This town just makes you feel like you are in a movie. Serene, small, cozy... we absolutely adored it. So many great things to see and do. Our puppy loved it too!

I m a winter beach girl so I ve never been to Seabrook in the summer, but I would imagine the place is chaotic when every house is full. In the winter, it s quiet and calm and feels like the whole lil town is yours. The beach is blustery and a little spooky. The fires are warm and the blankets are cozy. Love it!Speaking of fire, shout out to the concierge, Jeff, for being the MVP of our weekend. We wanted to have a fire but the cottage only had big pieces of wood- so I asked the concierge where we could get an axe or some kindling. He responded 30 minutes later and said It s on the way! and within minutes, someone dropped a bundle of wood and a bundle of kindling on our porch. Wow!I ve stayed in a few houses over the years that I would recommend including: Ruff Seas (the sun room! the location on the greenbelt!), Big Fish (the privacy!), Latitude Adjustment (the ocean views!), and most recently Cedarbrook Cottage (the cedar spa! the kitchen!)My only big critique is that I was unimpressed with the dog park- for how much care is put into all the other parts of Seabrook, the dog park is a hot mess.

We had a lovely getaway in seabrook for an affordable price! We stayed in the Seaglass Tumbler and found it perfect for 5 couples and 5 kids! Everything was close by, including the beach trail, the swimming pool, restaurants and the arcade! We also appreciated that lake checkout was available!

One of my favorite places to vacation! The staff are always friendly and helpful. We had issues getting into the house when we first arrived and maintenance showed up in less than 5 minutes to help fix the problem! Have only gone in early spring, this year looking forward to going in the summer as well!

We called because the thermostat in the house we were renting was broken and flashing an error message. Fortunately, there were gas logs we could turn on because it was getting cold as evening approached. We also could not lock the front door from the outside. I called, but no one answered, so I left a message. After an hour, I just went to the rental office in town and told them in person. They were nice, and someone came to the house to check it out. The front door was apparently not lining up correctly for the lock to work, but after he hit the side of it with a hammer, it was ok. So maybe it just came loose or something. He was nice, but the thermostat never got fixed. When we were leaving, all packed up and literally just about to head home, a dog without a collar came up to the porch and was pawing at the door to go inside. We waited around for someone, thinking surely they would come looking for their dog, but we were in a hurry, needing to get back to Seattle by a certain time. So after about ten minutes, we called the safety officer number that was in the guide book to see if they would come get the dog. It did not act like a stray and was probably a pet. The safety officer was rude and just seemed like we were bothering him, but the alternative would have been just to leave the dog there, which we did not want to do. After some convincing, he finally said he would come check it out. Luckily, I heard someone shouting a name down the street and assumed correctly that it was the owner looking for the dog. I called out, "over here!" They came around a corner, and I waved, and all was well in the end. We called the safety officer back and told him the dog was claimed, but I got the impression the safety officer was not going to do anything about it. So, if you bring your dog, just keep that in mind.

We just spent 4 days in rental #74 it s a shore thing Don t waste your money.Home is in need of some serious maintenance. Walls are damaged and in need of new paint, carpets upstairs are stained and need to be replaced. None of the windows have screens on them, and the heating system is inconsistent. The home was dirty when we checked in, kitchen faucet was falling apart, door under the kitchen sink was falling off, coffee table is so rocky you can barely put a drink on it. House also had a weird smell that wouldn t go away. We left it in better condition than what it was when we walked in. There is ZERO storage in this unit. Not one closet to use. For a house with outdoor amenities and beach access what were we supposed to do with all of our stuff? The only storage in the bedroom was a set of drawers that were filled with linens. Had to live out of my suitcase. The wifi stopped working on our last full day there. The concierge and maintenance were unable to help us. I had to fix it myself after hours of research and had to manually upgrade the firmware. Overpriced for the lack of amenities. Multiple bugs in the house, terrible options for linens and pillows. Master bedroom has the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hot tub was dirty. Kitchen was only stocked with the bare essentials, it was barely usable. Outdoor space was run down and in need of serious maintenance. Entire backyard was dirt. No place to sit or hang out in the beautiful weather. The town it self is still under heavy construction with very little open. A few restaurants with okay food but are so small there was huge wait times. It was average at best. Not as advertised.I was really excited about visiting seabrook and it possibly being a future destination for trips with family and friends; but now I m not sure if we will come back.

