UPDATE #2: showed up to get my car, they made it right but waving the $180 charge.UPDATE: The shuttle was great, but they have had me car for a week now with out calling and following up with me on the progress. I have made 29 calls throughout the week trying to connect with someone and also leaving 4 messages for the tech. Only thing eft to do is catch an uber and ask for an update in person. Not the greatest first impression with this Dealership service.great customer service. Was surprised that they had a drop off and pick up shuttle.

Brought my Silverado in for an oil change Tuesday 8-1-23. Making the appointment online was quick and easy. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Although I arrived approximately 30 minutes early, they got me in right away. The waiting room was large and comfortable with coffee and vending machines. Service was done in less than an hour. Anisa was very friendly and let me know that since I bought a certified used vehicle, I was afforded two free oil changes, which was a pleasant surprise.Service: Oil change

You had my car for nearly four days for (1) an oil change and (2) a repair covered under a recent recall. My husband asked that you please ensure that the air filter was changed and to please *not* rotate the tires. Well, my tires were rotated and I'm including a picture of the air filter. This picture was taken within one hour of us picking up the car from *you*. (Edit) Now today, two days after I got my car back from you, I have a "low air pressure" message for my right rear tire. Guess what? After two trips to get air, I'm realizing that when you rotated my tires (which we asked you not to do) YOU DIDN'T BOTHER TO REPROGRAM THEM!

Service department was quite helpful and courteous. Starting from the phone appointment to picking up my vehicle when repairs were completed, I found it to be a satisfactory experience. Nathan was especially, kind explaining the procedure answering my questions, and helping me to my car, safely. The complimentary shuttle was extremely convenient and helpful. The driver was very polite. They keep my rig running well, taking care of every need, timely. Thanks for the vacuuming and car wash, too.

Super horrible customer service. Called for 2 weeks in a row to cancel and warranty and NO ONE ever returned my call. Called when a part in my car went out to see if they could get the part somewhere, NO ONE ever called me back! They were super nice in person but calling them or trying to get ahold of them is a freaking JOKE! will probably never buy a car here again!!!

Scheduled an oil change and full detail of my Silverado on a Friday. When scheduled they explained it would probably not be ready to pick up till Saturday. I received a call Friday confirming it would not be ready till Saturday. Arrived Saturday morning to pick it up around 8:30AM and was told the truck needed to be picked up from detail shop. 15 minutes later received a call that for some reason my truck was held for a day but no one realized it was never actually detailed. Gave them two stars because at least the oil was changed (hopefully they didn't miss that and just reset the oil life). Probably going to look for another option for future service and detailing needs.

Parts Department really went out of their way to save the day and because Sales dropped the ball. Dennis and his guys went to work for my mother-in-law and got the parts we needed, even when the vendors were out of stock. They called around for a week or so and got it done. GREAT JOB! I highly recommend McCurley, they will take care of you and that's what I appreciate. They went above and beyond to get us squared away!

Sent our truck in for service. They performed an oil change - we assume they actually did the work- but they never reset the warning in the computer. They also totally drained the battery and now it won t hold a charge - then they recommended we change the alternator because that must be the problem . Prior to this visit, we never had battery problems nor hesitation to start regardless of temperature. We suspect they left lights on to purposefully drain the battery and generate some work in replacing the batteries. Also, Trixie, or whatever is the idiots name behind the counter, is a total waste of oxygen. We assume she is related to or works under the management because she shows no actual knowledge or skills.

I had the pleasure of working with Nathan (assistant manager) when I took in my Cadillac for a diagnosis. After a short discussion he suggested to continue driving my car because there wasn't any issues that I could describe to him. He said " I just dont want you to spend the money until it really needs it."That's the honesty that will keep me going back.

Purchased a new truck here worked with Marcus G, not pushy what so ever really worked hard to get us a great deal couldn't be happier. Highly recommend working with McCurley and Marcus specifically.

