This was my first time taking my car here for service. Robbie was very helpful and I enjoyed talking to him and to others there. They were polite and friendly and the work was completed quickly! I will definitely go back.

I have been getting my truck serviced at this dealership for the last 4 years! Robbie is has always made sure that my truck is well serviced, his great at making sure things get done correctly and and in a timely manner. He's a straight shooter and I always trust that he is looking out for me the customer, which is what I appreciate the most and will keep me coming back for years to come. Robbie is awesome!

I took in my EcoSport because my check engine light was on. It turned out to be a bad camshaft sensor. I had to take my wife out of town to the hospital the next day, so I was under a fair amount of stress. Dave assured me he would take care of us. And he did. He took care of our transportation needs and fixed the car. I didn't have to worry about anything. It's not just about the car with staff. It's about taking care of people.Thanks Dave, and all involved.

Overall, great experience in buying a car. They respected all the incentives and provided a fair value for the trade in as well. They weren't very pushy, and provided detailed answers for any questions. Test drive route was great to test most of the car features. I would recommend them to provide free delivery to seattle area, since they are located very far from the city.

I have owned over 65 vehicles and have dealt with hundreds of dealerships. Price Ford is the finest dealership I've ever dealt with. The sales, service, parts departments are run by outstanding people that care about their jobs and their customers. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it is to deal with this dealership. They have made me a Ford owner for life.

Great service before and after buying the car. My grandmother mentioned they always treated her well. Last week her 1 year old battery went bad. They picked up her car. Put a replacement battery in for her ,then dropped it at her home. Free of charge. Bravo Price Ford ... Thank you for taking great care of my family.

This place is a rip off especially the service department. Their labor rate is 225 an hour and they said that is competitive for the area. He said we have to pay our technicians 17 $18 an hour. So they pay their techs 17-$18 an hour and charge the customer $225 an hour I understand the markup but not almost 13x what they pay their technician is just a rip off to the consumer. I called around and found plenty of shops that are charging between 125 to $135 an hour. I don t think this place will be in business much longer their service department really needs to get revamped and they need to clean house. I understand prices have gone up but to be $85-$95 more an hour it s just ridiculous for a Ford dealership. If this was a Lamborghini or Ferrari dealership that would be understandable. I would rather take my business to Bruce s or Sunnyside or any of the mom and pop shops that are ASE certified that charge less per hour to work on your car and the quality of work is better. The service manager was extremely rude on the phone today. Needless to say I will not be doing business here nor would I be buying a car here just from the bad taste the service department left in my mouth.

Since purchasing my truck in 2018 and always having it serviced at price I have always been treated with respect.. I just had another Amazing recent experience, my truck broke down suddenly and Rob from the service department was very understanding and accommodated me when they were super busy. My truck is my livelihood so it s very important to get it up and running as fast as possible, but honestly everyone in the service department is super nice! From start to finish, They kept me up to date along the way too! highly recommend the sales and service department! Thanks again price I ll see you on my next oil change.

We had the best experience at Price Ford! Martin at the service center gave me the best customer service I ve ever experienced at a dealership and they fixed my car troubles within a day. They were super understanding and lenient, and the cashier (I wish I got her name) was amazing! I would come back here any day for my car. Thank you Port Angeles Price Ford!!

Overall good experience with them for my 2023 F-150 Powerboost. Easy to schedule, staff addressed all my concerns and were very courteous. But I still can't believe they didn't wash my truck as another courtesy! Is that no longer something that dealerships do when you have your vehicle serviced with them? Ah, for the good ol' days.....

The service from Price Ford was INCREDIBLE! Not only were both the parts dept. and the service dept. extremely helpful, they looked up a recall for the affected part and then offered to have your mobile service unit at my house the next morning at 8:30 am (about 15 miles away). Your technician showed up right on time, was friendly, very knowledgeable, and had the repair completed in short order. I've never had such good service! I'll be recommending your company to everyone I know. Thank you!!!

Took our vehicle in because of a known issue with the ford focus clutch / transmission system.They bent over backwards to deny that it was part of the transmission recall.Lied about how long it would take to Diagnose the problem. They said just an hour Even though we literally came in telling them the codes that the car was giving us via our own diagnostic tool They then proceeded to take two hours working on the car to charge double the cost because they took twice as much time as they said they needed.All they did in this two hours of time was swap the existing clutch A and B actuators with each other and run a few short test drives.Then because the car momentarily worked mostly properly they said they must have fixed it They then pretended they were doing us a favor by cutting off a half hour of the extra time they took, to literally do nothing, off the bill.They only charged us almost $500 to literally not fix our car.Because the very next day the check engine light came right back on and now it s just as bad if not worse!Now they send me this request to give them a review?I don t know what the heck happened to Ford but customer care has been decimated.I don t recommend them and I ve been a life long ford owner who s family worked for ford and only ever owned fords.I m frankly disgusted that they would take such shameful further advantage of people that they already sold such a lemon of a car to.If you have any choice at all, buy something else.

