I really enjoyed and appreciated their time and how quickly they got my oil changed. Briana was wonderful and I enjoyed how she interacted with me and my mom. The shop is family oriented and makes you feel welcomed.Definitely recommend this place.

The world can be a scary place for an older gal alone especially when something goes wrong. Once I was directed to your location the staff was wonderful. Miguel went way beyond helpful by finding the tire I needed at another location then going to get it. Miguel kept me informed of the progress & made sure my dog & I were comfortable. Once everything was fixed Miguel & other staff directed me to the highway I needed then sent me safely on my way. Thanks

I needed help with rotating some tires and Miguel did not hesitate to lend me a hand, in a time of need! Who ever hired this guy did a great job. Tire factory has always been good to me, I recommend 10/10

I can honestly acknowledge this place for their impeccable service, well informed staff and store cleanliness. Brianna just made the experience better with her knowledge and compared to my other experiences. I trust coming back to this Pasco Tire Factory, thank everyone on that team for all they re great work!!

So nice, and fast! Luke went out of his way to take extra good care of me. They were complete lifesavers! Every time I go in there I am amazed at how well they treat no only me, but every customer that I see walk through those doors. I highly recommend them 10/10 great service! 6/10/22

Terrible service, dropped off my rims at 10am Saturday morning, they told me they would get right on them and call me when they were done. I asked them when they close, and they said 4pm. When I got back at 2:30pm they store was locked and nobody was there. Completely unacceptable and ridiculous. I strongly recommend anyone to go somewhere else!!

These folks are awesome ! we were out of town and had a flat tire. They took excellent care of us and did it quickly!I would highly recommend them for any service

Five Stars! Raymond and his crew were awesome!! 100 degrees outside they fixed our flat for no charge while we were on vacation & gave us cold waters while we waited. Above and beyond service! We can t thank you enough.

Had to wait over an hour even though I had an appointment and other "easier" customers were let in before me. I needed 4 new tires and so a 1 tire customer was brought in before me and a flat repair as well.... "appointment" was kinda worthless

Stopped by Tire Factory to have the tire pressure checked and one tire was at 10 psi and the tire was separating. We have an AWD vehicle so that means 4 new tires were needed. Adrian and Team were quick and overall I m happy with the service provided.

We were just passing through town in a hurry and stopped because we had a tire losing pressure. They got us right in and fixed the problem. They inspected all the tires and pointed out some serious condition issues. Unfortunately our vehicle requires a odd size of tire that they didn t have in stock but because they were concerned about our safety they suggested going to their competitor rather than risk a blow out. Great people doing the right things!!! If I lived there I d never buy tires anywhere else.

Best service in town they did not try to sell me something I didn't need and I bought four brand new tires for a really good price. Les Schwab was quoted me double the price I was paying at this place. Thank you for such your friendly service and honesty

Returned my car to replace my wheel bearing that still had a warranty the next day I checked and the bearing is still broken. They never replaced it and lied to me.
