With my truck broken and having to return 3 different occasions and sitting in front of their repair shop for months each of those visits. (Truck was broken and sitting more than being used for the better half of a year) it would return to me to be used for a couple months then it broke again. I believe they rushed through the work they did as they are over loaded and have a car storage lot more than a mechanic shop also didn t want to help much steer clear

Tommy is very friendly and helpful. They were recommended by O'Reilly's staff as having mechanic who has worked on Subarus for over 20 years. Received written quote of repairs which was identical to final bill. They seem to be very thorough in what they do. Time will tell.

I ve been here 3x so far for regular service, fixing another places Fxxk up s, and a full brake job plus, and I cannot say anything wrong about them. They rock! They are completely honest, competent and thorough.I m super happy I found a place I can rely on and trust!Thank you Alliance!!!

This is not a shade tree mechanic's shop. I was referred here by the dealership. Tommy was very courteous and explained exactly what my problem was. Just be prepared for dealership repair prices. Wow. Recommended with that caveat.

These guys saved our Olympic National Park vacation, when the dealer and other shops turned us away, they were able to get our van diagnosed, order a part and get us running in a day. Greg was friendly & knowledgeable, fair price and good work....Support your local shop.

don't use this company, When they make I mistake they don't take responsibility for it, and when you leave a bad review they have google take it down, but this is a small town
