Did a great job on alignment and new belt. However, I paid for the air filter when I looked once I got home, an old air filter still in. Had to go back and wasted a lot of time. Worries me rest of the work may not have been completed correct. Sad what service has come to. Kid techs just don't care.

I took my truck in for a problem and was told it was fixed. When I picked up my truck the problem didn t seem to be addressed at all even though they replaced a part. When I questioned staff they said there was a miscommunication, that a different part needed to be replaced. I was refunded but a bad taste was left and I will not be returning.

Absolutely love how honest and great Firestone is my car broke down and I scheduled a repair a week ahead so I brought it in and they called me a day later saying that they can fix it that day unlike Les Schwab. When I brought my car into Les Schwab they gave me a quote for the parts I'll need for my car and then when I brought it to Firestone almost everything that Les Schwab said needed to be fixed didn't need to be fixed. I definitely recommend Firestone

My fiance dropped off his work truck for a standard oil change at 1pm on a Sunday. They said they were understaffed and it would be a wait. Which was fine. Understandable and the guy at the counter said they were closing early today. An hour earlier than usual at 5pm Again fine. We waited and waited. It rolled to 4pm and we tried calling to see if anyone would let us know the vehicle was finished or not. No response. Called again at 430pm and nothing no answer again. We went at 5 because we made the assumption that maybe they were still working on it or behind and would still be there. Bad mistake on our part. When we got there it was closed. The vehicle was nowhere in site probably inside the facility. But now my fiance has no truck to work and obviously he works Monday and no one even called to notify us that the vehicle was ready or not ready or anything at all. And we have no way of calling not even the 1800 number is open. My fiance works early in the mornings than even before they open so now he's lost out on a day's work all because someone couldn't pick up the phone and let us know to pick up the vehicle.Service: Oil change

I wanted to say these guys were good but after seeing my traction control light come on and my alignment being worse after they worked on it then having them imply that I need parts over $1,000 to fix is a little sketchy. Taking it in tomorrow and having them undo their alignment . Save money and don t get the lifetime alignment.

My alternator went out while on vacation, I needed it fixed asap they got me in the same day, it was a Sunday morning they got me in and out in a hour and a half. They have great prices. I would recommend them to everyone. Great job guys!!!

I had work done to my vehicle at this location and will be a returning customer due to the great customer service I received from the manager at this location. There were initial issues with the work, but it was resolved until it was right. Very appreciative.

Well I can t really say good or bad since they are temporarily closed due to who knows what. I wish they would have called and said hey we are temporarily closed don t drop off your vehicle for it s appointment!!!Now I m out of a vehicle for 2 more days since I have to take it some where else and also lost almost 3 days since they were booked out till today!! I should give them 1 star but yea.

We applied online for credit and got approved so we went in to get new tires. We didn't have the card yet or number Jose told us we had to call customer service to get the number. He did not give us the number he I had to find out online instead he helped another customer. After being on hold for a few minutes the person on the phone said they couldn't give that info to us the rep from the store had to call. When we told him he said he knew and looked mad about it. I should have just gone to Kennewick at least they are friendly.

I have spent lots of time and money at this store with all of my vehicles. With all the car troubles I have had this store has treated me like I am family and always does a good job. I had an issue with a clutch and after they replaced the clutch and put new tires on because that was my issue for the clutch going out, They accepted the fact that since they put in the clutch they would make sure it ran fine and worked properly. I took it in about everyday for about a week because I was worried at every little noise or anything it did and I was assured every time that I would be taken care of. The people who work here honestly love what they do and treat you right! great Job guys! Norm, Jaime and Kurt are especially awesome!

We won t be going back! Complete Auto Care is a lie.My husband has used this location a few times for oil changes. Saturday he brought his truck in because of a grinding noise when he drives between 34-40mph and his gear shifter gets stuck in park. They did a diagnostic test for $100 dollars and fixed the shifter for $150. So $300 later, they found nothing on the diagnostic test. And now when he drives in cruise control he can t hit the break to turn off cruise control - he has to hit the button to turn it off. That was a scary moment for him! Also while his truck was in the shop, 2 people called to talk about why we dropped it off and neither man was on the same page nor did they drive his truck at 35-40 mph to listen to what my husband was telling them about. Then later said it s probably the transmission and they don t test/treat those issues. Would have been good to know before we paid $300 to end up with more issues than we brought it in with! They didn t even offer a refund. Shameful service. Where s the honesty and integrity?

