Jake s knowledge matched my friend, Janelle s, long list of questions and was able to provide her with a great deal, including all of her accessories. Grateful for y all. Keep up the great work!

Went in to upgrade to a more spacious family car, I was interested in a Black 2023 Mazda Cx-5 and loved it right away, couldn t argue much about the price since it was almost like a new car with really low mileage, but still ended up getting a good deal. We appreciate Leah for taking the time to take us out for a test drive and answer questions we had. Thanks to Casamiro as well for making us feel welcome and comfortable negotiating a deal on our new family car. Thanks to BJ for being patient with us and not making us feel pressured into buying, we appreciate your business, it was definitely a positive experience compared to other dealerships I have dealt with. Last but not least, thanks Andy for finishing up and going through numbers with us even if it was already after hours from closing time, you took the time to explain everything to us very well in a way we could understand exactly what you were saying. It didn't feel rushed or frustrating at all. Thanks to the whole team, we are happy with our new 2023 Mazda Cx-5. I would recommend anyone i know forsure, they took their time on everything that they even had to stay after hours so we could finish our purchase & go home happy, we would be glad to do business in the future once again if the time comes, thank you all.

I visited here to get some rates and numbers on a car , everything was great. Unfortunately, I didn't get the car and it sold but I would gladly continue looking at their inventory because they did such a good job at helping me. Did not feel pressured to buy at all, they worked to get me the best rates possible and even when I wanted more time to think on it, they provided me with contact info so I can reach back out. The car search continues... but hopefully I find something here and could work with them again! Shout out to Danny and Brandon for being such great help!

The team at McCurley is fantastic! My wife and I picked up a new (to us) MX5/Miata and had a great time dealing with the staff. Frank Santos was especially helpful and did a great job working through our needs and setting up a deal we were all happy with. Highly recommend McCurley for any vehicle purchases.

Love this place I come all the way from Yakima to have them service my vehicle... One of the many great things they do is they video record all the check points and your able to view the recording. Very kind and courteous and does not take long at all . In my book.

The best customer service experience I've ever had at a dealer!I called Mazda Mccurley service for a last minute request to get a multi point inspection on a CX5 I was thinking of purchasing (from another dealer). Despite them being busy on a Friday, they squeezed me in for early afternoon that day. They ended up finding almost $1.5k in repairs that I would have been stuck with had I bought the car.I want to especially shout out Rayvanna! She was incredibly nice, informative, and accommodating. I've been in the hospitality/service industry for almost 15 years and I can tell you that she's a professional and just gets it when it comes to the customer experience.I'll be looking at Mccurley Mazda first when I'm in the market again for a new car.

We ended up purchasing a 2024 CX-5. We couldn t be happier and absolutely love the vehicle quality and comfort. Brandon Bliesner was our sales guy and he absolutely ROCKS!! Very personable, attentive and easy going.He was very patient and took the time to show us around and took us out on a few test drives..If you're looking to purchase..I would absolutely recommend Brandon hands down!! Never had a better sales guy in buying a new car..

My husband and I were looking for a SUV that was spacious enough for two car seats. We went to another dealership in the area first because we were set on a Ford Explorer ST. While waiting for the sales person from the other dealership to look into prices, we decided to walk over to Mazda. We were originally greeted by Tommy, we asked him if they had any Explorer ST s. They did and he showed it to us but since we knew the other salesperson from the other dealership was waiting for us, we went back and told Tommy that we would be back if we didn t find anything. After about an hour of going in circles, we left the unnamed dealership very disappointed. We walked back to Mazda. Since we had already talked to Tommy, we felt it was appropriate to ask for him. He was busy helping other customers and passed us to Marcus. Marcus was very helpful. Got our info and let us take the car for a test drive right away. We instantly fell in love with the car and bought it. I would definitely recommend people to go Mccurley Mazda and see Marcus or Tommy. The sale people are very relaxed which really helped our buying experience.

Great place to buy a vehicle. Staff was patient and informed. We didn't feel like we were pressured to buy at any point during our process. We will definitely recommend McCurley Mazda. Shout out to our sales guy, Danny!

People were great and very respectful great atmosphere. My car issue was fixed in no time. The only thing is that I did have a little bit of a hard time hearing the tech on the diag. Video other than that no complaints here.

Really enjoyed my experience dealing with McCurley Mazda. The sales personnel were really comfortable to work with and I really respect that they recognized that I had a clear intention and knowledge of what I was looking for while I was there. They worked with me to achieve a deal that was satisfying (well, as satisfying as numbers can get at least). Best of all, they weren't marking up the prices on Miatas! I will definitely be back to service my vehicles here as well.