TL;DRSeabrook is picturesque small town beach feel, but our home was missing window screens, and lacked ceiling fans to stay cool during warm sunny days (and stuffy nights). Shops were closed mid-week during peak Summer.---We stayed at the Goldfinch for four days and we enjoyed it. We were near a trail that we would regularly take to the beach, which was nice. It ends up further away from the main beach access, less people, which we liked. The house was cute and quaint down a quiet street. I'm not sure if the nearby houses are occupied by locals but I was surprised how quiet it was for the amount of people we would regularly see in town. The reasoning for 3 stars is our home, it lacked air conditioning, which is fine, you're near the beach, good airflow to cool down, only our home as well as many others, lack window screens. So if you open windows to let the air flow, you then need to worry about bugs. Not ideal. If you lack window screens, the next logical step would be a house that is equipped with some sort of ceiling fans, this was not the case. Also, several establishments weren't open during the week, which is fine during off-peak but we stayed there in August, peak Summer. Seabrook has a lot of potential but this far along, I can't believe it's lacking basic vacation home necessities. For the amount we paid over four days, you shouldn't be making compromises in comfort.

Never had the pleasure to stay there, but I've visited a few of their stores and done sub-contracter work through them. Everyone there is super friendly! I'm only a temp and always treated like an equal! Always a pleasure when my jobs take me there. I'm working for Gerald through express right now and he's a pleasure to work for.

Had a great stay. Our townhouse was beautiful and well equipped. Negative...description should indicate whether a home has basic cable instead of saying cable. Last place we stayed in here had every channel ... this place only Seattle local stations. We had looked forward to watching some sports but couldn t. For the rates they charge all homes here should offer a better TV package. So if you rent here and that is important to you make sure you ask. Other disappointment we couldn t use the small balcony because it was in dire need of a power wash. The railing and deck were filthy. Shocking since the inside of home was beautifully maintained. It will be nice when the new grocery store, pub and other businesses open. We lucked out with beautiful weather. Not much to do if it is raining.

Stayed at snow falling on cedars. Loved it. Beautiful rooms, lots of amenities. Needed a few more cooking/baking dishes but overall great to work in. The house was above and beyond kid friendly with activities leaving the kids not wanting to leave. The town is wonderful to explore. Beautiful. Too much to get done in one weekend. Can't wait to try another house for a new experience as so for they all have been wonderful.

The house we stayed at is lovely. Lea and Sydney with reservations and the front desk (rentals) were extremely professional and an asset to the community. The overall experience was a bust though.I won the trip to Seabrook via a radio station contest and paid extra for a larger home so we could take our mom and family. We were assured the gift cards and other prizes that came with the prize package would be in the house upon arrival. Nothing was in the house so I contacted reservations and they were out. I reached out the next day and no one knew anything about them. I was called after we left and an insulated tote with coupons were out at the front desk but the gift cards to be used while we had our Seabrook experience were still missing.I was told to contact Lily Marsh and left several messages with no response.Seabrook does not honor promotions the give our on local radio stations. Our mom was so looking forward to her "shopping spree" and unfortunately that did not happen due to the lack of follow through by Seabrook marketing

Great place, stayed there several times, but 5PM check in is pretty late to charge a full day for... 3 PM is normal and yes the 2 hours makes a difference.

The house my family stayed in was beautiful with a great view and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The available pool was not near our house, but the fire place and heaters on the back deck made watching the sun go down on the beach a pleasure. The town itself does not currently have a ton of activities to do, but it is great to walk around and be closer to the beach in this small, quiet community.

