We just recently purchased our second trailer from Trailer Boss of Pasco, WA this past Saturday. Great experience all the way around. When they didn t have exactly the trailer we were looking for, Gilbert found us one in their Spokane store and had it brought down to Pasco for us. Gilbert has the perfect salesman s personality helpful with insight, kind and patient. He definitely knows his product line and cares that you get the right trailer for your needs. Thanks Gilbert!

Great service! Ask for Gilbert! He gets me taken care of every time I come in!Update a few days after buying this trailer I decided I was going to need another one. Gave Gilbert a call and asked if he had an identical one, he did not have one on his Lot but was able to get one on its way. Got me taken care of again in a timely manner and kept my business moving.

We first met Gilbert Bustamante over the phone, let him know what we are looking for. He emailed us some info along with photos of what they had in stock. We made that 5 hour trip to Trailer Boss. While there Gilbert showed us all of their inventory, Gilbert did not pressure us, instead after going through the lot with us, he told us if we had anymore questions to just ask and left us alone while we figured out which ones we wanted. When we were finally ready to move forward, Gilbert was respectful (did not curse around me which was a major plus, I am old, traditional and admire men who show respect and not curse around ladies) kind and patient. The dealership as a whole is great, the men who prepared and loaded one trailer on top of the other were kind and respectful, they all worked together very well, not one person was in a bad mood or had a negative attitude. All in all, Trailer Boss in Pasco, WA has a wonderful atmosphere, the men are amazing and Gilbert is an awesome salesman. We will be working with Gilbert again for our future trailer needs.

You won't find a better trailer dealership. I've been delivering trailers here for several years now. Treaver and his team of great guys get the customers needs took care. You can even special order you a trailer. Come be a lifetime customer don't forget to tell your friends.

Ask for Gilbert supper great guy! He will take care of you. Call ahead of time he can have everything ready when you get there. Helped me set everything up and hooked it all up. Everything was greased ready to go 10/10 service! Thanks for the awesome experience!

Gilbert helped my husband Jason buy a Diamond C Fleetmax 216. What a great trailer and super excited that Trailer Boss of Pasco had one in inventory. Gilbert was great to conduct business with over the phone and in person, so much that my husband returned to buy a winch for the trailer. We will definitely be a return customer.

Great and customer service. I had a pleasant and quick experience picking up this nice versatile 7x12. I had what I wanted in mind and met Josh in the lot, picked the trailer I wanted and he led me inside to Gilbert to complete my sale while he prepped my trailer and positioned it ready to hook to my truck and go. Gilbert and Josh both were quick and professional. Roughly 30 minutes and I was on my way.

Bought an enclosed trailer for my farm at Trailer boss in Pasco WA. Gilbert Bustamante helped me out! Great to work with answered all my questions and got me a good deal on my trailer. Hit him up!Since google won t let me add a second review had to give another shout out to Gilbert. Went back yesterday (dec 22,2023) and bought a second trailer identical to my first one picture with the dirt bike is the second purchase.The guys over there are super friendly and got me another good deal on my trailer. Gilbert had me in and out in 15 minutes trailer was waiting for me ready to go!

I just bought a deckover today with these guys, I called Gilberto and we made the deal. By the time I arrived at the place, the papers were on the desk and the trailer was ready to be towed. Joel here with Big Trash Panda LLC. As a property preservation company that specializes in junk, debris, and litter removal there was no better option than Trailer Boss of Pasco. These guys and gals are top notch. We are over the moon excited with our trailer purchase. We went with a Diamond C 14 by 7 dump trailer that will be a serious work horse for our company for years to come. We drove 5 hours to see Trailer Boss of Pasco and it was well worth it. If you are needing anything trailer related, go and get your butt over there! Highly recommended! A special shout out to Trevor as he was very helpful and patient with all of our questions.

If you need a trailer or parts and accessories, go see Gilbert at Trailer Boss. Gilbert is super likable, knows his trailers and very professional. When I drove my new trailer off the lot I was extremely satisfied with not only the overall cost, but Gilbert's efforts to help me keep those costs within my budget. GREAT JOB Gilbert, and thank you !!! (wish there were more than 5 stars though because I would have used them)

The most comprehensive trailer shop I ve ever experienced. All staff are helpful and friendly but extra special shoutout to Randall in service department. Impressive inventory of parts on. Had my emergency issue repaired and on the road far quicker than I would expect. 5 stars

Came in the store with my boss because we wanted to upgrade our trailer from a bumper pull to a goose neck. Gilbert made the whole experience a breeze! Just bought a trailer from these folks and could not imagine a better experience. I worked with Gilbert and he helped me out with a 16ft Fabform Versitle utility trailer. I drove down to Pasco fron NE of Seattle. Totally worth the drive. These trailers are waaaaay better built than the mass produced trailers. Don't hesitate. Gilbert worked with me on a good deal and I drove home happy.

Went in and right away someone was there to help, Gilbert was right on it we found the trailer i needed and within minutes we were doing paper work and left with my new trailer that day thank you to the awesome team they have. I will be back for sure for my next trailer

Gilly is the man. Hooked me up and stayed late. That's the way you treat customers. It was an extremely easy and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend trailer boss of Pasco for all your trailer needs. I would give 6 stars if I could.

we just recently bought a second trailer for our from Trailer boss is Pasco and been really impressed with the customer service very friendly and were more then helpful on helping us find exactly what we needed. when i need a third trailer i will be going back to Trailer Boss they sell quality products and amazing customer service!!!
