I arrived on time to my appointment and confirmed work to be done (a squeak, a rattle, and 25K service). I was told work would take about an hour. I asked about shuttle service and was told it was in shift change but would be around soon and they would let me know. I waited 75 minutes and checked on the shuttle; they hadn t contacted the shuttle to pick me up so I had to wait (starving) another 30 minutes. The shuttle had to drop someone else off nearby and do paperwork, so underway to lunch another 15 minutes after pickup. After lunch, the shuttle took 40 minutes to pick me up after I called. On arrival back to dealership I checked on the status of my car (4 hours after arrival). The person took about 15 minutes checking, apologized, and said work hadn t begun on my car but would right away. As I waited, many other people who checked in after me without an appointment and who had more complex work done checked out. Around closing time at 5, a manager-type person maybe owner asked me if a generic key was my key and if I had moved my car. I said I had not and he let me know they were looking for my car but weren t able to find it. About 30 minutes later my car pulled up. The person I had checked in with in the morning confirmed what work had been done. Only the rattle had been worked on; no work on the 25K service nor squeak. They asked if I could come by the next day for the 25K service and squeak. When I mentioned I lived an hour away and that would be incredibly inconvenient a mechanic who happened to be nearby said he would quickly do the work. They were joking about the situation with each other in the other room where they did not think I could hear. After about 20 minutes I got the car back but only the oil had been changed (no tire rotation/checks or squeak). They didn t charge me and said they would mail me the info about the work that had been done (they never did). The work on the rattle did not fix the rattle, so I had spent almost 8 hours sitting around just to get an oil change. They did not offer any other free service or discounts, and I did not receive a Toyota survey like I usually do about my experience. Awful awful experience!

Hats off to the service department in the Toyota facility. The out of the box thinking and fortitude to see it through saved me time and money.Special thanks go to Steve and Porter. Both went above and beyond to ensure "this" customers satisfaction.I also watch 1st hand the volume of customers all with their specific request. Both gentleman stood tall in the line of fire time and time again, only to keep a solid positive attitude that customers matter. Thanks againDavid D.

We d like to give a special thank you to Tom! Tom you went above and beyond, before the car even hit the lot! With each passing day, you kept us in the loop and informed. Right down to having the most wholesome conversations as we were waiting to sign papers. You truly are great at your job. Thank you for being so kind and patient as we navigated everything! So again, we cannot say thank you enough!! We will definitely, come back to you for our next purchase!-Catie McBride

This review may change depending on how the dealership fixes things.I went with my roommate to purchase a vehicle through this dealership and decided I would co-sign. We even got a really good deal through a leader with full pre-approval. We showed up during the scheduled appointment time we made and looked at a few vehicles. The one that really caught our eye, the salesperson said they had just recently replaced all the tires on it. This was a huge deal as it meant one less thing to worry about for at least 5-10 years. So, we decide to buy this vehicle and go through the sales process only to find out the dealership changed our pre-approval offer and switched me from co-signer, to primary on the loan. I didn't really notice this until after I got the paperwork from my loan company. Now, to be honest, I am not happy about this. There was no reason for them to do this as the deal they gave us was no different than the deal we walked in with. Same rate, same payment, same everything. However, that is not where it all ends. In the past few weeks, the car has been slipping some when the roads are wet. Now, I am use to driving a very heavy SUV and this new car is a light weight coupe. I just thought it was the cars weight. It never even dawned on me to think about the tires since we were assured the tires were brand new at the time of the sale. Well, I should have never trusted them. After having my car slide into a curb because there was snow on the road and having the curb obliterate my tire, rim, and causing the tire to slam into the body causing body damage as well (by the way, I was driving WAY under the speed limit due to the road conditions), I now see my tires are practically BALD! New tires my ***!! These tires are at least 5+ years old to be bald! I am lucky the tires never exploded while driving! I am actually lucky to be alive since this car was driven cross country!I am ROYALLY upset as not only did the dealership lie to me, but they put my life at risk! They have also caused me to have to file an insurance claim. I have NEVER had to file an insurance claim since I started driving in 1994! And if the dealership does not work with me to get this taken care of, I can guarantee I will not just sit back and ignore it.