Way overpriced and now I have to take my car back cuz they charge me to do my AC very expensive and they were supposed to refill and I turned it on today and there's nothing but hot air now I have to take the time to take it back and as far as customer service they're nice people but I think some of them need to learn to smile and greet people the door instead of pretending they're not there waiting at least acknowledge this customers at your front desk been in there twice at two different occasionsUpdate Took it back they fixed it working good now communication can be better between customers

Great for routine service. I've taken my company MPV here, and my personal Odyssey multiple times. They have been fair to me every time and have done the work properly with no mistakes. They have even been gracious enough to overlook one of my mistakes in dealing with them, so kudos to them for doing that. If you want simple service I don't know a better alternative locally. I can't comment on how good they are with more advanced service as I haven't gone to them for that.My only complaint so far has purely been over the way they offered their special transmission fluid change service without offering a normal transmission fluid change at the same time. They are a business running on selling you more service, so as long as you have the right mindset in dealing with them you will likely be happy with their service.

Very poor service. I needed a nail taken out and possible a patch. I was told about 2 hours. There want many cars in the lot in Sunday at 9 am, but figured okay. I came back 2 and a half hours later, they said that they have 1 car ahead of me then once a day opens I'll be in. In total from when I dropped off my car to when I got it back was 5 and half hours. I didn't get my car back until 2:30 pm. I lost an entire days work of overtime for 10 hours. Once my car finally at 1:30 it say on the lift for 30 minutes before anyone touched it. Took about 25 minutes to do the inspection and make the repair. The nail didn't puncher, so the service was free. Unfortunately, my day was lost due to an unreasonable wait.

Had a nail in my tire. Just stopped by to see what was up, and they got me right in. I appreciated the heck out of the fast service. No charge on a warranty tire, but I still felt like I should leave a tip lol.

From Renton, WA and broke down about 15 miles from this Firestone store. Got our car towed there. I was amazed at the quality of their crew, very educated and trained staff. Absolutely the Best Firestone store I've ever gone to. They explained everything and more to and showed me my damage. They also did the diagnostics in a very short time. Wish this crew was at my local Firestone. They seem totally honest, quick, up front and helpful!

Proceed at your own risk...but for what it's worth, DO NOT TRUST FIRESTONE!!!I recently had my vehicle towed into their shop. They charged me $117 just for a code read and diagnosing an issue, no physical labor or parts were replaced.1st issue - They charge for a service at many other shops do for free.2nd issue - They quoted me $208 for a cylinder coil replacement, and then said I needed to potentially replace an O2 sensor, a battery, and then a catalytic converter...$2,300 worth of work. Seems a bit odd...and the salesrep wouldn't just answer my question straight...it was excuse after excuse.I didn't have them do any work on it and the following day I had my vehicle towed to a reliable shop. Out the door I paid $113 for a coil and spark plug. O2 sensors and a catalytic converter was never part of the conversation.At the end of the day, make your own decision however I would recommend taking business elsewhere 10/10 times.

These people are The most Disrespectful people i have ever worked with. They give you smug looks when you confront them for their bad work and blame you for bad driving when you know that they have messed up on your alignment after a tire switch, will never go here again. On top of that before i bought the tires i was told that they came with an alignment but now that i have extremely worn tires they wont do my alignment and well my tires are extremely worn because both of my tires are absolutely and horribly aligned. Worst place you can ever go to for tire changes and good customer service.

Every time that I go into the PASCO Firestone, I am always greeted with a smile. Whether it is Leigh Ann, Jamie, Marcos, Luis, or Hector. They are always helpful and knowledgeable about the services that my vehicle needs and are patient enough to give me options on the best route forward. The emotional intelligence that the front-end employees possess is amazing due to the fact that they're always willing to accommodate me and are understanding of the situation that I am in at the present moment. The technicians are amazing in the sense that they are friendly, knowledgeable, and are willing to go the extra mile in the sense of explaining what they're are doing to the vehicle. Jesse, Daniel, and Chris usually work on my vehicles and I have to say that I am impressed with their efficiency. Great experience and look forward to dealing with this Firestone in the future.

Great place, went and they filled my tires with air right then and there even though it was late afternoon on a Sunday. didn't make me feel terrible for asking or how bad by tires needed air!

After a long weekend road trip my front end suddenly started making noise that I immediately associated with brakes, rotars, and possibly bearings. Being beyond my expertise I set up an appointment online quickly and easily. When I arrived they were expecting me and quickly gave me a few choices of services provided. I decided to add an oil change. I went to work and was called about an hour after dropping off. They confirmed my suspicions and gave me a quote. Here's the kicker, they completed a full front end brake job, repacked my bearings, rotated my tires, and changed my oil in less than three hours. When they called me before noon I was shocked. Kudos to the staff for their efficiency and friendliness.
