We were headed home to Kirkland from Boise when our car started losing power just outside Kennewick. We found an open Firestone who took a look and said it was a plugged catalytic converter. They recommended Bonnie and Clyde's. We showed up the next morning and they were able to confirm it was the catalytic converter. They had it replaced and we were back on the road within 30 minutes. The guys were friendly and professional. One of the guys even offered to lend us his personal car if we needed to run to the nearby store for anything. We are so appreciative of their quick and fair work! Highly recommend.

Came in for repair on exhaust after hit and run damaged bumper. Fixed it same day. Price was lower than expected. Service was excellent! Great tacos across the street while waiting! Will use again if needed. Highly recommend.

Told me I couldn t put on a muffler that I bought even though it fit. I was oblivious at the time and listened to them and bought a different muffler from them and traded them the other one for a super bad price. Screw this place and go anywhere else. There s a reason they have 3.8 stars

Miscommunication of some sort, a part wasn't install that I was told was installed but it was put in my trunk. Still did the hard part which I appreciate and am thankful.

By far the cheapest in town, they did some exhaust work on my car in about an hour, cash only. They overpriced the flowmaster 10s I went with but the install was free.I haven t seen the welds but I can t imagine them being pretty.Overall I m happy and I haven t had any issues with my car. As long as they re in business I ll bring my cars in for some exhaust work.

I paid for the replacement of both cats, exhaust, and manifolds. To my surprise on my way to Georgia I lost 4 miles per gallon off my average. When I took it to the mechanic he showed me that the manifolds are missing bolts, and the ones they do have are just regular bolts. These guys took advantage of someone that doesn't know anything about exhaust systems and screwed me over. I would never use them again and I will not refer anyone

Took my truck in at the recommendation of another shop for exhaust leaks on a Wednesday. Said ready saturday. Went back in next day in the afternoon. No one had started work on the truck. Now says won't be ready until the following Tuesday. We are traveling, needed it fixed. In my two visits I didn't see a single person actually working. No one called me, doesn't appear anyone had plans to call me and tell me.Would I ever comeback? No.Would I recommend anyone else go there? No.

They replaced my mufflers quickly and for a lot less than what other shops were quoting. Their work was great and my car sounds more aggressive now. If I needed another exhaust job I would go to them again. Thank you!

I got my exhaust done through bonnie and clydes a little over a year ago. Service was great then, they were fast, and they did a great job. The other day I noticed a weld had busted so I took my truck back in and they fixed it in no time at all and were very nice. Overall great service and product. I would go through them again.

Took my Subaru in to get a piece of my exhaust fixed. They did a good job, decent price and the employee kept me informed on what he was doing the whole time. I d definitely go back for other exhaust and muffler work in the future.

I just had Dan and his crew fabricate a new dual exhaust system for my 1973 Ford Highboy after I had recently installed a new engine with stainless steel exhaust headers. Victor did an excellent job fitting everything together and it came out looking and sounding great! Price was good and service was even better. Thanks fellas!

I brought my 95 Chevy pickup in for full pipe, muffler replacement. I was quoted a very reasonable price and was told it d be ready in 3 hours or so, I got a call it was ready an hour and a half later, still the same price, and driving away, I thought I was driving in a new truck! Great work!

Mediocre at best. I Had them install a new exhaust system on my car and they installed one pipe too close to my shift linkage which blocked it from shifting past D into lower gears, they didn't properly install any brackets so the pipes rattled against my body, sloppy welds all the way around, and they did a hack job on modifying my cross member. The two times I took it back to fix the issues, they were very rude with me and even tried to blame me for the shift linkage getting in the way of the pipe. I was very disappointed given the good reviews I had heard about the place. My advice would be, if your looking for a custom exhaust, take your car else where, they're cheap but you get what you pay for.

If there was a zero star would leave this business exactly that. This business promises things and agrees to things they re not willing to provide. There work and quality is just poor if I were you I would definitely go to professionals because these people are just a joke.

