My son purchased a jeep today from inca! I could not be happier or more satisfied with the experience. The process was easy, comfortable and fun. 0 pressure! We were allowed to look and talk and think without any harassing. Extremely polite and friendly. Minor issues with the vehicle were easily resolved before we left. ( locking lug nut with no key) 100% recommended and I will return

Bought a car from them, but before I signed the documents I made them promise to exchange all four brake pads, even have the receipt that states that they would do it. Took it in that same week for the repair, afterwards they assured me all four were replaced. Come to find out that they only did half the job and lied to my face! That following week took it to my shop because it was shaking too much while driving the car, and my repair guy told me and showed me the back brake pads had nothing on them! And we also needed to replace the rotors because they were warped. At least be honest with your customers while doing busy. There goes around $600 bucks !

Was sent to the little shop there wish I would have gotten the guys name, he was awsome. He worked on my Ford f150 and was super helpful I went in with a few problems for him to look at my 4x4, and headlight. The dealership that sent me there was also supposed to authorize him to look at my keyfob and fog light. He told me they didn't do key fob work which is fine they don't do it then they don't, but he managed to find me a key fob and fix the lock in my door temporarily so it will atleast work till I can get it officially fixed. Quick work only waited about 3 hours for them to complete the work. High beam works now, 4x4 seems to be doing good no check light comes on. And biggest thing I won't be locked out while holding my keys anymore. If you guys know his name definitely deserves a shout out he went above and beyond. Went in around 9:20 am

0 STARS IF I COULD!!. Went to buy what I thought was a nice reliable family car for my kids and I. Explained that we go to Portland very often for my daughter's special needs appointment and told them we needed something reliable. Fast forward 1 week and the AC goes out, take it to my mechanic and they confirmed it was messed with to last a little bit longer and was going to cost $800 to fix. My father called and complained to the dealer and they denied ever selling us the car. Fast forward another month and we get a quote from a shop for $3,000 because the whole front end needs done and there's an excessive amount of rust (which when looking at the car we specifically asked if there was any rust underneath the vehicle and we're told "no there is no rust that we can see") now I'm $4,000 more in debt and there's nothing I can do because I have to get my daughter to her appointments every month. Very disappointed in this establishment and wish I had listened to the reviews instead of the smooth talking sales man. AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs. I've dealt with some shady car dealerships but NEVER one this bad.

I highly recommend making your purchase from these guys. There is no sales pressure. Where as the process is usually exhausting, these guys did their best to get the paper work processed quickly. We purchased a gorgeous vehicle. And we got a fair trade-in value for our car.

Bought a truck only driven100 it 100 miles and the vacuum pump leaks $831 dollars to replace. Don't know what to expect next.

You don't have a clue who you are trying to screw out of a deal or make a sale... . There was a young lady from pendleton Oregon that her daughter had open heart surgery, that consisted of 9 hours of having her heart in a table, All while not knowing if she would live or die...... and you you sold her a car knowing that the AC did not work.......And will not take care of her........ can't wait to meet you face to face.... coming down soon..... how dare you...... what if this was your wife or daughter or child, would you want her treated this way?????

We went here to buy our first big vehicle for our growing family.I am extremely weary of dealerships. I let the salesman know right off the bat that I don't like being bullied or pressured into buying something. He was very understanding and kept this in mind during our visit.I told him I only had 1,800 available for a down payment. He spoke to his manager and got us into the SUV we asked for for 1,500. I didn't have to haggle at all, they simply chose to let us have a little extra money for the week.We were pleased with our experience and would buy from here again in the future.

Bought a truck from this place drove it for 2 hrs and the engine blew up. Called them told them they wanted any one to pay for the repairs other then themselves. They took possession of my car wanted me to pay half the price of an engine the car was 14.500 i canceled my loan and asked for. Refund the son agreed I later got a call from the father who owns the business he advised his son not to send me the confirmation email. The next day I had my family member go down to the business and watch the son send me the confirmation email and get my check. I would not send my worst enemy to this place for help with a vehicle the owner is a snake.. don t know how to reply to the comments the owners replied to on here. But they just lied on the comment stating that my cousin promised to do business with them in the future.. that was never said she had to call me to make sure they sent the confirmation email like they said they would the previous day.. il let her know they are speaking for her stating information that was not true

I buy a car for this place and when I drove home and turn the engine of and half hour later started the car back up, and a big cloud of smoke cover the whole car and every time I start the car, the same thing happens, I know that is not condensation for the cold weather, so I called the dealer and basically told me that's my problem now because I already have sign the papers, they do offer me check the car but any maintenance or parts needed has to be paid by myself, so I think they should check the cars before putting it for sale, right . I paid $15000 for a 2014 GM Acadia I just no happy with the deal. I give it 2 Star's because they was helpful with the financial and nice on the process

We drove five and a half hours to their dealership to buy a car. Vehicle was as described, no disappointment there. The people who run the business are super nice, no pushing and did so much extra for us. I can highly recommend them ! Junior and Enrique...you guys are outstanding guys....THANK YOU again !!

I was sold a 2000 Ford Ranger here touted as "something we are proud of." Even after servicing the vehicle, the intake manifold and transmission gave out after driving 2k miles. When I spoke to someone at the store about my experience I was given the "well you signed papers" excuse and was basically told that no concessions would be made. I will not be returning to this business for any vehicle, and I can't wait until I have the useless hunk of metal outside my house paid off. DO NOT buy used vehicles here.

Beware of rusty cars. Shady sales manager. Manager called out the salesman helping me. Said that he was inexperienced. I would suggest anyone looking a vehicle here to always bring a second person that knows what to look out for.

I bought a 2008 mini cooper from them. Had it a week and the timing chain broke and the will not help fix I even offed to buy the chain if they would put it on. I would stay away from Inca they seem very friendly buy are very scummy.

The owner personally assured me that some engine work would be done before the car would leave his lot even though I was unaware that it was needed. Excellent customer service.
