Had issues with the new pioneer touch screen. GPS wasn t working and took a lot of trial and error turns out it was manufacture issues with my car. now matter how much a pain it was to figure things out SD took care of me. Def recommend if you re a first time buyer for aftermarket stereos.

I just had an amazing experience with Johnathan and the staff! I called this morning asking about upgrading my stock speakers in my 1st gen Tacoma and he scheduled me for 1pm.He Recommended Kicker 6x8's and I just couldn't be happier with the service, price and the install, it's a night and day difference, if you need any audio work done, go see these guys, you won't regret it!

What an amazing business. Johnathan was awesome. I provided the parts and he did the install. He took great pride in doing a fantastic job and in my opinion went above and beyond expectations. When I wet to go pick up my vehicle after a stereo install, he walked me out to the vehicle, showed me all the features and made sure I was happy with his work. Huge thanks to Jonathan, gave me a great quote on some speakers for a great price along with install included and also helped me adjust my current audio settings to get a clear sound out of my speakers! Johnny was the guy I did business with at the shop. He did everything he said he would and he did a great job on the installation and the price was right as well. I will be going back to get some upgrades done in a short time this place earned my business, thanks Johnny.

Experience got worse over time. Originally went in for intoxaloc service. Smelled like snoop Dogg in the back a few times, they installed a car horn but when I hit the horn it made the sound of a car alarm. Upon installation of my device my car stereo went out also. They denied it was their doing, will always make you pay more for services that they might have caused, kinda shady. Said they would take care of the horn, so I guess that just meant deactivating the horn so no sound would be made. What their staffed hours say isn't when someone is actually there. Idk how many times I showed up during posted hours and no one was there. The kid has his friends hanging around the shop constantly. Everyone seemed annoyed to provide service or answer questions. Unprofessional environment, poor customer service, go to a more put together business if you ask me.

Man I love this place, they did my Chevy Malibu 2012 lED lights and they still no problems on them , I love this place I would recommend my friends and family to go here. Best place ever yu will not regret

Very good! Got a new stereo in my dad's 2000 chevy pickup. Sounds great and installation work is top notch. Staff was very helpful and explained the process to my dad and I very well. If it's time for an upgrade in the car audio department I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Price was right too! The work speaks for itself. They'll get you set up here.

Wanted to give them business. Called for a quote, guy over the phone told me they are not allowed to give quotes over the phone. He said I would have to come in because the owner doesn't want them saying one price and it be more.... Also the employee was stuffy and sneezed while on the phone. Yes coming in for a quote that might changed seemed oh so very attractive! C'MON MAN!

I had an annoying security alarm removed. What a relief. Pablo went over everything with me to make sure I was satisfied before I left. I even learned some stuff about my truck that I didn't know before. Fast and friendly service and affordable price. Other competitors wanted me to come in to give a quote and have me come back for another visit to do the job. I couldn't be more pleased with SD Car Audio. I highly recommend.

Was having sound issues with newly installed deck on the boat. Everywhere else booked out 2 weeks or wanted $460 to rewire. Took it here, guy looked at it, tested it in under 5min. Tild us what. Problem was and that he could fix in under and hour and charge only $80. Highly recommend this place!!!!

I had installed my sub and amp about a week ago and had nothing but trouble trying get my set up to work and nothing but issues all around. I got most of them fixed but was missing something. Then I brought it here and right when I opened my head unit he already knew what was wrong. Fixed it and checked everything for me and got my sub and amp working like nothing! I appreciate his help unlike other places that charge me like 80 to 100 to take a look at my stuff and tell me what's wrong then charge me the hour for what ever they do. Check this place out it's worth the while and the only shop that has helped me most.

I have gotten 2 different installs from them for 2 different vehicles, each time has been great service a good product for a affordable prices. I will be sending all my vehicles to them for my audio entertainment needs.

These guys know their gear, no cutting corners. Everything, up to electrical butt connectors, they install is above par. They don't install low quality. A+. They have my business for fleet and daily.

WARNING*****WARNING*****WARNING****I bought a 400.00 stereo from sd audio the stereo keep freezing up so i try taking it back but they didnt have anymore like that , thet said the ordered some after waiting almost a month and being told a diffrent date each week when the new one would be there a asked to be swapped out with a comparable stereo worth the same price what i got was a stereo that you can buy at Wal-Mart for $98. So please beware and shop somewhere else!!
