A big shot out to Cody the manager helped our recovery home with tires when we needed them kept us on the road and continue to save souls had an awesome team there at the Pasco location off of Court Street. Thanks again.

Got an alignment for a F350. I knew better than to take a vehicle to Schwab but I was in a pinch. The charge for the alignment was reasonable but they hit me for an entire hour of shop time to grease some fittings and install a bolt. Thats an extra $140 on top of the $115 for the alignment. Will only recommend Schwab if you have no other choice.

Had a flat tire a block away, they quickly got me a new tire and even drove by to where my car was and fixed it for me, even though they were just about to close. I offered a tip but they refused. Very kind individuals as well

Needed air in my tire at my home and even though they were very busy Josh made sure to have someone come out before the days end!! Also very friendly! Love Les Schwaab!!

Updated: They did make it right and fixed the issue. There was one guy who beyond helping. I thank you for your help. I came in for my brakes and 2 weeks later there was a break failure. Now 5 hrs at the center because they didn't send someone for parts. I paid 1200 for the original break job. There is NO reason for this!

Friendly service overall, however after multiple visits I am consistently disappointed in the time it takes to get anything done. Today I was told it would be 60-90 minute wait for an oil change and rotation. I waited for over 90 minutes and my car was still sitting in the parking lot untouched. The lot was not that full and there were only a few people inside. I asked for my keys and left. If you plan to wait for your vehicle, plan extra time.

I went to get air on a tire and Damian told me not that I can not get air because my tires were over used what ? But why not please explain him that's action its bad customer service

Had a great experience at the Les Schwab in Pasco. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was assisted by Josh! Good prices, good service. The wait wasn't bad at all either.

Ladies!!Diamonds are not really a girl's best friend..NO..NO!Les Schwab IS a girl's best friend!!Truth be told...because of the quality of their UNSURPASSED service..I will NEVER EVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Don't care what the prices are..Well..not really..but NO matter..Les Schwab is THEE ONLY PLACE FOR ME!!The entire staff, from Mgr Bart to each employee..they are FREAKEN AWESOME!!I wish they sold...EVERYTHING!!LOVE Les Schwab

They made me feel so stupid and ignored me for most of the time I was here. There was one guy who was nice but I didn t catch his name. They ALL looked at me but didn t help me, I waited for a solid 10 minutes. I never got service and i left. I definitely recommend the one in Kennewick.

I came in to rotate my tires. They are charging 40-200 bucks to replace a stud. I wanted to buy my own studs but they wouldn't allow that. As I was observing the workers working on my car, they all seem to lack on their job. I see a few of them on their phones while working, having side conversations. This needs to be adjusted to prevent clients for waiting so long.

Talk about fantastic service. I didn t even buy tires here and yet they checked and filed my tires for free. And happily. Felipe was very nice and helpful

Look for another place if you want a professional experience. Think twice before entering, they don t respect the warranty and they weren t supposed to charge me and they charged again. My experience wasn t that great once I talked to the manager he didn t even took seriously what I was asking for my car.

I came in last minute with a tire issue, and Miles went out of his way to help me even with short time. He explained what was going on and how he was able to fix it for me, I appreciated it a lot, thank you again!

The team was amazing. They helped us deal with a blown tire right at the end of their day. We went to the other Les Schwab in town by mistake and made it to this one just in time (the other one was super friendly but didn't have my odd tire size). The team here were awesome and didn't make us feel rushed although it was right at closing time. I popped my tire going over a curb and felt really dumb; they said every driver matters and made me feel so much better. This crazy Canadian family says Thank you so much!!!!

Well heck they quoted me at 870.00 to get 4 new tires I had purchased online but should've only been 600.00 cuz I bought them online I figured 200.00 for labor I guess..then they came out and said I needed work on my front end and they just wanted to let me know and I said ok whatever needs to be done..the problem I have is this..they never quoted me a price for the extra work..it doesn't matter that I didn't figure out it would be extra or not it matters that they didn't tell me how much extra it was going to be..so when I went to pick up my car it was an extra 800.00..I wouldn't have authorized that because I have a friend that would do it for 400.00 but no they went ahead and did it but I feel they should've told me how much extra it was going to be..very misleading and deceptive..so my bill came out to 1617.00..Jesus what would've happened if I didn't have the extra 750 to 800..then what..lesson learned im sticking with Les Schwab on rd 68 or on Clearwater in kennewick..at least they are honest..

Blanca, your attitude is super. I was stepping in fifteen minutes before closing and I explained the situation. Nothing could be done as we knew driving thirty minutes out of town wasn't doable. As all hope was lost to get some people going on a flat tire. She offered to get a rim and mounted to the fitting size, thank you Blanca for trying anyway, the effort to help was very much appreciated.

We had 4 new tires put on our car at les schwab on court street in pasco, due to our tires being old bald and not holding air costing almost $700 for the premium tires they offer. My husband drove to work today a almost 90 minute drive on the highway having to pull over 20 minutes after leaving to a tire that was low then again 20 minutes later only to have the tire burst while on the highway at 70mph after having another less schwab come assist him we learned that the stems were never replaced and we were never notified of this. After having the pendleton crew fix this issue my husband missed 2 hours of work not to mention his safety was risked, I called and spoke to the manager who said he, listened to my rambling for 3-4 minutes and that it may not have been the stems that caused the tires to go low that even though they were not replaced we were not charged for them, the pendleton crew said otherwise, when you barely touch the stem and the air leaked out. He was not sure why they were not replaced but he was sorry and that he would replace the stems for free, that he didn't know what else I needed and made me feel like that should be satisfaction in itself as much as he tried to convince me he cared, his overall demeanor and customer service definitely made me feel like I was inconvenient to him by calling him about this matter. That I was rude because my voice was heightened due to the situation although I never yelled, cussed, or disrespected him, this did not stop him from coming back at me saying I ripped on him. I would give them negative stars if it was an option. They won't let you drive off the lot if your tires are bald as long as they get paid for the new tires but don't seem to want to be bothered when they do not complete the job they are paid to do and put peoples safety at risk. Thank goodness my husband is ok and it wasn't worse. Thank goodness for the pendleton crew who came and assisted my husband this morning.

So when you pull in a bay for free air checks employees come out to assist, at least at the Kennewick store not so much Pasco on court. Pulled up to a bay and sat there while employees just looked at me and acted as if I weren t there they even drove around me with still no help. No sign either of pointing you in the right direction for the air checks.

Pasco Rentals has been using Les Schwab to service all of our tires for as long as we can remember. They have always done an amazing job getting our wheels and tires repaired fast. Highly recommend the shop on court street.

One of the worst car services to go to! Customer service is terrible and they don t like to take credit for the mistakes that they make when working on car parts. Had to get a lug nut fixed and they ended up messed up the entire tire/wheel. DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give it 0 stars I would happily do so.