We purchased our first Vehicle (2023 Toyota Tacoma Limited) from Wilder this year and the experience was the best in our life time and we have purchased many vehicles in our life time and in five different States. The whole deal was Hassle free and fair to both sides. I would like to make a special mention of Phil Beck who was honest, fair, kind and helped us through everything we needed. What a great place and people.

I recently purchased a new Toyota 4-Runner TRD PRO from Wilder Toyota in Port Angeles, Washington. This dealership receives my very highest recommendation! I contacted Wilder Toyota, after shopping all over the Pacific Northwest for a good dealership to work with. I think I contacted no less than 8 dealerships before coming across Wilder. My salesman, Grant Williams, is truly a man of integrity. I worked with Grant for the whole purchase process. He was a pleasure to work with, and most importantly, kept his word on the arrangement we had made when I ordered the vehicle. Due to the high demand for this particular model, it took 9 months for the vehicle to arrive. No doubt the dealership could have sold this vehicle the very day it arrived on the lot, but Grant and the Wilder team adhered to the promise made 9 months earlier. This has earned my full trust and confidence, which is NOT easy to do.Throughout the purchase process the whole Wilder team was a pleasure to work with. Tim Zimmer in Finance was very helpful with choosing the best finance options. (My Advice: Get the extended warranty. It makes sense from a long term value standpoint.) The sales Manager Bill Schlichting was likewise very welcoming and ready to assist.I have been to other dealerships that are more focused on the hard sell, to get your signature on paper and get you out the door. Wilder is in fact different. They take care of their customers, and most importantly, they are trustworthy. It was totally worth the trip to Port Angeles to make this purchase.I should also add... The 4-Runner is fantastic! It's exactly what I was looking for. Given Toyota's reputation for building quality trucks, I'm confident that this will go the distance for many years to come. It was well worth the wait to finally have a brand new Toyota TRD Pro 4-Runner.Thank you to Grant and the Wilder team! See

Just bought a 2021 Toyota Corolla Hybrid at Wilder Toyota. It's an amazing car! It rides smooth, has cool safety features, is energy efficient (52 mpg!), and really is fun to drive. My daughter said the same the first time she drove it.I originally wanted a used small SUV hybrid, but none of the newer ones at Wilder fit my criteria or price. On my 2nd visit, about to give up, Tom the salesman helping me suggested the 2021 Corolla hybrid. The price was doable (a rebate helped) & I liked just about everything about it, especially the environmental & safety features.Tom gets my 5 star rating because: he was helpful, friendly, followed-up after my first visit, didn't use high-pressure sales tactics, was knowledgeable about the cars he showed me, and respectfully answered all my questions about the car (the one he didn't know he looked up in the owner's manual). He took the time to help me find the best car for me. I wouldn't have found it without his help. I love it!P.S., The cherry on top of the whole experience was Tom's suggested test drive route. It was just a test drive on a country road, but the views at every turn were spectacular. I was able to get a feel for the car while enjoying a quiet, smooth drive on a beautiful, sunny afternoon.Masks & other safety measures were used indoors & out to protect customers. They also re-cleaned my car & the key fob before I took possession.

We had shopped for a new Toyota for over 6 months. Test drove a new vehicle with salesperson Bill in January but supply everywhere was non existent. He explained the pre order process but we were hesitant. No pressure from him whatsoever, but he always responded to my text inquiries. Finally in mid June we decided on the model we wanted, sent Bill a text and he secured the next one for us. 3 weeks later it arrived!. Picked it up today, in and out within an hour...no high pressure sales for warranty or extras. Easiest new vehicle purchase ever.

It is extremely rare for me to give a dealership a positive review, let alone 5 stars, but our experience with Chris and his team makes it easy to do so. We came out of a very bad experience with our old vehicle and were pleasantly surprised by the care and attention Chris gave our situation, helping us find a good fit in a newer vehicle and then ensuring that we would receive a full inspection and even a new set of tires as part of Wilder's normal procedure when selling a vehicle. I have never seen such complete care and compassion from any dealership. If you're within 300 miles of this dealership, go to Wilder. You won't be disappointed!

