in a world where customer experiences can often feel transactional, Wilder Auto stands as a shining example of how buying a vehicle can be both fun and professional. With a dedicated team that exudes enthusiasm and heart, I was helped by Grant and Don who were highly recommended along with the entire Toyota staff. From asking almost the impossible (Getting my hands on my now new 23' TRD Pro 4 runner in solar octane) to delivery of the 4Runner within a couple months, my journey with this dealership was nothing short of exceptional.You can tell the entire team really cares about what you are asking for and making sure they answer all of your questions you might have during the process. I will only be purchasing through Wilder Auto from here on out. You can see the hard work this company has put in to make sure you feel like family through the entire buying experience. 10/10 stars and we couldn't recommend them higher to anyone else looking for their next car & adventure! Thank you Grant and Don for your hard work, and for positively exceeding my thoughts on what buying a car is like.

My wife and I were watching one of their trucks online and one day driving by the dealership I decided to stop in and take a look. I was impressed enough and decided to take a chance and messaged Lauren who was awesome to work with. I highly recommend Lauren she was able to help us get the best deal on my trade in and best deal on our new to us 2014 Ram 1500. We are currently working with Lauren to try and find a rig for our son and she s been great and patient with how picky our son is. She doesn t stop after you leave the dealership either. We got a card in the mail too with a hand drawing of our truck and later on got a coffee cup with candy in it too. We definitely would go back to Lauren in the future she s amazing.

I just wanted to thank Dan and the crew at Wilder for taking care and making sure my parents (Jack and Barbara Cummings) drove out of Wilder with a beautiful, safe new car!My family and I are so appreciative and thankful!We bought our first VW in Port Angeles from Wilder Volkswagen many years ago.It s great to know that 40 (some odd years) later my folks are able to put their trust and faith in all of you there.Sending warm regards from Bend, OR

If you are in need to purchase a vehicle, go see Richard Tucker at Wilder Auto Center.We just purchased a vehicle there and Richard is one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with in life.He is thorough and honest. Any issues he took care of immediately and with courtesy.Most salesman drop you as soon as the sales is complete. Not Richard! He has followed up and provided excellent care and service far beyond the initial sale.He is truly a good and caring person. He even contacted me to find out how my drive home was!Thank you Richard. And if we were to buy another vehicle, it would definitely be from you!

Bought a slightly used car sight unseen while away in another state. Richard Tucker made me feel at ease with his friendly and professional attitude! Sent a personalized walkaround video and had quick responses to all my questions. No upcharges, unrelated fees, or forced accessories packages. Straight forward itemized invoice.Flew to SeaTac and immediately came to pick up the vehicle without issue. Richard was even able to give me a ride after I dropped the rental car off in Port Angeles.Richard also checked in on me after my drive home and sent out a chocolate-filled gift in the mail! I had great customer service at Wilder Toyota in Port Angeles, and they kept in touch with me on the search for a Toyota AWD SUV. Thanks, Chris, for starting the paperwork and Tim for getting it all processed.I got a 2023 Toyota Venza XLE Nightshade and am so happy with my purchase. Thank you very much, Toyota Wilder.

So I brought my truck into the service department today with a minor issue I was told they would need time to do the do the diagnostic work. I was picked up and as I was leaving I saw a tech lay a floor mat and plastic in my truck. I returned several hours later to pick up my truck and it was exactly where I parked and the floor mat was perfectly dry without any marks on it. It's snowy icy and there's sand all over the parking lot. I'm no Sherlock Holmes but I'mpretty sure my vehicle was never moved and there was no diagnosis done. I was told the repair would be 2k and I should order the parts right away. I was billed 70 bucks for the diagnostic work. Update. After posting this review I was in contact with The service manager who verified that my suspicion was correct and there was no diagnosis ever done and mailed me a refund for the money I was charged.i purchased my truck from Wilder and expected something better. I feel like they said poopsie this guy caught us but they made no effort to make things right.i was not offered a proper diagnosis or any compensation for the work hours Lost when coming in to deal with the shady technician trying to hustle me into an unnecessary and expensive repair. update 2-2 I recently received a call from the service department manager who informed me that the repair will be completed covered by the manufacturer waiting to hear back for a scheduled time.

We called Wilder auto looking for a specific vehicle. We reached Richard Tucker, and he very efficiently, found us exactly the vehicle we were looking for! He was very easy to work with, a nice guy, and didn t exert any high-pressure sales techniques on us, which we very much appreciate it. He found us the perfect car at a fair price, and was very pleasant so we would definitely go back to him. Highly recommended.

We are kicking fossil fuel to the curb, and we are thrilled!My wife and I have been looking for an EV for weeks. It seemed like all the inventory was spoken for, and we were beginning to lose hope. Thanks to Richard Tucker's call after I'd visited Wilder's website, we bought this SWEET 2019 Nissan Leaf. We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Richard, and the fantastic financing Joe Winter negotiated for us! This little car is perfect for running around town, it's a blast to drive, and the great scarlet color is a BONUS.Thank you, Richard Tucker and Joe Winter!

Service department is a joke. Wilder had our Jeep Wrangler in for brakes repair for 16 weeks. We finally picked it up, job unfinished, and brought it home to take elsewhere. Almost always got answering machines and very few calls back for uninformed job status update. Never doing business with them again.