The service for our 350 transit van @ Price Ford continues to exemplary. Dave Holgerson, Senior Service Advisor is "seasoned" in his role and thus is well informed about this vehicle. His recommendations and advice is always offered in a thoughtful manner. Most importantly, however, is that service is done correctly as has been true since our 2017 purchase @ Price Ford. They stand behind their service and I have confidence in them, a statement and an endorsement that I have not been able make about other auto dealerships.

I was warned about purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and should have listened. The incompetence, lack of accountability, and arrogance that is the culture of this business is unbelievable.I purchased a used truck over 60 days ago and I still don't have the registration to the vehicle. They contract with an outside organization called VITU that has even worse core company values than Price Ford.The Business Manager is useless, doesn't answer emails, and just kicks the can of blame down the road. The manager can't answer my emails, but managed to include me in correspondence that included another individuals personal information and they too are an unhappy customer.From the get go they made mistakes. Missed signatures, not giving me a temp tag to legally drive off the lot, sending paperwork out later than stated, poor communication, and so on. I've given the proof that the documentation hasn't been received by the county and asked to have it sent again. I was told that I would need to wait. I was told that it was delivered on the 18th of January, but they won't give me the tracking or even tell me where it was delivered.At this time I've spent hundreds on temp tags, had to cancel the sale of my older truck so that I can continue to drive it, spent hours on the phone and at the DMV, and driven over a 1,000 miles to try and get all this cleared up.From my experience, I would not recommend using this dealership and would take your business to another organization who will value you as a customer.

I've tried to be a customer for years. Stopped for awhile because they didn't replace my oil filter during an oil change. Set an appointment up weeks ago for a full maintenance on my super duty, in an hour the mechanic had only removed my hub caps so I asked for my truck back to leave. Bought the materials to do my own oil change and my truck was returned to me with the seat all the to the steering wheel setting changed on my dash and the whipers all the way up. Embarrassing just to have been apart of.

First time going into their new facility (after many years of it being there) for my f150. They found my oil leak and fixed it within a week and worked with ASC warranty with no hassles on their end. So far my experience is great

And no hassle car purchase! Friendly and helpful staff. We never felt pressured to buy and all of our questions were answered without hesitation. We even left the dealership twice to think things over and they seemed okay with that and let us go without pressuring us to stay.

When I bought my NEW Lincoln, at the Puyallup dealership, the charge pad for my phone was not working. (But too late in the day to get it fixed down there.) I brought it to Price to get it repaired. They had to order a part so the car had to go back in again a week later. Service returned it to me saying it was working. It was not. Still intermittent. So back to Price. And they have to order yet another part. Im still waiting. I m getting very frustrated about the quality of the product, and the quality of the repair service. Don t understand how they could bring it back to me not fixed.And how did this feature pass quality control when it left the factory. I m not happy

BUYER BEWARE !!!!PRICE FORD IN PORT ANGELES is shady and a rip off !!We went there this morning with cash in hand and a trade in for a vehicle they had listed on their website for here local .. inquiring about said vehicle that was priced at $21,000 on website we were informed that it could be brought to us from where it was while sales guy was outside assessing our trade in the manager comes over and says we are too far apart in what we wanted to pay we have cash & trade in for said vehicle and wanted to walk away at 18,500 or 19,000 on it that was priced at 21,000 manager now says it s 26,000 it is clearly on website with picture at 21,000 I wouldn t deal with that shady dealership just putting it out there if you decide to go there definitely be careful and watch the shady Manager I will be contacting BBB !!!

I was in a quandary in solving an ignition problem with my 2011 Escape. After going through a few mechanics, a lock smith, and a u tube video on changing out the lock cylinder and housing, I was unable to get back to the lock smith due to the communication tower being down for about four days, no cell phone no Internet. In a last attempt I went to the Ford dealership to see what they could do. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and had a positive attitude about being able to fix the problem The service department set up an appointment on the weekend just after the Thanksgiving holiday and when I dropped off the Escape they had the lock cylinder replaced and the problem solved without needing to replace the cylinder housing part. This meant the labor cost was smaller than anticipated and the total bill was very reasonable. I had my Escape back in about an hour and the problem has not returned. The mechanic gave me the old lock cylinder back which was worn out and obviously the problem. I am very pleased with their work and professionalism and recommend them to any Ford vehicle owner that is trouble shooting a mechanical problem or in need of routine service.