I ve never written a google review before but my experience at Wilder Toyota merits one. Grant Williams is my hero. He literally got me my dream truck, and against some considerable odds. He s straight-talking and goes above and beyond to make the whole process enjoyable. Bill and Micki were also very warm and helpful with my questions and concerns. I really would give a seven star rating if that was an option.

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming pushy salespeople. Those times have changed! At Wilder, you get friendly people that don t try to push anything on you. They re helpful. They listen. They re accommodating. They treat you with respect and kindness. That was my experience with Wilder Toyota. I want to give a huge shout out to GRANT, my Sales Consultant. Grant followed up on all of my pre-car purchase questions with rapid and informed responses. Grant kept me informed on the upcoming delivery of my new Rav. Grant listened and responded in a professional manner with no pushy sales tactics. Grant is extremely knowledgeable about all cars and took time to review my Rav 4 XSE Hybrid Navigation and Multimedia System with me. Grant is truly an all around good person and seasoned professional! Another shout out to Sales Manager, Guy, who personally drove and delivered paperwork to our home after the purchase. Thank you to especially Grant, and the team at Wilder Toyota!

My husband and I purchased our first vehicle from Wilder this year. We traded in our Subaru Outback for a 2023 Toyota Tacoma. The dealership and our salesman Phil Beck treated us like family and made the whole experince pleasant and stress free, it was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. And a special thanks and shout out to Phil Beck who is so nice, patient and always helped with every question before and after the sale and is the best salesman we have both ever worked with.

I just have to say that I had the best experience with Lauren. I ordered a Rav4 in December. I was told it would be up to 6 months to receive. Lauren kept me posted throughout the months and in April, I got a call that it was ready to be picked up! The process went quickly and easy. I have been bringing my highlander to get oil changes for years and the service center is great too!

Three years later and I'm changing my 4 star review to a 2 star.I made an appointment for an oil change and general assessment. I told the intake person that I did not want a car wash or a new cabin filter. I waited an hour and the intake person came out with a disgustingly dirty cabin filter and a dirty. engine filter. I change my own cabin filter and it was new. She said I needed new filters. I forgot that the showing of dirty filters was a Jiffy Lube trick. I then waited an extra hour and had to go in and ask why the job wasn't done. I was told that the car wash was backed up. Another 10 minutes while they looked for the car. The only reason for two stars is that the Service Manager comped the oil change. I suggest better supervision of the intake staff as there was a lot of joking around among them while customers were waiting. Having a professional and reliable Service Department is key when I'm looking to replace my 12 year old too big toyota (which I love). *** 3 years ago review. New to area and I needed tire rotation and oil change. Customer service was stellar, very covid conscious and thoughtful. They didn't push any products, did a great vehicle inspection which is very helpful. Very impressed with this service department.

I ordered a new Toyota Tacoma through Wilder Toyota and dealt with Bill Blinks throughout the process. He provided updates as I waited for the truck to arrive and was a real pleasure to deal without until the moment I drove the truck away. Very fair and straightforward and seems like the entire organization is really honest and great to work with. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. I hate dealerships, but this one proved me wrong. Ask for Grant. He is kind, patient and down to earth kind of salesman, and totally transparent. You don't get the anxiety of price negotiation, Grant does not pressure you. He helps you and genuinely tries to work out a deal with and for you. I got a new truck from Grant today, and I will return in a few years.

Got a new Tacoma yesterday from Grant at Wilder Toyota. He and his sales manager, Don, made the whole experience that best! This is my 7th or 8th, I can't remember now, Toyota's I have bought there. You cannot do better for either price or quality of service. Make sure you see my exceptional salesman, Grant Williams, when you visit them and ask for him by name and tell him Craig sent you.

