I highly recommend Bayview transmission. They did an excellent job. I was in Texas, and had some trouble with my transmission, and they called my mechanic down here and took care of all the expenses. Everything was taken care of. We love Bayview transmission. And we always go back to them.

Broke down on a road trip, and the Bayview team couldn t have taken better care of me if they had been my own family. Saved me almost $1,000 and did quick work to get me back on the road! So glad I found them!

Quality people here. Quotes/bids were accurate, and covered everything just in case, but items not needed were deducted from the final bill. No surprises.

Excellent service from Aaron and his staff who provided prompt diagnosis and repair of our RVs transmission related problem. Got it mobile again and we were able to successfully board the ferry back to Canada for further repairs. Thank you so much for helping us so quickly. Aaron provide honest and useful information which led us to make informed decisions about what to do. I came in today after looking all over town for a part for a 25 year old car, the lady at the counter was friendly and very helpful, and managed to do the impossible and track down exactly the part I was looking for! You hire great people here, and if it were up to me then she would get a raise, thank you so so very much!

Awesome service. A bit of a wait for an appointment, but they're busy, and faster than others in area. Quickly IDd issue and got it fixed. Turned out to be minor, but we'll go back if we have new issues.

I cannot sing the praises of this family owned business enough! I will forever be grateful to Kim - for her amazing customer service, her ability to take stress out of a very stressful equation, and her mad skills at scheduling! She fit my car in for an emergency repair the day before I was leaving for a 2 week trip! She was fantastic! Her dad, Aaron, fixed my car- found one more little tweak that I knew was faulty and I did not mention. But, he found it! My bill was extremely reasonable ..and actually came in UNDER what was quoted. They managed my expectations the entire way and only charged me for exactly what the labor and parts were ...no huge mark up. No extra hours put on etc! HONESTY! I love it! I guess this is why Les Schwab recommended them to me! I couldn't be more thankful!Keep up the amazing work and you have earned a customer for life!Services: Electrical, Battery

Had a transmission rebuild on my Dodge 3500 4wd. Had a couple little glitches. They got me in and back out immediately with apologies no charge. This business has integrity and will always have my business and I recommend them to all of my friends. Integrity is priceless! Thanks to Aaron and his friendly staff. I had a severe rust problem with my exhaust system. Honda quoted me almost $5,000 to repair the whole exhaust, and they needed a few months just to get the parts in stock.Then I heard about Bayview and gave them a call. They took me under the car, showed me the problem, and found a much cheaper solution. I was able to get my car up and running for under $400. They even managed to complete the repair on the same day!Great service, fair prices, friendly dog, and honest people. I'll be going back for any future car problems!

This place rocks, needed transmission work done, the part didn't come in on time had to wait until next day. They kept my car inside , it was snowing, nice guys, the part came in and no problems. I tried the other place and no help. Thanks Bayview like I said you guys rock.

I was in a jam and Bayview Transmission saved the day. Weeks faster than anyone else in town. I only regret living in Vancouver, WA. Bayview helped us out while on vacation. They really saved the day!

Had a great experience here. I brought my Jeep in for service, two failed catalytic converters. The gave me an estimate on the cost of repairs, ordered parts and the day they were all there it was finished quickly and ready to go. Very professional, timely, and they communicated with me well. This is my go to shop when I have any car issues. I know I can always count on good service here, I know that they're integritous and don't bill for things you don't need. A lot of car garages get bad raps, but bayview is different. Every time I've needed a repair the mechanics and front office workers have been clear and concise with what was going on every step of the way and they really do their best to keep costs reasonable and make sure you understand what's going on. Today I went in and even though they were booked out for 2 weeks they took a quick look at what was going on and about 2 seconds later told me I had a cracked cap. Easy, cheap fix. They even got the part delivered for me to the shop so I didn't need to drive anywhere else. I'll always take my business here first, if I can.

They have excellent customer service! I dealt with Kim and she was amazing. She answered any questions and was not afraid to give feed back. Bayview Transmission really strives to make sure their customers are aware of all options. I ended up not fixing my toyota corolla, but if I had I would have gladly paid them for their services. I just so happened to get a good deal on a newer car.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I live in BC and was trying to get a hold of a piece that no body could find here. They have been so helpful and professional and thanks to Aaron and Kim I was able to get the piece from the US and I wish the ferry ride wasn't so expensive because I would have gladly taken my business there for them to install it.

This is Don posting. The professionalism and honesty of Bayview is superior to any muffler or transmission shop I've ever had work on my vehicles. I brought my rare, vintage sports car in, and Aaron's crew did a fantastic job in a timely manner, and the cost was very reasonable. It's a friendly place, from the receptionist on. It's satisfying to know I've now found a business which I trust and will always use in the future. I strongly recommend them to anyone requiring the work they perform. I'm a happy camper. Thanks again Aaron and staff. Stellar business! :)

I had an accident in which I did some damage to to top faring of my big rig nearby, and they helped me rig it so it would not come off when I drove back to my home terminal.Kara was very nice and helpful, and very professional. They care about customer service and provided me with detailed information allowing me to truly make a well informed decision about my cars' issues. I couldn't ask for any better customer service. I had some service done in april of this year and had a scheduled oil change at my car dealership which was in October, they let me know that I had a slight transmission drip so I brought my truck back to Bayview and they Immediately scheduled me in to resolve the situation. I picked up my vehicle and they requested that I bring it back in a couple of weeks for an inspection I truly KNOW that they value their customers and a handshake is as good as gold......just like the good ol days

This is the 2nd vehicle I ve taken to Bayview for exhaust work... each time was a custom type of installation that was done to perfection...I don t want to overdo it and I m not a relative but the staff really took the time to make sure I got the best service and info on various exhaust systems... Made appointment 2 weeks ago. Appointment for 8:30 said be done by noon. Was not even started at noon. Loved spending most of the day waiting around for it to be done. Then just because we bought the seal at auto parts store and not them they don t guarantee the work what a crock....

Very honest!! As we all know honesty is the most important thing when it comes to getting your vehicle worked on! Ive been ripped off around town before BUT NOT HERE, the college donated money and so did the shop! Good work too
