Spectacular buying experience for my fc450 dirt bike. Jason was helpful getting me set up and out the door. The owner processed my paperwork and it felt like a personal buying process from start to finish. They really care about building a customer relationship. Thanks, I ll be back.

I bought a dirt bike from these guys and it was a great experience! Everyone was really nice and helpful, pricing was fair on my trade and the new bike, paperwork was no hassle.I definitely would recommend them if you're looking for your next ride.

I was shopping availability and just happened to hear about JMC , while working in tri cities. Steve was so straightforward and listened to me , in our first phone call. He shared with me , every detail I needed to hear. He made me an offer I couldn't refuse, as I was leaving town , I turned around and purchased from JMC because of Steve. Their closing secretary stayed through her lunch to get me out asap. I will come back to shop here again and again.

Bought a helmet there a couple months back ended up getting in a wreck like a month or so down the road and the helmet literally saved my life and I want to thank the guy there that got me the helmet and recommended it because I was going to buy one that was probably not going to do what this one did and I most definitely appreciate that JMC you're the best

Josh is an excellent welder and fabricator, and an awesome guy. He knows what he is doing when it comes to every aspect of the vehicle. His knowledge and experience is first rate I will definitely be for more work and recommend Josh and his shop to everyone who needs custom work done.

Great experience buying my first bike ! Jason was of great help. Went to other places and they didn t treat me so well but here at JMC they really care for there customers. Really enjoying my 2022 Honda Grom

Never been here but have worked on several former customer's rigs from here... good lord. They do work just like any other shop but JEEEEEEEEEEEESUS they are WAY overcharging on labor. At least double. I have an invoice in my hand from someone who brought me their standup jetski... they were charged almost $2000 for something that takes no more than 3 hours. Billed for 11 hours of labor. Makes me sick. Battery swap, single carb rebuild, starter swap, and a single 10amp fuse replacement. To a skilled tech this is 3 hours. For an unskilled tech reading from the book for every single step and procedure, MAYBE 8. But people pay it so they stay in business. Shop around! Sheesh!

Best motorcycle shop I've shopped at on either side of the mountains! Great inventory and best customer service. Ask for Jason if you're in the market for a Husky or a Honda.

Great experience with this motorcycle dealer. I've been to the other motorcycle shops in tri cities and this is the best one. Jason helped me a ton and got me into a bike that I wanted quickly.They went above and beyond as the bike that I bought had issues when I got home and they took it in and fixed it for free! This was a used bike so they didn't have to help me but did, which is more than some other dealers would do..

We are farmers & we work our equipment hard! We also need at least 1 of our quads every day for irrigating all summer long. JMC worked well with us to keep the old bikes humming along with excellent maintainence & repairs. Great customer service too. Thanks JMC, we will be repeat customers.

Okay so I never write reviews but this one is beyond deserved. I seriously can not be more happy with the service I received from JMC Motorsports! Mark from the parts department went above and beyond in helping me find a part that is on back order and no one has it in stock and my boyfriend was freaking out over this part. He is AMAZING and so knowledgeable with helping you understand what parts you need. He followed up with me constantly and made sure I was able to find the part I needed. I have never experienced such amazing customer service. Honestly this man deserves a raise! You are a life saver Mark! I honestly cant thank you enough. You don't come across people who actually care and JCM definitely puts the customer first. I will forever be a customer! Thank you so much!

Had a lot of great help. Would only rate higher if they could get older parts but that's not really this places fault but rather their partner warehouses. Spendy, however it's motorcross and associated things so ya can expect that. Had all the oils I needed and answered questions for me happily.

The people are nice, but the shop seems more focused on race day than customers.I brought my goldwing in in early March. No other bikes in the shop. Now it is May and there wasn't even a complete estimate done.My forks had a clunk and shift when I stopped. Never found out why. But they did fork seals and brakes. The DIDN T tell me there was no Goldwing certified technician on staff because theirs quit. I was just told they were short staffed and they would get to it as soon as possible. After two months I was done and went and picked up the bike.I'll get the rest of the work done on it somewhere that is more up front.

Caleb was our salesperson for our Honda Talon purchase. I knew that our Talon would be delayed but Caleb made sure to communicate ever week to update us on the status. I would buy again from JMC even though I live in Spokane. Great customer service and friendly staff. They had all of our paperwork ready and made our purchase easy.

These guys are great. Had a small hiccup with them at first but they delivered. I can not thank Jason Michelle and Joel enough for making my snowmobile season a great one. I will not go anywhere else for snowmobiles ever again. These guys got my trust and business. Brad Caleb Jason Michelle and Joel are all great people. Thank you again.

I have finally found a shop that isn't afraid to be honest and work hard. I had purchased new tires online for my gsxr, and was having a hell of a time getting someone in the walla walla area to mount the new tires. I decided to look outside of the walla walla area, and emailed JMC. Promptly received a response, with a no bs quote on work, and said the could get it in and out in a day. Now this is after leaving it with a shop in walla walla for 2 weeks and never got my tires even touched. So this seemed too good to be true. But it wasn't, I received a call 3 hours after dropping off the bike with JMC, and the bike was done. I will definitely be purchasing my next set of tires through them.

I was very pleased with the sevice we recieved, super friendly staff right from when I first stepped in the door. The salesman Kaleb was awsome, he was friendly with great customer service he answered all our question prior to purchasing our new ATV. Kaleb was there through out the whole purchase. Before leaving he gave use a run thru on the use of the ATV and help load it to our truck. We are very happy with the service we recieved Thank You!

I thought the service was terrible. 2019 Gold Wing but nowhere to get it serviced. I though having a Premium Honda would come with Premium Service. Tricities needs a real Honda Dealer. Not these wanna be's. By the way It was so bad I didnt even let them touch my bike.

I had a great experience buying my motorcycle from them. Called them up and told them which one I wanted, they emailed me a quote (an absolutely amazing deal), I applied for financing through their website and picked up the bike that afternoon. Took maybe 15 minutes to sign the papers. They don't have the largest selection, but with their expansion that should change. They also sell AMSoil which is my favorite oil. Very personable staff that will help you research things to get what you want. I definitely recommend going to this shop.

If I could give them less stars I would. I brought my four wheeler in for them to tune it they did not. It took them 1.5 hours And $180 for them to figure out the battery and push button didn t work if you want to be taken advantage of come here they will bleed you when I showed up they asked me if it ran!!! WhenTheir employee drove off the truck horrible experience. I doubt a tool touched it.

This was my 1st time having them do anything significant on my motorcycles. I thought they were excellent. They got the work done on time and under budget. They were pleasant to work with. I will gladly return when more is needed.

My experience with the Service Dept. of JMC was extremely poor. I left my 2007 quad with the service department to have the brakes repaired. The symptoms of the issue were clearly described and documented in the paperwork: the foot brake and hand brake lever were very soft and would not stop the quad. They stated they replaced some of the brake pads. When I went to pick up the quad, the brakes were still inoperable and unsafe for normal operation. The service dept. was unable to repair the issue stated on their paperwork and yet they charged me $500 to get it back. Nothing left to do but post my experience here for all to read. I would not recommend this business.