I am super stoked to be driving a car I never thought I would be able to get. A huge thank you to BJ who was very patient and helpful through out this long and painful process of buying a car. The conversations through the long sitting made it better for sure! Thank you to Jonny Parada the salesperson who was also a huge help and the finance manager Jordan Torres who was very nice and has two beautiful girls. Thanks guys!!!

I was not feeling confident in getting this Jeep. Definitely wasn t trying to get my hopes up high but after a few moments of anticipation, I signed the paper! Honestly had no idea if I was able to get it or not. Wasn t even considering trading my car in yet. If it wasn t for Sonny reaching out to me and getting me through the doors I wouldn t have this Jeep. I got the pleasure to work with Erica and meet the other crew who kept me company while I waited. Erica was super sweet and patient. Not the typical sales person that tries to push you. When I got to finance and do the boring papers, I worked with Ruben who was great, quick, honest, and easy! Don t worry about coming in hungry either, Cas has the snacks! Lol anyways, a HUGE thanks to the Mccurley Mazda team! You made another happy customer! - The girl in the red Jeep

BJ, Jaden, and Tommy were all incredibly professional, friendly and went above and beyond to listen to my needs and help me find the vehicle that best suited my needs! This is my second time buying a Mazda from McCurley Mazda and I will most definitely be back for all of my future purchases. Thumbs up to Jaden for being so great about helping my wife and I find a car that fit all of our needs and wants! Everyone here was friendly and great to work with. We were told we wouldn't have our car until Monday or Tuesday but some calls were made and they were able to get the car detailed and inspected in time for us to take it home the day we bought it. Very happy with our new CX-5.

Worst ever! Currently has my truck, I need a ride back by their shuttle. I called and have been HUNG UP ON 6 TIMES!!! No update on a window chip repair thqt was supposed to be 45 minutes but it's been 3.5 hours!!! So pissed off right now.

After waiting two months my new CX-5 Turbo was delivered to McCurley Integrity Mazda. I went to pick it up today. It had already been checked/tested and was ready to go. Edgar Sanchez had everything ready for me. After doing the paperwork to actually purchase the car, Edgar showed my all the features. I was very happy with my purchase, it was very easy. These is the second Mazda I have purchased from McCurley and highly recommend them. Edgar guided me through the whole process and was great.

We can' not even begin to say enough good things about our experience at McCurley. We just purchased our 5th vehicle from McCurley, over the last 7 years, and each time the experience has been great. This time we worked with Cas at McCurley Mazda and Jordan in the financing office. Both of them are top notch and we will work with them again.We felt absolutely no pressure during the entire process. Everything was explained in detail and all questions were answered fully.We highly recommend McCurley, especially the Mazda store.

This was a wonderful experience. BJ was fantastic and took care of us when there was some confusion with financing. We drove 2 hours to come to this dealership. It was worth the drive!! Cas was awesome with all aspects also. Very hospitable and treated us great. They truly treated us like family. This is our sons first car and they made his experience wonderful.

My experience with McCurley Integrity Mazda was first class - especially for being my very first experience buying a car from a dealership! I was open and honest with what I was looking for and what I could afford and they went above and beyond to find me the perfect fit.HUGE shoutout to Amanda, who answered my first call to the dealership and after hearing what I needed hooked me up with the EXACT car that ended up buying. Another huge shoutout to Cas and B.J. who worked with me throughout the entire process and found a way to work within my budget! Pro tip - ask for Cas next time you work with McCurley Integrity Mazda.Honestly, the whole crew at McCurley Integrity Mazda were not only a pleasure to work with, but super fun to be around. Extra shout outs to Tommy, Raoul, and Devin for their involvement in my experience. Couldn't be happier with my new (used) 2013 Chevy Equinox and the memories that came with the whole experience! Best car buying process ever!!! No pressure went above and beyond for our special circumstances! Thank you so very much for your help, kindness and wonderful service!!! We will be back!Had this kind of service buying the car....only 6 months later cars horrible. things are not working my car was just shutting off as i was driving. Now the air kicks on and off when it wants to. I will not be back. Ive bought a car from Facebook that has had less problems than this 2015 car. I went here because the name says integrity, far from it. The sales guy i first encountered was so rude to me but was supper respectful to my husband. This establishment is a joke.
