Disappointed to find out a broken lock on a harness connector after they installed an oil filter housing on my jeep. It s a mistake anyone could do but I came to find out about this after having throttle control system issues instead of them. - UPDATE -They took ownership of the mistake, they called me back and tried everything to fix it same day, couldn t find the part so they had to order one, they even expedited the shipping so I wouldn t be without my car longer than I should have. I am pleased with how the situation got handled. I would feel confident in performing auto work here in the future.

Great shop and great prices! They ordered parts overnight so I was able to drop the car off the next day, worked quickly, super flexible on dropoff and pickup.AND they were very friendly: they have a popcorn maker that was empty when I dropped off the van (disappointing my kids), but they promised to have fresh popcorn when we picked it up the next day and they remembered and delivered :)I'll definitely come back again

I come back to Country Side because I have always been treated well and trust their service. Kenny has always taken good care of my problems and his mechanics helped me again. I moved further away, but come back if I can. Thanks

I took my car in yesterday morning without an appointment, knowing that it would probably take a few days for them to get to me. A couple hours later I got a call that the water pump needed to be replaced and before the end of the day, I got a call that my car was ready to be picked up and was all fixed! They were super transparent, friendly, knowledgeable, and we will definitely be using them for all of our future mechanic needs! And bonus points for the cutest office dog ever

Worked swiftly, did a great job in such a short amount of time (air suspension compressor and AV/heat replacement on a 2003 suburban). Friendly staff (thanks Brent), professional attitude, always a good choice for repairs.

Warning! They will not admit or accept any responsibility for mistakes they make when working on your vehicle. We took our diesel van in for a repair and when we got it back the engine started making an awful squeak (that we NEVER heard before they worked on it)! When we called them about it they said to bring it in and they would look at it. After we brought it in they charged us $200 just for looking at it even though they were the ones that caused the problems and we would never have needed to have them look at it if it wasn't for them. They should never charge for fixing a problem that they caused. They then did another $500 worth of work just to say they couldn't fix it because something had gotten loose that was too hard to get to. We only brought the vehicle in because it is our daily driver and it would have taken too long for my husband to do it himself. But honestly we would have been better off just having my husband do it even though that would have put us out of a vehicle for a few weeks. Now we just have to either live with the mistakes they made or put in the time to fix it correctly. SO FRUSTRATING!

Service was performed perfectly. Car is driving. Great. Appointment was easy to make with a quick phone call. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely use again. In fact, I took a second car in at about the same time, and I m taking another car in and a couple weeks. M

Very professional and very fair pricing. Charged me less for the quote I was given for a catalytic converter diagnostic because it was finished earlier than expected. Will definitely come back for further auto repairs/services

This is my father's business and they will treat you the way you treat them, they will do anything an everything for you, bend over backwards for you. But the moment you show disrespect, we will work with you but we will not tolerate disrespectful behavior, as all of our employees put in 110% into what they do, an they will make you feel like family with how they treat our customers.

Had an oil leak, they quickly diagnosed the issue and came back to me saying the plastic oil filter housing was cracked and that's where the leak was coming from. Dodge, why is this plastic?Rick hooked it up with a new aluminum housing for the filter and the issue is gone. They went above and beyond to get my work truck back on the road and I feel confident there won't be any issues.I recommend them to everyone. Special shout out to Roxy the pomeranian pug. Lovely dog.

I've been seeing Country Side Auto for years, and just recently I had an issue with my car. They told me to drop it off and they would work it in their schedule. A couple days later, I picked my car up, and it's running great. I recommend seeing them if you ever need assistance.

Everyone is friendly and super efficient. Our truck Needed servicing and dodge dealers could not get us in for almost a month. Suggested my husband take it to Countryside where I take my mustang. Drove in left the truck and had it back in 2 days. Awesome service.

I hate going to the mechanic. They usually have bad customer service on top of it already being stressful. This place was the best experience I've had with fixing up my truck. Very communicative, professional and friendly. And my truck is running great!

Every time my truck has a problem, Country Side fixes it. Which is pretty handy as the local dealership won't touch my truck because it's 30 years old. The Dealership won't even provide parts. Had to have a Schrader valve on my a/c system replaced on my Expedition. I am a backyard mechanic and fix almost everything myself, can't do a/c work though. Not really needing a mechanic before, I called Country Side. Rick took good care of me. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Been using them for years and years. Our last need was for a new clutch and flywheel. They made a mistake, and as soon as we brought it to their attention, fixed it. No harm done. Mistakes do happen, we are all people. Recommend them.

The folks at Country Side Auto Repair got my new-used truck running smoothly. The shop was recommended by a family-friend and I see why; professional repair and quality service performed locally. The truck was taken in for a multi-point diagnostic as it was purchased site-unseen and service records were unknown. The service manager, Rick notified me the list of needed repairs and recommendations. They were able to get the truck fixed in a timely-manner while keeping me informed of their progress.I'm pleased with their service and professionalism. Strongly recommend this shop to those seeking an auto mechanic. Broke down on the highway and Country Side was recommended by the towing company. Great location, secure compound and excellent service manager. Repairs were completed at a reasonable price. I ran over accident debris on hwy 16 and it crunched my transmission pan. The tow driver recommended Country Side and I couldn't be happier they did. They examined the entire transmission for damage, replaced the pan, filter and fluids, cleared the codes, changed my oil and rotated the tires. Van runs better now than before I went in. Fast repairs, reasonable pricing, excellent communication. Highly recommendedService: Transmission

My truck stalled in the street. Had my vehicle towed in, Countryside was wonderful and got it all fixed up. I love that they also notice if there are other problems. Had my rear brakes done too.
