I got help from Erinne and she was very kind and more than willing to help! She seems very knowledgeable and super professional. I recommend asking for her any time you need help finding something or have any questions!! I definitely plan on coming back to this location for the great customer service

I've bought a variety of small things here, like a license plate frame, air fresheners, wipers, etc. The store is always well-kept and the checkout process is smooth and fast. Never had any issues. Will continue to come here!

After getting the wrong part for my truck at another store I stopped by this store and was helped by Rebecca. She went above and beyond and went out of her way to make sure I got the right part for my truck. Shes knowleable and super helpful and provided great service. Thank you!

I walked here from the highway after my car broke down. Shivering and cold I was happily met by Alex. He helped me find exactly what battery I needed. The beard was super cute too

Been going to Autozone for awhile, but I recieved exceptional, friendly help from Becky N. at the Port Orchard store recently. She went above and beyond to help me find the correct parts for my Hyundai Elantra, and even helped me replace my wiper blades! Super friendly and helpful , I would recommend going to this store.

I would like to shout out Rebecca I called asking about jump starters asking if they had one I couldBorrow, and of course doesn t work like that. However Rebecca took time from her lunch break and came to my location and help me jump start my car. Amazing Service please next time you re in the Port Orchard area hit up Rebecca!

I purchased a battery for my truck today at AutoZone in Port Orchard, Wa. The lady who helped me was named Rebecca N. with face tattoos. She went out of her way to help me, remove my old battery and install the new one. She was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I wiIl always shop there because of people like Rebecca. Thanks so much.

Most staff are real friendly and helpful. Parts take a while but the incentives to be a member is pretty decent. Earn discounts per purchase. I go here alot

Very poor. I showed up about 20 min before close time. There were 3 guys inside one customer, and I stood out there with my hood open, trying to get my head light blub out to buy a new one. Being a freshly singled woman, I wasn't sure what kind to buy, so I fought getting the bulb out. Couldn't get it out. Well, I noticed the tome so headed for the door to ask for help. The guy literally had just walked away from apparently locking the door. I didn't think it was that great of customer service, considering I was parked right in front of the door.

I procrastinated going in because my check engine light had come on in my warhorse 2010 Audi A4 Quattro 2.0 T and I was met with good service thanks to Alex who put my car on diagnostic and helped me solve my problem. I was recommended to buy Lucas fuel injector stuff and I went straight to the Shell station to put that new nitro premium gas in with it and I was so happy so so happy to see the light come off by the time I got to Silverdale that it just really made my experience amazing. So thank you to the Port Orchard AutoZone.

Gotta say I was impressed with Alex not only did he go out of his way to help me he helped succefully, always have been a Napa guy but I'll be returning to this Autozone.Thanks Alex, you just don't get help like that anymore.

I have been a loyal customer of autozone for years now but my experience yesterday was exceptional and worthy of calling out. We have all been there, you're looking for a part and it cannot be found in the system, typically that is where it ends, an unfulfilled need and more questions than answers. But not this day, no Brent would not accept that outcome, he went above and beyond taking our part and scouring his inventory looking for something that would work. Nearly 30 minutes later I had what I needed. It wasn't about how fast he could move on to the next transaction or hiding behind the failure of technology, it was old school customer service, it was being the expert in the moment and I was so impressed by it that I sit here now sharing my experience with all of you and hopefully someone at autozone takes notice. Thank you Brent.

They restock the shelves with used motor oil from dishonest customers without checking the returned merchandise. When I returned the used oil, I was already irritated but figured the employee I was dealing with was most likely not responsible for the mistake, so I was nice. He was nice too. I even had my receipt.BUT then the older employee with the black pony tail got involved with a bad attitude and we started cursing at each other. Never going here again when O reilly and Napa are right around the corner. O reilly has more parts in stock anyways.

Let me tell ya....auto zone is truly there for the customer. My truck decided to have multiple issues at once...cv joint...hub for cv joint and rack and pinion all decided to act up...auto truly came thru for me having all parts except the rack and pinion which is fine I understood. They had the R&P the next morning at 9. Best part is they blew all competition out of the water with there pricing and customer service. The R&P in specific...about 680 thru auto zone for a rebuilt one....oriellys and west bay both in the 900-1000 range for rebuilt one and they couldn't get it for a couple days...Walter and his crew at autozone again came thru in the clutch. Auto zone truly wants to help and you feel that, unlike the competition they listen and dont look board when hearing you out (oriellys im talkin bout you) I'll forever be a customer with them. Good job Walter and Team keep up the good work!

Very helpful staff, have always been able to answer questions, help finding parts or supplies for my projects. I see them helping check batteries in the parking lot, run diagnostic codes, and swap out lightbulbs/wiper blades.

Jess was amazing! We had an issue with our alternator pulley bolt. He got in there took apart the old alternator then helped us reassemble the new alternator with the correct pulley on it. He did an outstanding job will definitely be returning to this AutoZone.

Rude. Nobody wanted to help. Some were standing around. Had a couple new people. An order was called in. All the parts weren't in. And if I hadn't of checked I would have ended up with the wrong brake #. (The previous person swore it was fine;) I said , no it's not. Luckily the other guy seen it too and exchanged it. In the end they were both wrong. I ended up going back and forth 3x! Was a bit exasperating. Next time the competitor across the street will be used.

I needed a new headlight. Chad found the correct bulb and replaced both bulbs. He took time to explain some things to me like grease and gloves. He went the extra mile and was fun as well. I live in Silverdale but I make the drive because of the care and courtesy I consistently get here.. They don't treat me as a woman who knows nothing. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thank you store1167!
