I purchased wiper blades for my vehicle and was not familiar with the type of attachment clips on these blades. Tim was very helpful and installed them for me. Quick and easy service.

I am leaving this review for the #4110 store in Port Angeles, WA. I've been to this store a few times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Specifically, Johnny Blaze (not sure of the spelling) has helped me on numerous occasions and always goes above and beyond to provide a positive customer experience. He is always willing to take the time to have a conversation with the customer, whether it's about cars or personal life. A couple times, Johnny has even come to my vehicle to help make sure I understand how to perform certain repairs on my vehicle. I'm glad he works at the store by me and AutoZone should be proud to have him on their team.

My wiper blade arm wasn t working, and as it was raining I was in need of a quick fix. Ben was extremely helpful and solved my issue right away. He had outstanding customer service!!

Yesterday I drove my truck to Asian Buffet and upon completing my dinner and attempting to leave, my truck would not start. No power, no lights, no nothing. Autozone was across the parking lot, so I went there for assistance. One of the team members by the name of Blaze assisted me. He assessed the situation and narrowed it down to corrosion build up on my battery terminals. He recommended and sold me about $15 worth of items to clean the terminals, prevent corrosion build up, and ensure a more solid connection. On top of all this, he took the time to do all the cleaning, install, etc, so about a half hour later my battery terminals looked good as new and my truck started!! I've started it, shut it off, restarted it multiple times since and all is good! I am grateful! Thank you Autozone and Blaze! This is what the PA community is all about!

EXCELLENT customer service- I have been in twice in the last month for entirely different reasons and both times received stellar assistance and thoughtful explanations for what was needed and why. Jon C was the most recent associate to be so helpful, however, they all have been consistently helpful and kind.

Went in to get something that was out of stock. But Blaze was super helpful. We looked up the error code together and he walked me through what the most common thing is to fix. Real great guy!

This autozone is one of the best I ve been to! I came in because a headlight of mine went out, and it was my luck that I ran into Blaze! He is a very kind, humorous, relatable and very intelligent guy! He helped me pick the right lights, and even explained what each light did based on the brand and package. He then went to help me change the bulbs, and let me watch while he explained the whole process. He then recommended me places where I could search for new headlights since they were getting old & foggy. This is by far one of the best experiences I ve had at autozone, & I will be back in for my next car needs.

I'm normally not a chain store shopper but the customer service at this location is always great. Blaze in particular has been very courteous and helpful anytime my truck decides to throw a code.

Leaving a 4 star because my experience started out horrible, but was saved by a different team member, I believe his name was John. I came in to have my battery tested. The guy at the counter said he couldn't do it and actually suggested I go to O'Reilly. I asked if they could give me a jump, since I'd turned the car off to have the battery tested. He again told me no, suggesting I walk over to the muffler shop nearby (which was closed) and ask them. In the parking lot, an AutoZone employee who was off the clock offered to jump me. He also went inside to get John, as the jump was not working. John took care of me from then on- he tested my battery for me, sold me a new one, and installed it for me. Thanks for saving my night John!

So amazing!!! My car s check engine light came on and had a shutter. Went to AutoZone in Port Angeles, WA where Buddha, the manager, hooked my car up to a lil tester. Buddha is so exceptional!! Not only did he let me know that the spark plugs needed changing, he literally walked me and my son through changing them in the parking lot!! Step by step, teaching with such patience and enthusiasm as we (who hadn t ever done more than put gas in a car) changed the spark plugs! The shutter is gone, the light is off and Buddha made us feel 10 feet tall!! Thank you, Buddha and AutoZone!!

They went above and beyond helping me get the parts I needed to fix my vehicle. Even help install them in the parking lot. They will even call competitors for parts if they think it will help you sooner.

The staff at this location are great, shout out especially to Buddha who helped us tremendously when our car was throwing a throttle body code during our vacation! He helped us find the necessary parts, loaned us all the tools to do the repair, and even offered his help as we fixed it in the parking lot. He went above and beyond to help us during our trip and we are very happy we stopped at AutoZone with our issue

These guys are incredible. My mom and I had very little knowledge as to why the check engine light came on. Not only did they figure out the problem for us, but they also walked me through how to fix it in their parking lot. I would recommend these guys to literally anyone and everyone. They are so friendly and welcoming!And thank you Buddha for being the greatest help!

I just wanted to post and let you know that you have an employee down here, I believe his name is Jake that helped me tonight over the phone. Anyways, I was very pleased with this customer service just so you know. I asked a lot of questions he was very patient with me, he had to order me a turn signal relay from the Tacoma shop, so I had to pay for that over the phone and then he also got everything else I needed that you had in stock for me while I was on the phone so I can pay for it all in one shot. Very pleasant, very good customer service man.

Buddha, Jake, Dutch and the other staff went above and beyond helping me when a cylinder started misfiring on the highway as I was going through town. They told me how to change the spark coil myself! Now I have a new skill! Useful since I'm on the road a lot and this has happened before. They also gave me a lot of information about some upgrades to my vehicle that I am looking into, not as a sales tactic, just as enthusiasts. They never talked down to me, nor mansplained, nor lost patience with me through the whole ordeal.When it turned out to be more than just the coil, Buddha referred me to a non profit mechanic shop. Since they were not available Buddha then referred me to another shop up the road that was super friendly and got me in the next morning. It turned out there was water in the spark plug cavity!! Now I'm looking into how that happened...A general plus about Auto Zone is that when you ask them to read your codes, they use a *much* better code reader than the other guys. It's better for diagnosing, it clears the codes, and they can email you the results.I'm so glad they were there.Highly recommend.