I live in Tennessee and purchased a 2009 VW beetle from Wilder Auto that I found online. Russ Connary, the sales associate, was very helpful by sending me pictures and videos. The purchase was hassle free and very easy. We exchanged documents by FedEx and the car title was promptly mailed to me. I hired a transport company to deliver the car to me in Tennessee and Russ also assisted in coordinating the pick up of my car from his dealership. I would definitely recommend working with Russ if you are looking to purchase a car from Wilder Auto.

I ve been a customer of Wilder Auto Group for 15 years. During that time I ve received exceptional service from the Volkswagen and Honda dealerships. That all changed when I stopped by to test drive a new Toyota.From the start, the dealer was belligerent. Showing me a top of the line trim and then proceeded to argue with me regarding the trim level and features that I have selected through a month of online research and test drives. Essentially trying to intimidate me into paying $10,000 more for a car that I have no interest in.Wish I could give them more stars for the other dealerships, but the Toyota deal s tactics that day degrades the entire Group.

I bought my 2011 Nissan Versa from here. My sales associate Lauren Decker was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional! The whole Auto center sales team and mgrs worked hard to find this car for me and get me the best deal! The Honda Sales mgr Kris was very instrumental in getting the car thru all the service checks in a timely fashion so I could get my car as quickly as possible. I am VERY pleased with my purchase and excited that there is now a Service Advisor that has extensive knowledge and experience in working with Nissans of all models named Jonathan and I have no doubt he will help me keep my Versa running in top form for as long as I have the car!! Thank you Team Wilder for all your attention to detail and true care and concern for my happiness and satisfaction in my purchase!!!

Bought my second new Jeep from this dealership in two years. Bought the car on car on 6.6.23. On 6.12, the radio stopped working. They said it would be resolved in 10 days. It s 6.30 and no one can tell me when the radio will be replaced. Everyone says it s not their fault. No one cares about me and the fact I paid $52k for a new car. Asked for the GM to call me have not received it. These people are horrible.

Not only did Richard make buying a truck painless, but he was also genuinely a nice person. We drove 3 hours and took a ferry to make it 15 minutes before Wilder auto center closed. Richard stayed late to insure we were happy and taken care of even though it was after work hours. He took the time to show us the features and important information about the vehicle before we took the 3.5 hour trek home.Thank you Richard! We appreciate you!

I just completed the process of buying a brand new built RAV4 Hybrid at Wilder Toyota this week. The process was incredibly simple while using Lauren Decker as my salesperson. She was incredibly helpful and made the process very easy for me, working through the whole process electronically until the vehicle arrived, as I live out of town. I'm very satisfied with my purchase, and would certainly go through Lauren at Wilder again if I were to buy another Toyota.

Its great until you bring your vehicle there for repairs. Our Dodge Ram has been sitting there for NINE MONTHS! 9 months and barely any communication! I was patient for the first SIX months, I am no longer patient. We begged for communication so we could at least know what was going on!It is sitting with part of the motor on the front seat with DUST!I am angry and I will be contacting a lawyer!I would give negative stars if I could. This is beyond horrible customer service.

We are repeat customers of Wilder Auto! Had such a great experience with Richard buying our first Nissan, decided we had to reach out again when we were looking for a pickup truck. Richard worked to find the exact truck with all of the specific features we were looking for and he delivered in a very short period of time. Appreciate his work ethic to always go above and beyond for the customer.We also had the pleasure of working with Russ and Lauren during this process. They both helped us with the final delivery of the vehicle. Impressed how they were willing to work with us on the final details. Lauren is also super knowledgable about the vehicle. She knows her stuff! Overall, a really great customer experience. That's why we are repeat customers!

Cant ever seem to get any higher ups to contact the owner for me or he s always out of town. I HAVE HUGE ISSUES I need addressed by Mr. Wilder. Please contact me, I can meet anytime, anywhere I await your response..so far a week and half.I went by today after some needed pictures of my bracket. Was told by the receptionist that the phone lines were being worked on, and Mr. Wilder was busy, but I was told that he will be contacting me soon! Either way there is movement on my truck and wanted to say thank you! I am happy to get my truck fixed soon.

My wife and I were searching for a used electric car - our first EV - and getting frustrated by their popularity. On any given day, many would appear online across various websites, and either be promptly tagged with a SOLD or Purchase in progress type of note, or vanish entirely in short order. Luckily for us, Wilder's Richard Tucker, their EV specialist, noticed an enquiry we submitted about a car not yet even on their lot, and called us. It turned out there was a used Nissan Leaf JUST received, and we were able to go see it once it was reviewed and accepted for sale.Richard introduced us to the Leaf, and we each had a turn driving it with his coaching. He was very helpful and courteous, but also engaging and personable. We were both thrilled with the car, made the deal with financial guy Joe Winter's excellent assistance, and drove the car home the same afternoon!

Our car buying experience at Wilder Honda with Devon's patience was refreshing and rewarding. Knowing what we wanted but due to market conditions we were concerned we would have to wait or settle for something other than what we wanted. But Devon came through and we are very pleased with out new Honda Pilot.
