A coworker had previously purchased his boat here at NWM&S and referred me. Not only did they have the exact boat perfect for me but the help and service was like a friendship a true blessing, thank you Dustin.

Took our boat in end of October to be winterized and wrapped. Couple days they call it s done. Well it was winterized so we payed for that. They didn t wrap it. Come to now mid December still not wrapped so we went and got it. Sucks it sat out for about 2 months not covered or under shelter. We had it detailed before taking it in to have it wrapped. So that was pointless. My husband called several times while they had it to see if it was being done & was told by end of the week. Never happened. Sucks cuz I really wanted them to take my money and do the job. They do appear to be very busy. I ll take it to a smaller business next year.

Purchased my new-to-me boat here last year and returned for my annual service. Both visit were quick and efficient. The staff is friendly and helpful, with an pricing as expected for a dealership. If you are in the market for a boat, you won't go wrong here. Quality products and great staff.

I was looking for a small project boat, shallow water beater but I wanted a title for boat and trailer. Most private sellers don't keep small boats titled.I found a listing from this dealer, called them up explained I was several hours away and we worked out a deal. I jumped in my truck drove down and found the boat pulled out and ready to go. No hidden fees, no BS. Paperwork and payment was handled quickly and I was on my way back home. A short time later my title, reg. and plate showed up, no issues.I will keep this in mind If I ever upgrade my big boat!Very good experience.

Decent place but I'm not too impressed. They lost a seat cushion out of my boat and then basically called me a liar when I asked them about it. They said they had no reason to take it out yet that was the only way to access the battery switch, which they turned off.

I recently purchased a 2012 Hewescraft Ocean Pro from these guys and from start to finish the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I live on the westside of the state so buying a boat sight unseen and driving 5 hours to pick it up can be intimidating. Kyle was more than willing to get me any info I requested. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and absolutely no pressure at all. When I got there 40min before they opened, they let me in and even had the paperwork waiting for me to sign. The boat was fully detailed, rigged and even full of gas when I picked it up which is more than I could of asked for. Excellent customer service right there. Upon getting the boat home my mechanic and I discovered the older bilge pumps weren't working. Kyle handled it immediately, sending me 2 brand new ones. Again, no questions asked, no hassle. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new or pre owned boat. It's worth the drive, and these guys earned a customer for life.

Todd helped me purchase my used Weldcraft, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. He made it as quick and painless as possible. Todd took the time to go out on the water and show me absolutely everything about the boat. Really made my first boat buying experience a positive one. After the sale, I needed to get some stuff done on my boat, and Todd handled it all. I would highly recommend NW Marine and Sport.

One year ago I purchased a a new Hewescraft 180 Sportsman from Northwest Sport and had a great experience. The representative had was very knowledgeable and provided great advice to help me make my purchase. I hate pressure sales and this was far from that. I explained what I was looking for and I got that and more. Since then I have had my boat in twice for service. The service department was courteous and prompt. The folks at Northwest are very professional and they know their stuff. I highly recommend working with them for purchases and service.

We have had our boat almost a year. Purchased new from salesman Dustin Mager. Dustin was great to work with. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all questions thoroughly. Great selection of boats to look at. We have been back once for a small warranty item and Shannon in service, and the service department were also great to work with. This is a great place to do business. Great sales process and service after the sale is top notch as well. Ask for Dustin, absolutely great guy. Highly recommended.

I go to NW Marine and Sport as my first choice when looking for parts and accessories for my boat. Their prices are comparable to others and often better. What really sets them apart from the others though is the great advice I get. Whether it's for accessories or repair parts I can always count on one of the staff to help me get the right part, service, or accessory. And they make sure to tell me what if there are any specifics that I need to know about before leaving with my purchase.

This place did a horrible job on repairing my boat. It took them months to fix the problem, all at the cost of $3,000. I'm giving them two stars just because they repaired my engine like they say they would, however, I just don't understand on how it took them months to figure out the problem with it overheating. On top of that, my stereo system no longer works, the battery case was removed, my gauges (trim & volts) don't work properly, my bilge pump and blower was disconnected. They also left a mess in the engine compartment. I definitely feel ripped off and they will no longer be getting my services anymore. Don't take your boat to this location, it can take these guys weeks or even months to fix the problem.

Hands down one of the best dealings I have had. I purchaced a used tandem axle tricker trailer from NW Marine. The following day went to pack the bearings and found the spindles were shot, the previous owner had traded it in like this. They went above and beyond and bought 2 new axles for me with out me even asking. They probably lost money on this transaction but I will definitely be back again.Thanks Kyle!

Had a great experience recently purchasing a 2017 Hewescraft Ocean Pro from them. I reached out from an internet ad and they gave me the best price right off the bat when I compared to other dealers around the Puget Sound. I was able to get a great deal, making it more than worth it to drive over from Seattle to sea trial and purchase the boat. As a first time boat owner, Dustin took the time to explain everything on the sea trial and even stayed past closing because we got there late due to bad weather on the pass. Excellent customer service, I will definitely look to them for future boat purchases!

Recently purchased a 2008 Bluewater fish and ski boat from Jerry.Jerry was professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We received not only great, friendly service but a great deal on a very nice pre-owned boat and a fair deal on our trade-in.Most people only take the time to leave negative feedback. We wanted to leave positive.

Sept 2018. Dealt with Kyle. Very informative. Not what we wanted for the trade in. (But wrong time of year for pontoon boat) I feel they overpaid for other trade in. Called us right back about any questions. Drove from Tacoma to pickup. Everything was ready to go when we got there. Great guy to deal with. We will be back.

Brought my boat in to get the impeller pump replaced also asked for a oil change and lube I told them to check all the fluids so I would be ready to go. When I got home I looked at the gear lube reservoir it was a inch low I then took the top off the power steering it was low. I called and said "I brought it in so I would not have to deal with it." They said they had no check list like jiffy lube. Very unprofessional. I spent my time to go get gear and power steering fluid and double check everything else that I paid them $350.00 to do!!!

It's the 4th of July and I am sitting in my boat. Shannon the Service Manager went above and beyond to make sure my out of town family could enjoy the holiday on the river. I called him yesterday and they were booked solid. He called me in this morning, gave me his home address, and fixed the issue in under an hour, free of charge, with HIS FAMILY BBQING IN THE BACK YARD. It's that kind of "help your neighbor" attitude that will keep coming back year after year. And for the love of Pete, somebody give Shannon a raise. That is all.

I'm a detail person and was a bit apprehensive about letting someone else install a Garmin Sonar/GPS/Fishfinder. NW Marine did an excellent job. Everything was mounted perfectly in the small space available on my Boston Whaler. The entire experience was enjoyable and every person I worked with was professional and courteous. Northwest Marine and Sport has my endorsement.

I purchased up the 208 Hardtop SeaStar and traded in my Reinell and a couple of WaveRunners. Dustin could not have been more helpful! Every feature on the boat was demonstrated and explained simply and thoroughly. I received really good trade in value on my boats and paid a very fair price. I highly recommend Northwest Marine!

My dad Mitch Urben has been dealing with this company for over 2 years. He has spent his hard earned money on his passion, fishing, and for the last 2 years since dealing with NW Marine & Sport, he has had nothing but issues with his motor on his brand new 2020 boat. When he reaches out with pictures and descriptions, he gets no response. Save your hard earned money and shop somewhere that stands behind the product that they sell, because this one doesn t.

My dad took the lower unit BACK to get fixed after these people already "fixed" it...they didnt want to deal with it and treated him like S$%t! DO NOT use this company! Wish we could do negative stars...
