Dropping from 2 stars to 1. We are getting no resolution to the over $2000 overcharge by Port Angeles.Wife came in to license a Silverado and Jeep we purchased. Came with Bill of sale for each vehicle stating purchase price. The value the person looked up for the 300,000 mile 2015 Silverado was abut $3000 less than the truck cost new in 2015 ( they valued the $9000 truck at nearly $28,000) and they valued the 180,000 mile Jeep at nearly triple the purchase price, somewhere around $15,000 (paid $5000). Both of these vehicles needed thousands in repairs, which is why we bought them at decent deals. We were OVERCHARGED over $2,000 when we paid. You read that correctly, a bill that should have been under $2000 ended up being over $4200. When brought to their attention, it appears no one has ever noticed this problem before. We are still waiting to hear about how to get a refund, nearly a month later. Have been in touch with state of Washington also, with no resolution.The only thing we have been told so far is "It could be a year before you get a refund" and "this has never happened before"If the state of Washington or the PA office makes things right, I will update my review. If we end up losing over $2,000 because the new person didn't know and nobody wanted to resolve this, I will also update the review. This could go to 5 stars or it could drop to 1, only time will tell.

Not overly impressed. Purchased tabs for my HD and they sent them to the wrong address even after I changed my address during the purchase to be sure they were sent to the right location. When I spoke to an agent on the phone they informed me I should wait a week to see if they are returned to sender. I ended up paying another $14 for replacements which were also mailed to the wrong address. How hard is it to 1. Forward them to a correct address or 2. refund my money. Im now sitting on expired tabs with no answers from CCVL

I would love to rate them higher if I could actually get through to anyone on the phone to actually have a customer service experience.Edit: went from 1 star to 5 stars. Not sure if new personnel are the cause, but I had a drastically better experience while trying to renew my registration from out of state while on active duty. Ms. King in particular was super helpful and very kind.

Went in early to get tabs. They opened at 9:30 and even though there was 5 people in front of me, I was in and out within 20 minutes. Now with COVID, appointments are necessary but this makes them even more efficient and quicker to get things done.

Saying that Emily was incredibly helpful would be a gross understatement. I could not possibly have completed our company's fleet renewal and fixed the various title issues without her hard work and diligence. She worked extensively with me over the phone in preparation, so that when I came into the office I had everything I needed. 10 out of 5 stars

Kari King helped to make the process here about as easy and stress free as possible during a really kooky time in the world. There were a few hiccups with paperwork on my end, but she's been extraordinarily helpful, informative and accommodating. It's sincerely appreciated!

Always a long line and the girls hardly are any help very minimal if any, they are most the time on the rude side, ask any questions and you've ruined there day. I'm tired of waiting in long lines and dealing with the nasty attitudes from the employees so I use the Sequim station, faster, and hell of a lot more polite.

Anything in this county that s ran by the county is garbage and I lived here and I ll never go back as they are still flying confederate flags and don t see a problem with it!! Same on This whole county!!

Well administered facility. However, they could turn the heat down a little, as it was quite warm, especially with the need to wear a mask.

Short staffed in the vehicle department as usual. Stood in line for an hour, to get new tabs. Took me all of 5 minutes at the counter.

I just tried to call the Clallam Co. Vehicle licensing office. Speaking to a person was not an option. The trend of levying higher and higher taxes while rendering lower and lower levels of governmental service to taxpayers has got to stop.
