Lauren our sales person has been amazing through this whole process of financing and dealing with the bank to get our new Nissan.The dealership has been great.There have been waiting periods dealing with financing with the bank mainly getting confirmation from my job a lot of phone tag but everyone at wilder has been amazing keeping us informed and listening to our worries.Thanks Lauren and sorry to blow your cell up so much this past week!! Your a rock star and appreciate all your hard work for Michael and I so I can actually make it to work safely!!!

The blond, young man at the service counter was very personable and the only Wilder employee I saw smile during my visit. He is truly an asset to your company. In an overheard conversation between the woman at the parts desk and a difficult customer I had to admire the tact and professionalism of the parts desk employee. Otherwise I was truly shocked that a 5 minute job to replace the taillight on my NV 3500 cost me $185 in addition to the cost of the part.Update: Wilder issued a partial refund!

We worked with Richard Tucker to buy a new Nissan Rogue and had a wonderful customer experience. Richard was not only very responsive but was clear with expectations. We were looking for a specific model and trim line and he was able to source it for us within 24 hours.Richard was also very professional during the negotiation process. We felt like he did his best to make sure that we were comfortable with the price, but he also did his best to make sure that everyone could come to an agreement.Richard is knowledgable about the product. He could call out the differences on each trim line so we could make a decision on what suited our needs best. The delivery experience was just as great - making sure we felt comfortable with the vehicle's features before we drove off the lot. Even after we drove off the lot he also followed up to make sure all was well.I definitely recommend working with Richard at Wilder Nissan. He provided excellent service and support so we could drive home in the car we wanted and the right price.

My appointment was at 3pm. My car sat until 3:40 when I brought up my car was still sitting there. The service department guy stared the technician had my key when I got checked in. After bringing it to their attention, it took another 40 minutes for the car to be done.

Purchased a car for my son, at first arrival, customer service was not good. No one greeted us at the lot and we had to go inside to find a sales agent. Not very friendly approach. After looking at different store, we returned. Still customer service was absent. My son choose a car and when interacting with sales associate, very friendly and helpful. Overall an average experience.

We've gotten our last 4 vehicles from Wilder and never had any issues with the cars or service. I had a few follow-up questions from our most recent service, and they were properly researched and promptly relayed back to me.

I bought my 2011 Nissan Versa here from Lauren Decker and I absolutely LOVE my little car!! I'm having my first service (oil change) done today so I will update this review after it's done, but so far Wilder has been awesome in handling all my questions and they even repaired my tire for free when I got a tiny nail stuck in it!! Very pleased with the services they offer here!!!

My experience at the actual service department was great; HOWEVER, my experience with the "call center", not so much. The lady who took my call for scheduling service was great on the phone, but somehow my appointment never made it to the service department. When I arrived for my appointment, they didn't have it on their books. (I don't live just "up the street and around the corner ...) Fortunately, there was an opening later in the day so I took it. SO disappointed that a car dealer (a large one, to be sure) in our little town has resorted to using a "call center" rather than using the personnel on hand. (And yes, I do realize the current crisis all around the country of not being able to find people to work.)

My understanding of express service is same day, walk in, get out within an hour or so. Not here, make an appointment weeks, even months before service is due. I have an extended warranty to cover many different maintenance and no one even looked up what my warranty covers. Said this was my last free oil change, where I purchased an oil change, maintenance contract.

Absolutely great buying experience. Richard Tucker was my sales person and he was so great to work with: friendly, no pressure, prompt, excellent customer service. He even came in on Sunday when the dealership was closed to complete the sale when I couldn't come in due to a family funeral. The whole process was easy and comfortable. I highly recommend them.

I put a lot of miles on my vehicle for work. I purchased a used Rogue after my previous car got vandalized. They worked very hard getting me into a road worthy car that day so when my warranty began running out , I went back and they worked very nicely with me and got me into a new Rogue. Lauren was very sweet and easy going. No high pressure.

This was my partner and I s first time purchasing a new car and we couldn t have had a better experience. Buying a new vehicle when your current is on the verge of breaking down is stressful to say the least, but Joe and Lauren went above and beyond to take care of us. They were friendly, patient, helpful, and I couldn t recommend them more. They truly went the extra mile and my partner and I couldn t be happier.

I inherited my sister's 2017 Nissan Rogue with 5524 miles on the odometer. Still had original oil and was never given the 5000 mile inspection. In addition there were 2 recalls on the vehicle. Justin in the service department was on it. Got me set up and called to tell me the car ws ready for pick up. Thank you Justine for the good support. I'm not ready to by a new Nissan and the inherited Rogue is 1 of 4 vehicles I currently own. In the end I will probably end up selling it.

