Needed an oil change and an engine light check. Thank you to Robbi a.k.a Robert (service manager) for all his help and kindness today. He was professional, patient and communicated things very well. Got me in right away and took the time to look up prices for me as well as gave me recommendations. Lovely human. And good job to the people who did the oil change work. And they call it Quicklane Called the other day to make an appointment, I was told they don't make appointments. I go in a few days later (around 9am) and I'm told 3 hour wait minimum. I've always taken my car to Quicklane and I told the guy I wanted to continue to do so, but I couldn't wait around for 3 hours.They need to either start taking appointments, or stop calling it "Quicklane " So now I'm forced to find another place to get my car serviced.

Needed an oil change on the road and always use the Ford Quicklane. Was busy first thing in the morning but they moved everyone along quickly and followed great social distancing practices.

Had an appointment. They were not ready to provide service...Will try to fit me in. Poor customer service. Withdrew my service.
