Wish I would've done my research on this place before spending $2200 for tires and a warranty. Seemed helpful at the beginning of the the sale but when I moved and found out they're only located in the Pacific Northwest I called to ask about getting a refund on my warranty. I only had the tires for like 3 months before I had to move for work and paid hundreds of dollars for the warranty that was basically useless now. It took like a dozen phone calls, and emails for someone to tell me I was SOL. I was told that if I needed to use the warranty I could ship my tires from Georgia to Washington, on my dime, and they'll send me a new one, on my dime. It was just amazing how nice they were when it came to selling their services but turned it around and acted like a couple hundred dollars was going to put them out of business to refund me. I will never recommend them for anything and would tell you to just go to Discount Tire

I had 4 tires and the wheels for a spare placed on our car. It was done in a very timely manner. I have had excellent service in the past and I know I can always count on the Glenn and all the staff to select the best tires for my cars at the best price for my budget. I can rely on their expertise and efficiency.Thank you to all the staff.

There were so many things that felt like they were going well with this company. They were friendly, they gave me options, and they communicated what they were going to do. I now have my third visit coming up to fix something that should have been done on day 1. I spent 4500 dollars to have something fixed and it's still the same. Even after my second visit, where they put 3 more parts in (apparently because they can't figure out the problem), the car still sounds awful. Not only that, but the brand new front left strut squeaks on bumps, and clicks on turns. I paid for an alignment to be done and the car was given back to me with the steering wheel completely out of alignment and sitting crooked. I'm dreading bringing it back in because I'm now over 5 grand into this and nothing has changed. They have put parts in my car and I have seen/felt/heard zero positive changes. I'm not a mechanic, I don't know if they have done anything at all because as a customer, it's the exact same as when I dropped it off. It was also very disheartening to hear the technicians come up to the front and tell Crystal (the front desk lady) to keep her monkey in his cage (referring to the other front desk person). He said more derogatory things about that employee all while I'm standing there at the counter. Completely unprofessional. I won't be recommending this location, or their services to anyone because it's been such a headache and I still have to go back to get things done. I'm basically at the mercy of people I don't know or trust because I've already spent a massive chunk of money there.

Awesome tire store and Shane the manager is a great guy. He allowed us the Gambler 500 group to drop off 35 tires we removed from the Columbia basin public lands in Eastern Washington. Awesome and kind act that saved us a ton of money in dump fees. I'd definitely do all my tire business there from now on.

I had Perfection re pack my wheel joints last February when I had them rotate the tires I had previously bought. the Wheel bearings were a loose. This is normal after some miles. They checked them out and tightened them up. No charge. GREAT SERVICE+

The staff there is extremely unprofessional! Will never go back!!I stopped by the place and informed them my car may experience mice chewing issues (as it happened before) and the engine light is on. The staff at this place told me the temperature sensor is not reading data and I have to replace it. This turned out to not be the problem, but they still insist no wire is broken and insist to charge me the full price (~$300) for this repairing.Later, I went to the Subaru dealership. They only took less than 15 minutes to locate the broken wire which connects to the ambient temp sensor without charging me anything.

Got me in for an alignment same day, even though my car would need some parts to do the job completely they did what they could with what they were given to work with. Got valuable diagnosis for future consideration and what was able to be completed made a worthwhile improvement,all in all money well spent.

My son had a problem with his car on his way to school, and we came here because it was the closest place to get some help. Everyone we spoke to was kind and helpful, and they were able to fix it for us right away. The person who fixed it even took the time to show us exactly what the problem was and what he did to repair it. I highly recommend this business for tires, oil changes and repairs. You will be treated well!

1hr 20mins to rotate and balance my tires. One of the first 3 customers in at 8amWhen I was a Manger for them, it was 30 mins at most. We would express our warrantees not only for the sale, but for the customer to return and actually service their vehicles as promised. Now it just a selling point. I was in to 3 stores and a 3-4 hr wait in ea. I understand the business needs to make money, but they should service what they sell after the sale. It should be as important as the initial sale.

Incredible! Just incredible! Awesome service and also fixed an issue that s been irritating us since we purchased the vehicle from the dealer that even the dealer couldn t figure out. Our vehicle rides very smooth at highway speeds now when prior was scary at times. I know it s difficult finding honest businesses and even people these days, but if you re looking for somewhere you can trust, this is the place. We have always received great honest service from Shane and his team. Example: I went to buy a new battery for my car not realizing the old one was faulty and still under warranty. Shane could have just sold me a new one without saying anything but no he was honest and replaced it for free. This is why I would recommend them to all my friends and family
