My friend and I are traveling from Wisconsin and experienced a tire issue. All of you guys are great! Very friendly and quick on the job! Unfortunately we needed 4 tires and we received prompt and professional service. Thank you thank you. I recommend this place for all your tire needs

Hit a pothole and my front ! They seem to have done it, but the steering wheel is crooked, I came back and stood there for 6 hours, lost a day, they didn t do anything and paid more than $600. I don t recommend it, I m just a driver!

Very pleasant experience with Pasco Commercial Tire Factory. They let me pick the day and time of appointment they were direct and very businesslike but very kind as well. I felt like my price was very fair on the tires and will be a returning customer.

Thanks to Julio and Louis for not only being fast, but knowledge and attentive, as they were able to caught a mistake made by previous shops. Was also very buget friendly, and was able to work with the tires I brought in.

Hit a pothole and my front end started to wobble a little afterwards, I hurried over to the closest Tire Factory to have it looked at. I arrived about 15 minutes before they closed and explained what happened and they took my car right back and checked it out and fixed it with no hesitation, question or problems! Great customer service! Thanks again guys!

Prices for change semi tire labor only over $50 +disposal fee . Never seen bad service like this around all states. Been screwed over there several times. Quote for changes 4 semi tires without tires and disposals around $400. Don't let them screw you

Very poor service. They had our work truck for a day and didn't do the work they were supposed to. They lied about calling the maintenance vendor twice.. they actually called once and were supposed to call back with prices and they didn't. They also never called us to let us know they didn't do any work on it. They said we didn't call and make an appointment when in fact we did call and they said "no need for an appointment". Overall bad service. We definitely will only go to Schwab now.

Not super impressed over the last few visits for commercial tires. Slow and always training people. They dont want you anywhere you can see what they are doing in the shop area. Will go to commercial tire, or schawbs in the future. Also last time I was here they wouldn't even let me use air hose to put air in a tire. This is after spending a good amount over the last year here.

Quick and easy reliable staff good prices and friendly staff came in with a flat and Eddie gave me a good deal on some name brand tires hooked me up and got me back on the road definitely recommend the tire factory on commercial Ave to anybody needing some work done tires and more

I've been going to Commercial Tire Factory for regular oil changes, for years. I'm extremely pleased with the level of customer service and quality of work I receive there. They go above and beyond. Thanks Tire Factory!

Fast professional takes esf and com data also supports goodyear accounts personally i think its the best spot in the tri city area for tires and 24 hour road service these guys got me out in 45 mins .

They get me great discounts, they've taken care of my 2 cars, tires and brakes. My job uses these guys too, haven't had too many issues

Alls good about this tire shop. Honest, reliable, and will work with you. A straight up place That you can deal with. One of the few good walk in tire shops. I recommend it.
