Tryed to sell me oil for $100 and before installing it. I did only go to the lub shop that was called something else. So I went across the street to jiffy lub and got it done.

Took my son s 2003 Ranger in for a front to rear evaluation and servicing. Robbie, at the Quick Lube desk, was extremely attentive and made sure everything was looked at. Found several areas of concern that would have led to major failures. After new front brakes, flushing of transmission and front differential fluid, along with multiple filters and 21 point inspection, Robbie felt is was safe for my teenage son to drive. Robbie didn t try to sell me unnecessary repairs and also made sure the truck received a new set of tires safe for weather conditions in our area. I appreciate Robbie and his dedication to our needs.

Went in for an oil change and general inspection. I had a good guess I would be needing to replace my brake pads. They did not have time to replace them. Robbie got me scheduled for the following day and made sure the parts were held for my appointment. Great customer service on his part.

I recently went in to get a battery for my key fob. The lady that helped me was so nice and let me know things about replacing the battery that I wasn t aware of. I really appreciated that she replaced it for me too! I wish I would of paid attention to her name lol. I want her know I m very grateful for her outstanding customer service!Before that I went in for an oil change and Robbi helped take care of my SUV. Robbi s excellent customer service and how he typically goes above and beyond to help with my vehicle is one of the reasons I continue to get my vehicle serviced here at Price Ford. I find it hard to come by excellent customer service even good customer service so I really appreciate Robbi s help. Thank you Robbi!

Usually a great place but the last couple of times I tried to get my brake pads and lug nuts replaced I had to chase down the staff to get answers. I understand being busy but customers shouldn't have to stay on top of you to get updates and information. Also this last time I called over a week ahead to give them time to get parts and never got a call to confirm they arrived. Then when I got there they said the parts guy wasn't there (but would be) and were disorganized and unwilling to give a quick call to ask where the parts were. We live in Seattle and were there only for that weekend which was mentioned to the staff. I gave up on getting anything done with them.

Came in Robbie helped with a tail light that had water in the lens and fixed it. Works good now. Good service and thank you. :)
