Every member from the old show Cheers works there and it's a hoot.These guys and Jacob at Olympic Tire are all anyone needs when your vehicle takes your man card. They get it back for ya:) and get ya back on the road quick.

Best parts store in town. The crew they having working behind the counter is some of the best I've ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to get you what you need.

Lifetime warranty on parts only applies if you have a copy of the original receipt. They are a scam. Shop elsewhere if you are looking for a business with integrity.Expect lifetime warranty parts to last 5 years and 20k miles. Also keep your receipts for those years because they will not be warrantied even if the part has original napa stickers. This applies whether you purchased the part or not. Customer service found other places but not here.

They had the part I needed and stayed open 5 minutes longer for me to get there. And the guy was super friendly! That's a bonus in my book

Friendly, courteous and professional. I needed a couple good waterproof toggle switches. They had them. A little expensive, but cost comes with quality. Always happy with NAPA.

Quality parts, good advice, fast part delivery. Why buy online when you don't know when parts will be shipped/arrive, when they don't answer phones or reply to emails. Buy locally and get advice and help, and get great parts. Been using NAPA for 25 years. If you get a repair estimate you can't afford, do it your self for 1/3 the cost, with better parts! There are YouTube classes for every car model and part.

Awesome people that work here. They did not have exactly the part I wanted it took at least 10 minutes to look up through their books, find a part that I thought I could use. A special ordered it with a condition that if it didn't work I could still return it. Couldn't ask for better customer service!!!!

Excellent service, always ready to help and always have the parts I need for what ever I brake, quad, tractor utv car whatever....great place even if they can't help you they will steer you in the rite direction..

Great location friendly people good prices depend over backwards to get you the parts you need even if not on hand they'll send a runner to a different store to get it for you and get it to the store as quickly as possible. Special shout-out to Jay this lady is the best they moved here from my I Kitsap Way to the store in Silverdale your are missed.

Had the " hard to find" old part i needed and helpful. Not crowded either. A little had to find ( newcomer here) and a little difficulty getting out in the flow of traffic but YES I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM !

We were very well treated at this store. Had a brand new fan belt break due to mis-alignment but they replaced the belt at no charge. Really great help there

If you need it they have it or can get it. New heavy truck department, equipment and semi truck parts and service materials. Their prices are competitive and reasonable. The service is worth spending a little more.

Jack found good way to handle 0-60 psi precision air measurement for motorcycle race days and found 0-160 psi truck tire needs.
