The routine service was OK, but the service manager told me that our Atlas had a "Category 1 leak" but no technician was available to verify the source of the leak. I requested replacement windshield wipers but the dealership had none in stock.

A week ago today we drove by Wilder VW and saw a 2017 VW Dune convertible on the lot for sale. We ran by quickly after hours and looked at it then headed home to think about it. We spent Saturday thinking about it and looked to see what their hours were on Sunday and I Loved to see that they are closed on Sundays to give their staff family time. . Monday AM we were headed back to see if we could make a deal and give it a new home. We were met by Tony Innocenzi who was all masked up and very easy and pleasant to deal with. A quick test drive and very easy negotiation and in no time we were on our way home in our new to us VW. That was the fastest car sale and delivery I ve ever had and I just retired after 40 years in the auto industry and it was so nice to be back in a family owned dealership that is run like I so enjoyed working for years ago. The manager Kris was great and so was Kelly in F & I. If you are looking for a dealership that still knows how to treat their customers right I know you will be pleased by going to Wilder Auto. This is our 18th VW in 40 years and I can guarantee when its time to make a change again we will be back to Wilder Auto.

All the services appear to be working well. We especially appreciate the new software features, but our owners manual was not updated or replaced. If this omission was because Wilder was able to install the s/w updates ahead of our scheduled upgrade date, then we accept the delayed manual availability; not a big enough issue to impact our 5 star rating.

I rather light my car on fire than bring it back to Wilder for service. They don't care about you, they only care about your money. They will misdiagnose and charge you for a repair and then refuse to refund your money. If you have custom rims, they will trash them when rotating tires. Can't wait to hear the manager/owner response, they certainly don't have time to talk to you face to face. Good luck getting anyone to talk to you on the phone. Do not bring your vehicle here!!!Find a independent mechanic; Rusty's Import Auto Repair or Bruce's Specialty Auto are excellent alternatives.

I would give it a 5 but the first time I went in for the recall the tech had gone home so I had to be rescheduled. I would have appreciated a call to save me a trip in. The second appointment went very well.

Justin, in the service department, saved our vacation! We were driving from Oregon to catch the ferry to Victoria and broke down in the mountains. We managed to get to Wilder VW and Justin arranged for us to leave the car with him and catch a ride on their shuttle to the ferry terminal. While we were gone, repairs were made and we were shuttled back once we returned. We got to take our (long awaited) trip, came home safely and on time because of Justin and his team. On top of that, he was incredibly friendly and very easy to work with. We couldn t be happier!

Brought my Volkswagen here to get repaired. Left it here for two weeks and they installed the wrong part and my car is driving worse then when I brought it in. They apologized and asked if I wanted them to order the correct part and they could install it in a few weeks. I declined and took my car somewhere different. Won t be returning

Bern works since my order and figured I best go a different route considering the lack of customer service. I have plenty of shop experience and this is a disgrace to a valuable trade. Careful I know my way around systems y'all just look at. Got my business license and will approach your customers soon. Y'all have the tsb and warranties and a nice cut of profit.

My Sweetie and I were vacationing in Olympic National Park, driving deep into the mountains when the check engine light came on the panel of our rented Volkswagen Beetle. The manual had no information, and after waiting nearly an hour for Avis roadside assistance to answer the phone, we were feeling desperate, fearing we might lose a big chunk of our precious vacation to car trouble, with nowhere to turn for help. We were able to locate the phone number for a VW dealership in nearby Port Angeles. The service department had just closed for the day, but we decided to try a Hail Mary pass and call the sales department, hoping somebody there could help us. We were immediately directed to Kevin in Sales, who after listening to a description of the problem, assured us that it was safe to drive the car for now, but to get it back to Avis at our earliest opportunity. Kevin looked up the phone number for an Avis outlet in Port Angeles, which fortunately was still open, and fortunately had a car they could swap us.Kevin didn t have to do this. We were out of town vacationers who were not going to be buying a car from his dealership, but he patiently took the time to guide us out of our pickle. If you needed to buy a car, would you want to work with someone like that? Me too.