Fantastic service provider, honest evaluation for services, our home dealer basically lied to us, telling us we needed over $1500.00 worth of maintenance, so I brought it back to McCurley where we purchased the vehicle, they were very honest with us and stated these services were not yet needed. They should be completed at 90,000 miles, based on driving conditions and current appearance of the fluids. We will continue to drive the 90 minutes to get our service completed at McCurley instead of locally.

They are poorly organize... we got our chevy from Honda the first experience was smooth no issues because Honda was dealing with Chevy ... the second time we where dealing with Chevy directly we made the appointment we show up and they didn't put us on the system they took for ever to call us back we had to be calling then to see what's going on with the car it was a hassle service was bad but at least the car got fixed.. our 3rd time we took it back to chevy because the check engine light came and this time they took over a week to call us back to tell us what was wrong with the car we had to call them, finally we get a respond they tell us that the extended warranty would cover so we make the appointment finally we go to drop off the car and they tell us as we are about to drop it off that warranty didn't cover it Really ?! We have to wait over a week to get an answer that's because we call them and when we drop it off now suddenly warranty dose not cover anymore very poor service adviser service and it a hassle to deal I would not recommend it

Absolutely amazing customer service. Nathan Sisk is incredibly kind, honest, and so very helpful. Joe Jorgensen has also been a huge help to me in the past. I love coming here because of the excellent service and affordability. I was paying $80+ for less (no tire rotation, comprehensive check, or car wash)at another place (shall not be named), for what McCurley Chevy charged $50/$60 for. Always impressed with my service here. Another shout out to Eduardo Hernandez for being super helpful as well!

Not good at calling with updates. Waiting for a part to come in that was supposed to take 5 days to come in. It's been 10 days now and no one has called to let me know the status. Had some other work done and the amount of repairs were more than original quote. Wouldn't discount work even though I was told before it would be.

We are over the top pleased with our new suburban plus the help and guidance when deciding on what to get. Jeff Thomas is the only reason we keep coming back to McCurley. He always treats my wife and I with respect and never tries to sell us on anything. He'll listen to what we need and want and then work hard to deliver. The first and second NEW cars I've purchased has been with Jeff and I hope to have him around for years to come. I will follow Jeff to any dealership and give him my business.You did good McCurley when you hired Jeff. THANK YOU

I just bought a suburban put in an auction by these guys and it was dead within a week. They cleaned it all up to look really nice and got it running just enough to get it off their hands. Don't go here! They have put my family and I in a very tuff spot just to unload a junk vehicle.

On October 17, 2018 I brought my 2007 Yukon to have "Service 4X4" alarm message assessed. McCurley technicians found alarm code U0102 "transfer case control module loosing communications." McCurley Service Manager said the I would need to change Transfer Case Control Module at a cost of $600 to $700. I refused and obtained a second opinion from McCue's Repair and they found that the signal/control connection jack to the Transfer Case needed dielectric grease (at no charge) which fixed the problem. Also had transfer case oil changed at a cost of $100.. I will be requesting full refund for the McCurley diagnoses (total cost of $140.28) as they misinterpreted the error code mentioned above, and failed to check appropriate connections, even after I asked them to do so. Evidently the Service Manager had his mind made up that I needed a complete transfer case control module, which I proved that I did not!!

They have a nice large waiting room where you can social distance, have a cup of coffee and get a snack out of the machine while you watch TV. Access to restrooms and a room for a family with children to wait in.

Parts department was great, the lady that was checking out could not figure out how to ring me up, took forever, if your going to work at a Chevy dealership and have a rewards program at least know how to use it!!

I recommended my friend and he said it was a mistake. Staff didn't care or try to help him. He said it seemed they went to work just to collect their check. Sorry to say horrible service. I hope customer service improves.

A employee working that day was sick he should have been aloud to go home. Well then i got super sick 2 days later i was in ICU for 4 days. You shouldn't have employees at work even if the work place is short staffed that day.

I had a great experience, before I came I was worried about my car being serious after trying to get an oil change at Wal-Mart, 1st mistake, and they fixed it, no problem, very nice staff, I can trust them, thank you
