I had called in to get an estimate on how much it would cost for a Brake Flush cause my car really needed it as the previous owner didnt keep up maintenance and the man I spoke with laughed at me like I was joking. I asked him so you think this is funny. He tells me well yeah it is because I dont do many brake fluid flushes. Okay... you dont have to laugh at me because that is rude and disrespectful. Not everyone has whole wads of money. I am a Disabled Veteran on a budget I have to go where I can afford. So what ever your name is sir... I hope you read this.Your phone etiquette skills need refining along side with your professionalism.I dont recommend service like this.

Arlond's Automotive Diagnostics is a very reliable place to have work done on your vehicle! Reasonably priced labor, honest work in Mr. Arlond & very dependable, fairly quick turnaround too. Highly recommend this longtime South Kitsap business!

Arlonds has been my diesel engine technician for sometime now. He is thorough in his diagnostics. His diagnostic and repair quotes are very reasonable and always within a few dollars of his quote. His estimated time frame for repair is always spot on and I have never been dissatisfied with the results. Arlonds Automotive is my go to diesel guy.

Arlond gave me a worst-case scenario quote of $800 to repair a blown sparkplug on my '91 4-Runner (which is a great price in and of itself, for the service to be performed), but after looking over the damage, he said he wouldn't have to pull out everything, and he would be able to fix the stripped out spark plug hole with a kit. I had him do a full tune-up since it was needed anyway. He charged only $434 (after tax) to repair the #3 spark plug hole (which is very difficult to get to) and do the complete tune-up with all parts replaced: 6 plugs, distributor cap, rotor, wires, fuel filter, air filter, and PCV valve. This was the first time I've been to Arlond's, but it won't be the last. I appreciate his great customer service and friendliness. Just bear in mind that he takes customers by appointment only--I had a delay of about 4 days to bring in my car, but I am glad that I waited.