My family recently purchased a 2020 4Runner. Our sales guy was great and patient with us as we bounced between a few different vehicles before ultimately choosing something completely different than what we initially came in to buy.We haven't been too impressed with the service department yet.Our first impression was when they failed to fill the gas tank (something that came with the purchase). We notified our sales person and he was quick to remedy that situation. But, we definitely made a mental note about something, that is common routine, was so easily overlooked. We also purchased the NW protection package and scheduled 2 days to drop the 4runner back off. My husband was on a tight schedule the day he purchased the 4Runner so, he only vaguely knew what it entailed... we felt bad not cleaning or belongings out before drop off after realizing they had done stuff inside the vehicle too. But, upon emptying the black trash bags our belongings were put in, we found a really dirty, pink sock. My family has never purchased a sock that color/ type, nor had we had anyone else in our vehicle the short time it had been in our possession. It was an obviously worn, really gross sock.... disgusting. We're really reluctant to continue using their service department in the future. We were also unimpressed with the small loner car offered while our vehicle was in the shop. Thankfully, we decided to keep our other SUV instead of trading it in so we had a vehicle our family could actually fit in/use. Something to keep in mind if you only use one vehicle and need something that your car seats will safely fit in/ install correctly.

The folks at Wilder Toyota went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed at a fair price. Grant Williams was straight forward with me from the start, and didn't try to push anything on me that I did not want. It is clear that the leadership there prides itself on customer service ahead of profits.

My husband and I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Wilder last week. We were in great hands working with Phillip Beck. I contacted Phillip about a week prior to being able to come to the lot and test drive, and wanted information about the value of our trade in. He was extremely responsive the whole time and answered every question thoroughly. When we were able to come to the lot, he let us test drive anything we wanted, pointed out other vehicles he knew of that might be right for us, and shared real opinions about all the vehicles. He was realistic about what we could afford, and we worked together to find the right truck for my family. I felt like the whole transaction was executed with patience and integrity. My husband and I left feeling very valued, and plan to return for all future services and purchases.

I have been looking for a new car for 3 months and it has been absolutely stressful and disappointing. Most dealerships start with an astronomically high interest rate just to see if you would bite but NOT these guys. They actually brought the lowest rate the first time and this I believe is the reason why: they actually care about their customers. They wanted what was best for the customer, NOT the dealership like 99.9% of all the ones out there. I ended up buying a lower model for the price and they offered to put leather in at an AMAZING price which in a sense made the model jump up a trim which was OUTSTANDING. They were so helpful and relational. The anxiety that usually comes with buying a car and always coming in with "your dukes up" was not the case here. There were a couple non negotiable things they I wanted to fix and without a bat of an eye, they fixed it on their dime. To sum it up, if you go there, make sure you work with Grant Williams in Sales and Rick Hoover, the Sales Manager, and Judy the Finance Manager. This trio was a dream team from Heaven! Even though this dealership is TWO HOURS away, it is so worth it. We will be buying all our cars through this dealership. Thank you Wilder Toyota!!

On a road trip from California. Had issues with a dead battery. Ran it into Wilder for a thorough check. They took me in right away as I was heading out of town the next day. Gave it the once over and found all was fine and sent me on my way within an hour or so. Polite friendly service to top it off. Thanks Jason and Santiago!

I brought my Jeep Wrangler to Wilder for warranty work from another dealership. Their service department failed to install a rear main seal properly on my Jeep Wrangler. This forced me to bring it back to them because it was leaking oil again. They told me that they installed the upper seal backwards because that was the way the previous dealership installed it. All they could do is blame the previous dealership and take no ownership in their mess up. The previous dealership paid them 1300 in repairs to ensure our happiness.Update: a year later they're second rear main seal install failed after approximately 6,000 miles. We called they repeatedly hung up on us. We finally got a hold of somebody at Wilder willing to listen and they stated we were outside of they're warranty. Their staff also wanted to add that there must be something else wrong with our Jeep and again wanted to pass blame. We learned a lot about Wilder this year they don't like you questioning their work and that they don't stand by their work either. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
