truck to Fix Auto twice, they haven t disappointed. The work they did the first time has held up beautifully, so that s why I came back. Not only that, they are friendly, courteous, they give frequent updates and they finished earlier than expected on both occasions. I like supporting local businesses when they are so dedicated to their customers and quality work. Thanks to the whole team there at Fix Auto!!!

I took my SUV to this shop after hitting a deer head on. The experience we had with the staff was extremely good! They communicated each step of the way via text message and we never wondered what was going on or if they had any set backs. The car was finished before we expected and it looks perfect. Not to mention, my car was clean outside and in! I would have to highly rate this shop and their management! Thank you!Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Fix Auto, Port Orchard always provides a five star service when I need them. Not only does my truck return flawlessly to me, but their customer service is top-notch. I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking bodywork to be done on their vehicle.

Fix Auto is a great business! They were so helpful and very committed to getting my car done as soon as possible. I did find a couple things that needed fixing after I inspected the car when it was ready to pickup and Julia the GM immediately ordered the part and informed me when it was coming in and how long it would take to install the part. She listens to you and responds to you like you are the only customer they have, very customer oriented and I love her and her business for that. This was my first car and first time dealing with insurance and she made everything a breeze. Couldn t ask for anything better. Highly recommend Fix Auto!

Julia was great! I recently had my first accident and had my truck brought to her shop. she was forward and honest with her assessment of the damage. The way she handled the insurance adjuster was great and her advice was greatly appreciated.

Julia and her staff provided fantastic customer service! They were very friendly, kept me informed of every process, and they returned my car in a timely manner. My car came back looking brand new, and they even included an A/M part I had and clear bra. They got every single detail right, and I'm very happy with the result!

The headliner with side air bag had to be replaced and they did an excellent job. They were pleasant to work with and kept me informed of progress almost daily. They also took care of communications with the rental car company getting it to me and having it picked up when I got my own car back. Based on the service I ve gotten at two Fix Auto locations, even though they are individually operated, I would use any Fix Auto in the USAA insurance list with confidence.I d use the Port Orchard again for sure and recommend it to anyone else.

Really disappointed with them. I had my brand new car t-boned and after some research and a referral I went with Fix it. The body work looked good but there was a few things they missed. I went back to get the few things they missed fixed. Once I picked up my car it was filthy! The inside was covered in dirt, scratches on the plastic on the inside, my tissue box in the vehicle was smashed, etc etc. They said they fixed my alignment but I just had my vehicle serviced at Toyota and the alignment is still off. I m just disappointed that they missed so much with the vehicle.The front office staff is super nice! I d give them 5 stars. The service techs seem to be careless and that s an issue.

The people were very friendly and let me know what was going on. Also enjoyed the ease of getting my rental car right there. I have always used enterprise but my insurance is in league with hertz whom i dislike doing business with. All in all a great experience! Still wonder where that hole in my car was from tough. Professional and expedient service. Described the process and all work up front and stated that any additional work found that would need to be performed once pannels were removed would be communicated (didn't have this occur in my case). Updates provided through text as my car moved through the process. End result was what I was expecting. Car washed and even vacuumed. Couldn't be happier with the result, service, and warranty on the work performed! Highly recommend for everyone.

We brought our Jeep Liberty to Fix Auto after a rear end collision. They walked us through the process and were vert patient with us. Sadly, our Jeep was damaged beyond repair, but the people at Fix Auto were great to deal with.

You want your car repaired from Massachusetts from a situation that may or may not have been your fault these are the most friendly people you'll ever meet. They work hard getting your car back to its original glory. Very good work in a timely manner I have used them on 2 or 3 different occasions. Keep up the good work fixed auto.

Horrible rip off. Told me they were fixing my car for three weeks and then decided it was totally. Don t let Gieco send your car there.
