Whole experience with Nolan s was amazing! It starts with the ladies up front. They were so helpful and nice. Can definitely say they were understanding and professional. Even though they didn t work on my car. I felt like they treated me so well. One of the ladies up front even arranged a time for me to come in and get some stuff of my vehicle when they were closed. Just great all around customer service!! Would recommend them to anyone!

My entire experience with Nolan's Collision was amazing. The entire staff was very pleasant, easy and great to work with. They made sure that I completely understood the process with filing my insurance claim and the time needed for them to do the repairs on my vehicle. Their technicians did an amazing job on the repairs and my car looked brand, shiny new when I picked it up. Would highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience with Nolans was seamless. I received a same-day estimate. My vehicle was put on their schedule promptly. Trevor answered all of my emails quickly. Nolans is fantastic! When I got rear endedin February everyone else said they couldn't get my car in till the end of May, Nolans said they would work it in but it might take a while, it did take a while however it was mainly due to insurance hold up and they worked hard to fix that issue with insurance and were able to. They were super professional and my car looks amazing. Absolutely recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We first went to Nolans Collision after my son was in an accident and needed work to his car. Nolans did a very thorough assesment of the damage and gave us a very reasonable quote. We were concerned the car would be totalled but Nolans was able to do the repairs for a price that came in under the estimates from another body shop and was able to make the repairs in a very timely manner. We really appreciated the great service from Sherri, Cameron and the mechanics. They did an amazing job! We were so satisfied with the work we have been back with two other vehicles since and experienced the same great service from start to finish. Nolan's was there for me right after my accident happened. Their curtiousness and professoinalism helped us tremendously until we could sort out a game plan. Big thanks to Cheri, Cam, and Jen, you guys are great!

The staff was really nice and welcoming. Did a good job on my car. It was brand new again. And they washed and vacuumed out my car which was awesome! I would recommend them. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star was they fell a little short with communication.

Nolan's collision is absolutely the best auto body shop. Custom service is incredible, they treat you like family. The the work is top notch quality. Can't say enough good things about this shop and it's staff.

I will ONLY go to Nolan's for all my auto needs. They are efficient, easy to work with, integrity and perfection. I can leave $$ on my dash and it will be there when I pick up my vehicle, which by the way looks brand new! Highly recommend Nolan s Collision ! They have the best customer service and keep you updated along the way. The color blends perfectly as if there was never damage to my car. I love that they vacuumed my car as well. Thank you.

Excellent service, and they did a beautiful job of repairing my vehicle's door and matching\blending the paint. I was very nervous about leaving my vehicle, because the only time I've had to have body work done on a vehicle, it was a bad experience. Talking with the owner, right off I was put at ease and I was very pleased with the work, the follow-up communications, and over all professionalism. It is clear, they take pride in their work.

I had my front bumper repaired from a collision to the front passenger side in a blizzard off Tollgate. Much of it was covered by insurance but I also decided to have additional work done out of pocket on my rear bumper to fix some damage. The color matching is incredible and completely looks like new. Actually better probably. The original colors were appearing offset.Only rough patch: After repair, I had hardly driven the car (couldn't wash for a while) so weeks later noticed randomly that the passenger side wheel lining was partially shredded. I assumed it wasn't replaced from the original collision by mistake so I went to the shop and showed them.Two employees and I took a brief look under the car. We found that clips separated causing it to fall back into tire and shred.Sadly, the conversation became heated for a moment as they were defensive and said I must have caused the damage somehow and I avidly disagreed. One said that a scuff and rock chips on a plastic air dam piece on the opposite driver side showed the car was crashed. I explained I had barely driven it since it was painted, there was no damage to anything but wheel lining and I'm the only one who drove it. One pointedly said I hit something and questioned my statement. Then a nice woman (I'm sorry, I forget her name) came out of the shop as I was about to leave and told me she would ensure they found what truly caused the problem on a lift. She ordered the new wheel lining and I brought it in. After repairing it, I offered to pay for the part if it was indeed my fault somehow (trusting their assessment) but she said they couldn't find why. The plastic was scuffed on the opposite air dam but that is common on any low vehicle with plastic pieces hanging down.Point is, they did great work. I even understand my heated discussion with two of the employees (they take pride in the quality of their work). And most of all the woman who made sure they did their best to find the cause was great.I would come here again, they will take care of you.

Love them! They just finished fixing the bumper on my Mazda and did a beautiful job. It couldnt look any more perfect. Cheri and Cam are extremely personable and sweet. Highly recommend!

Funny way to do business when you're involved with progressive insurance. They don't return phone calls even as a courtesy here. I'll take my business to another shop that actually believes in customer care.

I took my honda accord 2016 to this place an d they did a really nice job no appointment for my estimate I even took it that same day, I also try other places but they didn't have appointment available just for the estimate .
