Duane is our Superhero!!! He has always made us feel like we are his priority!! Never gives us bluffs and he has a huge heart!!! I would never trust anyone with our rv but him . I can t say enough to help you to understand why you should hire him . There are a lot of people out there that will scam and cheat you . So stop here , call Dr Mobile Rv and know that he will take care of your needs. I am going to sew him a superhero cape, so if you see a superhero buzzing around town that s him!! Thank you Duane for being the number one Mobile Rv repair man of clallam and Jefferson county!!!

We were freezing because our furnace stopped working. Duane got here as quickly as he could, which was soon enough. He fixed our furnace and some other things while he was at it. Totally competent, reasonably priced, and an all around good guy. Thank you, Duane.

If you are reading this review and others, trust me everything you read is TRUE!!I had a recalled propane regulator that needed to be replaced and since I had just purchased my travel trailer I desired my hot water tank to be "flushed". When I spoke about these to Duane he made me feel that he knew exactly what needed to be done along with knowing the exact testing method that Grand Design needed to have performed on the regulator so that I could be reimbursed. I was extremely impressed by DRS RV Repair in keeping me updated via text prior to my scheduled appointment and Duane being exactly on time!!! Wow! I've dealt with a few mobile repair companies/individuals but none were as dependable as Duane's. Not only is he helpful (he flushed my hot water tank without charging me extra and taught me how to do it) but he gives you peace of mind with his knowledge base.I will definitely use him for any of my RV needs that he can do and highly recommend him to all my RV friends and family.

Duane was able to work our RV into an already booked day and came to the campsite and fixed the problem early in the am for us. He was very punctual, professional and quick. We rent it out through Outdoorsy so we had to organize over the phone and coordinate with our renters and Duane was very accommodating and communicated very well. I wish he lived closer to Portland Oregon as we would use him for everything! When we camp in that area, if we have issues, we know where to go.Service: Electrical

Our motorhome jacks would not raise. We were stuck at a campground. I was able to get ahold of Duane just after 9 a.m. on a Monday and he worked us into his schedule. Had the bad connection to the hydraulic pump fixed and jacks up by 1130 a.m. Great guy, great service, great response. Above and beyond what I was expecting for less $$ Service: Electrical

I want to say that the technician for Dr Mobile RV was probably the most knowledgeable, polite and confident technician ive had come to my place ever ! He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make me feel 100% confident that I have no propane leaks to worry about, and I was worried about the shape of the roof and he checked it out and reassured me it wasn't as bad as I thought, told me what I needed to do and how to prolong and fix it. When Duane left my place, I felt as tho a huge weight had been removed and I feel completely confident in his Work and much, much safer in my r.v.. Thank u Duane and Dr Mobile. I will definitely call again, if needed... Kim

My son said that I should call a person who come to you rather than go through the hassle of hooking up the trailer and pulling it somewhere for an electrical problem. I called DRs mobile and it was the best move I have made in a long time!! Duane was there when he said he would be and got to work. He explored and explained exactly what he was doing untill he found that it was a faulty ground connection and then fixed and replaced everything after testing to see if the lights were working properly. I then pointed out a faulty wall outlet which he immediately diagnosed and the corrected it. He did so without making me feel like to much of a dork and sad that the GFI had tripped. Getting the problems fixed with no hassle was worth every penny!! Thanks again Duane!!Service: Electrical

Duane met us at the Walmart in Port Angelas as we were traveling thru. He was able to come an hour earlier than our appointment and replaced our GFI outlet very quickly. We shopped and had lunch and as we were leaving an hour later we heard a horrendous sound from our trailer near the tires. When we called for help, Duane said he would be back in ten minutes and he was. He diagnosed a problem with the brakes and wheel bearings and a bad tire. Since this was not in his wheelhouse, he found us a repair shop 1.5 miles away and followed us there. He spoke to the repair shop and left us in good hands. He also followed up with us and did we mention he didn t charge us for coming back? Very professional. Would definitely use him again. June 16, 2021

Our slide out was stuck and not entirely in or out! We called Duane and with a lot of luck during a busy time of year, he dashed to our rescue. He diagnosed the problem and did the repair. My fresh water line was leaking and my AC wasn't working. He came out to my camp site and repaired both, he even fixed a drawer that wouldn't latch. Very nice, super professional, good communicator. Top notch!

Duane was on time. His diagnosis was correct. He pulled my furnace, replaced the control board and sail switch, completely cleaned it and reinstalled it. I would recommend him to anyone.

Duane was treasure to find. He was professional, polite, on-time and even returned calls promptly. He beats, hands down, a couple of shops in Sequim. One of which hasn t called back yet. We had a problem with our generator and called late afternoon and was able to set up appointment for next day. Prompt arrival and was able to diagnose and fix problem on the spot, while explaining what was being done and what to check when have similar issue. Also did a roof check for us. Definitely recommend if have any RV issue.
