If you want an honest mechanic then I highly recommend Rudy s they provide an extensive breakdown of what s wrong and the cost associated with a realistic time frame for the work to be completed.I read some of the other reviews and laughed as when have you heard of any mechanic shop using customers part, that would be a huge liability on the shop.

Took my truck in for waterpump and timing belt replacement. I had purchased the parts prior as I was going to do it myself. Decided to have someone else do it. My parts are brand new sealed in plasticstraight from NAPA. They would only work on my vehicle if I purchased the parts from them. I really didn't want to spend another $460 dollars on brand new parts that i already have. Was told to go some where else. Must be nice to have so much business that you turn people away.

It was great service. I was amazed at the fact that they had the part I needed in stocks! These parts are hard to find without having to wait weeks for delivery. So thank you for serving our community with pride and integrity.

Rudy's Automotive was recommended by the car dealership I purchased my 2017 Chevy Equinox from. They quickly got me in, took care of what I needed, were friendly, polite, quick, knowledgeable, and the price was great. They are my new auto repair/maintenance shop!

Did some work for me once. Ended up taking my car another mechanic (dealership), where my partner works, for another opinion since i didn't trust what Rudys told me. Turns out Rudys was wrong, and that's okay... but it could have cost me a lot of money down the road if I would have listened to them. Bandaid fix from them was temporary yes but meh... They were cheap (not sure if thats a good thing though... I questioned the quality of parts put in), fast, and good on communication. Wouldn't recommend them for working on Subaru's though.

Didn t really get to experience how great of a service they provide, because were met by a very rude worker at the front door. Didn t seem like they cared about getting new customers, so we went some place else. No problem. There are plenty of car shops in the area.

You had me at Women Owned Business, but the price, customer service and quality work makes that the least exciting thing about them. Great shop, only place we take our van and diesel truck.

Brought my SUV in to have the brakes checked, after the dealership stated I should be looking at getting them done. I was told my brakes are fine, still good..... and no charge to look at them. I will be taking my business here in the future. Honest workers who are going to tell you fairly what needs to be done if anything!

This shop caused my transmission to go out by causing a catastrophic fluid leak after a simple starter install. I can t tell you how bad my life has been after spending 3000 dollars and a month plus of not having my ONLY vehicle. I was barely able to keep my job. When I called them after two auto professionals said they were more than likely responsible for the transmission going out they did not want to take responsibility and seemed indifferent about what happened to me. Mistakes happen but you should take responsibility if you caused a bigger problem by not doing the job properly. Use them at your own risk. Maybe you ll be out of a vehicle and be thousands of dollars in the hole for a simple issue with your vehicle. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I had a laundry list of items that needed repairs on my truck. Brittney kept me in the loop at every turn while my truck was there. They go above and beyond. Super happy with Rudy's Auto.

The two partners are rude and basically not very friendly. In addition, their work is shoddy and somewhat overpriced. Not recommended.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Not to many automotive places left that actually don't take advantage of you. Very honest owners will work with you and your never in the dark of your car repairs . I live in a small town and you learn very fast which automotive shops take advantage of you. They have earned my business

Mid-Winter snow, a scream from under the hood. Sadness. Rolled over to Rudy s and a young woman took our Sienna in and called later that day. Bad water pump. While it was apart, and at 140k miles, she recommended a timing belt, as ours was overdue and tatty. We chose all belts, pump and were happily surprised with two day service. She had our van back in action the next day. Trusted, capable, reasonable, one stop at Rudy s, and they ll take care of you.

Afraid to stand behind their skills. They may have some skills but I'll never know because if you let them think that their evaluation of your vehicle might become evidence in a trial they run like mice.

On a trip out to the peninsula, we had some unexpected issues with our Chrysler Town and Country. The instrument panel kept flashing on and off. We were welcomed kindly in the office. We waited a few minutes for a mechanic to be free. He checked our alternator and battery and was able to diagnose and fix the problem. He didn't charge us a penny, as the problem was an easy cleaning of the battery terminals.Honest work at the right price. If I have an emergency in the area again, I will return.

I took my daughter's car there with a wiring nightmare. They fixed it promptly and went beyond what they were hired to do at a reasonable price. I will take my car problems to them before I even consider anyone else. Very professional and very skillful!

We had brought our truck to Rudy's to get an inspection right after we bought it. They gave it a clean bill of health. A couple weeks go by and the truck will not start. We take it back and they tell us that the distributer is bad. Ok, its an older truck, defintely not out of the ordinary. Trucks runs great after! THE NEXT DAY, I have to leave work to pick up my husband from the side of the freeway because the truck died while we was driving. Turn the key, no clicking, no lights, no indicators. Rudys promises to warrenty the distrubter so we tow it back over there. They diagnoised it as a fuel pump failure. We have other mechanics say that it doesnt make sense from what we've told them. We ultimately decide to purchase a bigger truck for my husband and we decide to just tow the truck home and deal with it there. After work we take our dolly over and bring her home. A few DAYS later, Rudy's calls and asks if we're going to have them fix the fuel pump. Im dumbfoiunded and tell them that we already grabbed the truck. Days ago. I then get a scolding for not letting them know, even though they hadnt noticed the truck was gone because (possibly eventually) they would have noticed and called the police. He then tells me that theyve had several vehicles stolen off their lot. Not happy at all at this point. We decide to sell the truck as is and take the loss. A mechanic buys it and calls us the next day-there were wires that had fallen down and not connecting, once he attached them the truck started and is running fine. I'm writing this review as a warning to others not use this shop. Even though they said they were willing to warrenty the distributer and their work, they never told us whether the distributer was the cause of the truck dying and leaving my husband stranded. That all being said, I found their customer service and professionalism to be lacking. I feel sorry for any woman who goes there, they were unwilling to explain to me or to my husband how they came about any of their conclusions. Just so its clearly stated: even though those that work at Rudys may have years of experience, or not, thier incompetence has cost my husband and I hundreds of dollars and that in our eyes is unacceptable.

Bought a used car for my teenager from a local dealer in town. 2 days after purchasing noticed something leaking (thought it was oil). Took it back to the dealership to check it out and was told it was the timing and cover gaskets and it would cost $1000 and since I bought it as is - I'd have to pay. Called Rudy's (have used them a few times over the last 15 years and always saved money) - and was told to bring it in to check it out. Come to find out it was leak in the power steering hose and only $200. As usual - thank you Rudy's!! For always being honest, reasonable and never making me feel like I'm getting screwed over!!

Highly Recommend, just moved here a year ago and had been using Jiffy Lube and each time was shocked with the prices. I was recommended by many locals to try them out. I am so happy that I did, ontime, and amazing prices. And friendly.

Rudy's has been our go to mechanic for years for all of our vehicles. We recently got an older motorhome that the past owner noted had a mysterious "Click , click". He had it checked out at numerous places. Rudy's was able to diagnose and fix it!!!!