These guys were awesome! Not only did they completely fix Rad Exhaust's unfinished, overcharged, awefull , lazy workmanship. They had superior work, did it right, and with better rates! Thanks again Bonnie & Clyde's. My vans doing great!

Great experience. I was initially told repair would be $140.00. Upon further exam it turned out to be just an exhaust pipe repair and not a muffler replacement. Saving me 100.00.Thank you guys at Bonnie and Clyde's

Couldn't speak English so we couldn't communicate what needed to be done. After several attempts and they broke my new gasket, I left with NO results. Wasted 10 dollars worth of gas and 2 hours of my time.

They take care of your pipes. Big pipes, small pipes, saggy pipes, straight hard pipes......uhhh, sorry about that. They do exhaust stuff. If you need exhaust work on your vehicle, come here. They have great service and great prices. Doing it yourself and just need a pipe bent? They helped me with that as well. The vehicle I attached it to wasn't worth as much as the pipe and service they provided.

They Patched up Gadget, our 86 4Runner. She had a couple of problem areas. The crevasse of the Y pipe was leaky, and a band-aid-job with a flex pipe. Victor sealed up the Y , and put new pipe in place of the flex. Good as new. Great work, great price, friendly staff.

My 03 suburban was making a rattling noise from my exhaust and had brought it in for them to take a look at it. I originally was told from 360 automotive that it just needed a medal piece between the flowmasters to stop the rattle. One of the guys at Bonnie and Clydes told me it was the catalytic converter making the noise and that it was going bad and needed to replaced. He said it would cost me $575 to get it fixed and that would stop the rattle. Decided to go ahead and do it since I trusted their word vs 360 auto and paid to get the catalytic converters replaced. I get a call saying it was ready and that I needed to pay cash for it since their machine was "not working". I get to the shop and find out that it wasn't the catalytic converters but the exhaust needed to be re-welded with a metal piece to stop the rattle. I shouldnt have gave them that $575 and just paid for the re-welding of the exhaust. I felt like I got ripped off and paid for something that didn't need replacing. I will never go there again even if I was recommended by another shop. They will find something that is wrong make you pay for it.

I went to this shop based on a friend's recommendation. The shop agreed to fix some extensive exhaust leaks on my Nissan Altima, They did. However,1) I found out they did not install a new head to manifold gasket,2) When I inspected the car, the plastic engine cover had not been re-installed (they found the engine cover and re-installed it),3) The rear and front, lower heat shields that surround the manifold were missing. They could not find the heat shields! You would think an exhaust shop would realize the importance of the heat shields and re-install them! Not this facility!! And they were mad at me because I caught them!!Three strikes in one visit!!!Decide for yourself, but I WILL NEVER TAKE MY VEHICLES TO THEM AGAIN, OR RECOMMEND THEM!!!

I went in with a noise and they took the time to listen to me and the truck. They could not hear the noise in the muffler area and stayed with diagnosing until they found a rock under the heat shield. So honest and straightforward. I will go back when we do have an actual muffler issue.

Pretty disappointed I am restoring a old broncp and took it there for a new exhuast after installing an new engine. Sounded good but when I got it home and climbed underneath to look I noticed they used all the old hangers, just welded to the old ones. Then the chrome tip half of it is turning brown because they did not run the pipe all they way to the inside to peevent heat.

I took my challenger R/T in to make my exhaust sound good, instead I came out with a hole in my gas tank and the welder tried telling me it was already their . Funny thing is that the pipe was cut right under the hole hmm what a coincidence... I had to end up paying $900 for repairs and a gas tank. I then went to RAD exhaust in Kennewick much better service and they actually made my car sound good.

I took in my 91 mr2 for exhaust work and got left with a leak that got worse by the time at first it wasn t noticeable maybe the welds weren t good enough? But the guy didn't even bother giving me part work and was unprofessional
