Ran out of gas and Rpm towing was dispatched. They came reasonably fast and were professional. I appreciated that the gentleman responding Gave me the receipt for the purchased gasoline. I had one previously that just told me how much gas he'd purchased and subsequently put in my car.. I know for a fact that that previous guy didn't put the 5 gallons in my tank that he charged me for. But Rpm towing was transparent and honest. Thank you for getting me back on the road with no added stress!!

Service was great. The driver who showed up did a great job pulling and loading our vehicle out of our tricky driveway and was friendly! Took a couple hours to get to our call, but it wasn't an emergency, so no biggy.

The driver dumped off a customers vehicle after running it into a light pole and leaving a huge dent in the back bumper of a near new truck, and also damage the front of it as well. The driver took off and refused to talk to anyone. One of the worst things I ve seen in my 25 years in business. Shame on you

We are new to the Sequim area, and admittedly city people (who want to be country people) with a 2 wheel drive 4 cylinder not really an SUV, SUV. We got stuck, pitch black night, 35 degrees out, dirt/gravel back road with no lighting on a hill. I was panicking, but they got there within 30 minutes, winch ready to go and got us out of a tough situation. Not only did they get us out, we were scared and not sure how to get up the hill again to get to our new house. They coached us backing up, down the curved dirt road and then how to drive up that hill, we slid back a couple more times, and with more coaching (yes we are terrible city drivers) finally the coaching clicked, we got enough momentum, got up the hill to our house safe and sound. Not only did they do their job, they went above and beyond, making sure we could get up the hill safely. The coaching on how to drive up the gravel road, we use every time we approach that hill, so we appreciate the 'driving lesson,' on top of the actual winch job! Much appreciated, and very grateful to the 2 guys who helped us out!

My insurance company sent Eric's when my car blew a head gasket and overheated exactly 14 miles from my home and the entire cost of the tow should have been covered by the insurance. At our destination the flunky driver had a whispered phone conversation with his boss and they conspired to squeeze me for a few extra bucks by lying about the distance to inflate the charge to make a little pocket money. The driver refused to lower my car from the flatbed until I gave him $12, so be warned: Once these jokers have your car on the hook they'll hold it hostage until they've extorted a few extra dollars.

The bad reviews written here are true. I should have looked at them before I called Eric's. Called them for winching service. They showed up 45 minutes later than the time booked 2 hours in advance. No courtesy call from them to communicate their delay. When they eventually showed up I told them to forget it. Don't ever reward bad customer service for if you do you can expect that it will happen again. Dave, Sequim.

The service is delayed and I had to pay extra storage fees when I was informed the tow yard was closed but was told by the facilitator that it's open on weekends..they all need to get on the same page...still waiting on my vehicle and it's paid for..

Called and texted as they state they are open 24 hours. We were blocking traffic. No call back or text. Why advertise 24 hours when you don't even call back.

I never received any call back, so I parked the car and walked home. Saved me over $100.00 +

Waited over an hour before they let Farmer's know they couldn't make it and another company solved the issue.