It was very clear to me that the folks at Wilder are all about their customers, from the owner to the excellent salesman (Richard) to the sales managers and finance personnel. They were in earnest as they helped me to find exactly what I was looking for in a Nissan Frontier. I changed my mind a couple of times, and they rolled with the switches beautifully. They were stellar in representing Nissan, that is for sure!

We had a good experience on Thursday. Daniel was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We appreciated Wilder returning a freshly washed, vacuumed vehicle and appreciated the loaner so that we could shop while our car was being serviced.I would appreciate your putting the speed charger back in service.We have bought two Corollas and one Nissan Leaf from Wilder and have had them serviced by Wilder's service departments. We are happy with the vehicles and happy with the service.

I just needed a battery check and they also did a full service check. Everything looked good and they gave me tips in keeping my battery charged since I don't drive long distances. They didn't charge me anything and washed my car. That was wonderful!

Kevin and Chris were both great. Kevin worked hard on the front end to make sure our time at the dealership was well spent. Chris was a solid professional while still being quick and friendly. I'm glad we were able to get the deal we wanted so close to home.*Update*. My first visit to service and my oil change and complementary carwash have so far taken over 2 hours and I'm still waiting to get my keys back.

We had a wonderful experience at Wilder. Reagan Mead was our sales lady. And boy did she impress us. She went above and beyond letting us know when new/ used cars cane in that we may be interested in. She continued to follow up and check in, without ever once being over the top or pushy. She listen well to what our needs were and exceeded our expectations. She was extremely helpful during our entire car shopping experience. Would recommend her to anyone shopping at Wilder!

I had my oil changed and asked some questions about my 2022 Rogue. The Tech walked me through how to update my Navigation so that I could do it later on my home network. My built in Navigation daily tries to take me on a road that has been closed since at least the 1970 s! And he also answered my raw fuel smell question it comes from the cap less fueling system .

Absolutely the BEST auto dealership experience EVER! Keith was so warm, extremely patient with my MULTIPLE and often repeated questions, beyond friendly, with excellent professional and sincere care and concern that I did not leave without every stone unturned. His fun and cheerful personality was delightful throughout the entire purchasing process. I was convinced and extremely grateful for his obvious sincere genuineness throughout the entire transaction.And it didn t stop there! I relayed to Keith that I would have to leave my car purchase until the next day because I came alone without any one to drive it. My jaw dropped when he said he would deliver it later that day! I shouldn t have been surprised with his thoughtful personality I had just witnessed throughout the transaction. True to his word, my car was delivered. His kindness saved me a LOT of worry and stress from trying to make arrangements to go back and get my car.The entire Wilder Auto experience was stress free and I would highly recommend anyone to make them your first stop when contemplating making such an important purchase.THANK YOU WILDER AUTO!!!

My wife and I had a great experience. Our sales man Jesse was very good and made sure we were happy from start to finish. They even made sure to fix a couple of small problems we had after we purchased the used vehicle. It is very important to them that there customers are happy. They are a great dealership with great service and prices. There prices are competitive with other dealerships in much larger areas. We will give them our business in the future.

Steve and I have been doing business with Wilder for over 25 years. Yesterday we bought a 2015 Honda Fit. Ellen, our salesperson was amazing and made sure we saw everything that fit our needs and was within the price range we wanted, letting us take our time and never pressuring us. Travis, who took care of the financing was wonderful and Kelly who did the paperwork was also great. We have never had a less than stellar experience with Wilder.Rick, the Service Manager, always makes sure we get good service and we just can't say enough about the staff at Wilder...Thank you everyone for the way you treat us like family and not "just a customer".

I would like to recommend working with Sales Manager Aaron Strohauer at Wilder Auto Center! I was in quite a predicament having gotten behind in my auto payments due to the Covid-19 situation and Aaron went above and beyond to find a solution for me that saved my car from the Repo Man! Aaron spent all afternoon working with me, and explaining options to me. I would definitely go to him for my next car! I bought my car from Wilder originally �and had a fantastic experience with my salesperson, Gretta (no longer with them), then as well. Aaron was extremely fair, well informed, and helpful and just a good and honest human being!Thank You Aaron! You seriously saved me!

My sales guy was Zach Wadsworth, he is by far the nicest most friendly car salesman I've met. He was super nice to work with and he worked with the amazing staff to make sure we felt at home. They not only offered us snacks and other great refreshments but they truely made us feel great and at home. The finance gal Judy was amazing and explained everything and helped us figure everything out. I would definitely do business here again. The place is amazing.
