Called Cassidy for their towing services after my husband had called a different company first that he just found from a google search and seems to be well known but they no call no showed on us after setting an appointment . When calling Cassidy they were friendly, efficient and quick. Billy was the person that towed our vehicle and he was just so easy to work with and made sure to communicate with me and was nice and friendly while doing it . Definitely appreciate their service and would recommend them 100% !!!

Wow, I came for a wheel alignment three different times with them and my alignment is still way off. This one technician was extremely rude, loud, rushing me the whole time explaining the supposedly bad parts, which I just replaced and was very unprofessional. Didn t explain to me why the parts were bad, just pointed them out with a rude attitude along with aggressiveness for absolute no reason. Unbelievable, I will never go back.

Geico dispatched a Sunnyside, WA towing company who didn't answer their phone and had poor ratings. Hours later I contacted Geico when it said my tow was complete- I never told the company where the key was hidden or car was parked, so it was odd.Geico had to request a new towing company and Casaday Bee-Line Towing was on top of things. They called me and took care of the car. They did the job right, thank you!Service: Car towing

After waiting 1-1/2 hours for roadside assistance, I took it upon myself and called another tow company. They were closed?? Saturday??!! I called Casaday and talked to a person instead of prompts. I told him my situation, phone almost out of power and my location. He arrived sooner than expected and got me home safe and sound. I asked him for his card. I'm not calling anyone else. Fast, friendly and affordable.

These guys knocked it out of the park. Had ball joints installed by another mechanic, this made the truck virtually undriveable. Mechanic said they would loosen up after time, 5000 miles later still unsafe to drive. Also had a loud squeak from the front end of the vehicle that was not able to be pinpointed by the dealership or other said mechanic. These guys changed the ball joints again and the truck drives like a champ. They also fixed the squeak which was not related in anyway to the ball joints. Great job guys!

Best place in tri cities to get your alignment done, specially on older cars with the rear wheel partially hidden. Noone in town can get those dialed in except bee line since everyone uses sensors and can't do it the old school way. Casaday can get it done both ways

Sorry to say this, but i will not recommend anyone go there for repair work. I needed an alignment. They quoted me for parts that cost three to four times what i can get them for. And most of the parts they quoted did not need replaced. The worst part is, they missed the fact that there was a bad wheel bearing. I got my alignment done at a different shop for 1/4th the cost of their quote.

This is for the alignment shop part of thier business...Great group of guys doing great work. You may need an appointment, but the workmanship and customer service is worth the possible small wait. They replaced my old worn front end parts with new high quality OEM replacement parts. I was against deadline for a trip I was taking and they worked with me and got me all fixed up in time. This is the place to go for alignments and related work.

You can count on these folks for honesty and quality service! I went to them to get a second opinion for an alignment done by Toyota of Tricities.I noticed uneven wear on my tires and took it to the Toyota of Tri-Cities dealership for an alignment. All they did was charge me $120 to tell me I needed to have my entire rear axle replaced for $3,500 because I had a fixed alignment! Why did they even offer to do an alignment if they knew my vehicle's rear axle can't be adjusted? The folks at Costco Tire Center recommended Casaday Bee-Line to get a second opinion and the people there were so professional and knowledgeable. They explained what the numbers on the spec sheet from the Toyota dealership meant and talked me through the options.Turns out, Toyota's measurements were wrong and I know that's true because even after they performed the alignment on the front wheels, my car still drifted to the left when I let go of the wheel. Casaday Bee-Line's measurements matched that drift because it showed my front left wheel were out of spec. My car no longer drifts after visiting them! Additionally, they found that my rear alignment was well within specs and did not require shimming or a full replacement that the dealership recommended. To top it off, it was only $65 for the alignment.It's good to know that there are still decent people in this world.

Forewarning, I've never had to get a vehicle towed before, so this was a new experience for me. Billy answered my call and was the same gentleman that came out to tow my vehicle. Having a rather unpleasant weekend in addition to my engine blowing up on the freeway, Billy was very amiable and helpful. He made the process very smooth and painless, given the situation. His customer service was fantastic and he was a pleasure to work with. Whilst I have no prior exposure to pricing, the cost of the tow was significantly less than what I anticipated and I feel as though it was extremely fair. I absolutely recommend this towing service.

Went in for an alignment and ended up having to have most of the front end rebuilt, it was worn out. Took a long time but had to order parts that took a while as it's an older truck. Overall I am very happy with the outcome.

Only place to get a same-week alignment in town for a Class C motorhome that I could find. Did an amazing job and vehicle drives great now, even without optional replacement of bushings/ball joints/etc. Just wanted the rig to drive straight and wear tires less for cheap, didn't care about it being perfect on my ancient rig. Very satisfied!

Had to get some alignment and suspension work done after minor accident last week. Justin at Casady Bee got us in immediately and gave us a reasonable estimate with options and honest assessments. Very happy with service on our Subaru. Would recommend!

So I literally called at 830am asking for help with my trailer axel. The guy tells me, "No problem, they'll be able to get to right away just bring it in," which I did by 9am. Mind you, I'm traveling across country, so this is truly an inconvenience, & this is a city where I have no contacts. The worker there then leads me on the whole day "they'll get to it right after lunch ", etc, etc. Then calls at 430pm & says "sorry didn't do it, you're not local are you?"SO. They got 1 star ONLY because I can't give zero. Avoid this place like the plague, particularly if you are not a local!

I had my VW Sportwagen alligned at Casaday's and I was very pleased with the results. Only one comment, and this is a big one, I was sent out out with 3 tires at 32# and one at 24#. I have confirmed that that tire does not leak. So guys, pay a little more attention to tire pressure. The best alignment in the world is no better than the details, and tire pressure is a detail that should not be overlooked.

My First Tow, Thanks for Making it so easy I was Really worried about damaging my new (to me) mercedes, but the gentleman who came by was kind and careful with my car and it arrived with no issues. This was on a Friday after 6pm, special thanks for working so late I highly recommend this service.

I called cassaday towing service after being left stranded on the side of the highway Sunday afternoon. After calling 8-10 other towing companies who couldn't do it and another company who had me waiting an hour just to call back and say they could only do it for a much higher rate and at least another hour wait, I got ahold of cassaday. The driver was to me and loaded up in under 30 minutes. They got my bike back to my house in no time at all, and for a flat rate. Thanks guys I'm so glad you were there for me when I needed you. Went to these guys thinking my truck needed some work. They checked the alignment and said it was within factory tolerances. Could easily have taken advantage, but didn't. Always great to find an honest mechanic.

Brought my Vette in for an alignment. I was very nervous to take my car into a shop, but everyone was very friendly and professional and went above and beyond. They treated my car with kid gloves.I wouldn't go anywhere else for that kind of work and I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

Best alignment in the Tri-Cities, don't waste your time at tire shops who also do alignment. Don't go to dealerships who charge insane amounts of money for this quick and easy service. Instead take your vehicle to the number one frame straightening and highest rated alignment shop in the Tri-Cities.Especially if you drive a sports car and know what you want your alignment dialed to, they will get you accurate and balanced on both left/right sides, not just "within spec" which can be wildly different from left to right.

had them help me just across the street with my car,but even with that said they have great customer service, 10/10 would recommend, got a real cheap price for the move too (though again it was just across the street) really liked the people that worked with me, both the one behind the desk and the driver, really understanding people,Services: Battery service, Car towing, Local hauling