Great place to stay if you know some tips. I ve stayed 6 times, some with family and some solo. Here s what I ve learned that helps make my stays better.Watch for off season deals. I ve gotten big discounts for booking in late fall and early winter. Take time to compare lodgings- not all cottages are great for young kids or people with mobility issues. Most listings have info about toys/games/movies and they all have pictures and floor plans to show the amount of stairs and what the entrance to the house looks like.Take note that not all the stores are open 7 days. Pack accordingly. The general store can be pricey, save it for forgotten items. If you are coming from the south, you can stop at the Safeway in Aberdeen for groceries and save $.Yes, having a beach across the street is awesome and I see plenty of people walking their kids over. But beware- the long stairway to the beach is kind of rickety and definitely not fun for small children and toting gear. There is a great beach just a few miles south on the highway called Roosevelt beach where you can park right on the beach. So much easier and a very short drive.Overall I ve had great stays here and found the office staff to be attentive and responsive on the rare occasion I needed something or had an issue.

We had a fantastic visit to Seabrook and love this little pet friendly Beach town! I enjoyed all of the little touches and variety of amenities that were part of the community. One of the trip's highlights was our wonderful experience at the 'Imagine That' pottery studio. We thoroughly enjoyed the friendly owner, Shelly Meadows, the organized supplies, relaxing atmosphere and quick turnaround time (our pieces were ready the next day and turned out even better than expected!).My next favorite experience was the amazing pizza at Frontager's Pizza. I'm unable to eat gluten, dairy and eggs, which they were able to accommodate in the most delicious way that made both my mouth and stomach happy!I will definitely be coming back and recommend this quaint little Beach town for a fun family get away!

Our family has been to Seabrook a lot and we have stayed in a different house each time. We LOVE this town and the beach, it's a great getaway that is absolutely beautiful! What more could you want, hiking, swimming, horse back riding, beach walking, biking, pottery, shopping, and eating out. Our first stay is when they only had the Mill 109 restaurant and when we arrived we had their yummy clam chowder. So our tradition continued from that moment forward to enjoy clam chowder at the Mill 109 upon arrival at Seabrook, the dreamy little town off the coast of Washington state.

Great place to get away from Seattle and hit the beach. We've been coming back for many years and it's great to see the town expanding. Just leave early in the day to avoid traffic in Fife and Lakewood! The beach is easy to access with a stroller (bob) and the amenities in town make for easy meals and outings.

I am stunned by some of the reviews. This little town is on top of a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean...it has its own little grocery market and stores. IT is a growing village that reminds me of a small New England town. All of the homes are beautiful and charming and I have been there several times with friends on weekend trips. I would love to go some time during Thanksgiving or Christmas. I love it and have always had a wonderful experience. I would live there if I could. I love the small town feel and the little bistro on the corner....just love it!

I am here now, for 8 days. I left peaceful , quiet Bainbridge Island, to come here for an ocean vacation. This place is a giant construction zone, and the home I rented is right in the middle of it. I made a couple of calls to complain, and It s day three and quieter. It's very beautiful here and the beach and trails to the beach are spectacular. My advice would be to call and make your reservation, specifically asking for a place where there is no construction going on and there won't be any during your stay. One more tip..bring all the food, spices , veges etc you plan to use in your cooking. The very small grocery store has limited supplies.

The amenities and service for our stay in Seabrook were incredible. Everyone in the office was so helpful with everything from booking to check out and everything in between. Was evident they genuinely cared about our experience. Would recommend using them for any of your vacation rental needs in the Seabrook area.

The place had lots of what you need to make the weekend work. The store has the things you forgot to pack. The pizza place is great for the night you don't want to cook. The bar is fun for a drink and a light lunch. A walk down to the beach is a great destination where you can make time quickly disappear

This place is great! We are staying at the Eagle's Nest and couldn't be happier. The little town is amazing and has all the things you could want for a weekend getaway. The beach is fun and easy to access. So much to do in this great town.

This place is creepy. Rentals are extremely overpriced and close together and cookie cutter. They tried really hard to make a beach down but it falls short. There are only a few restaurants in town to choose from. The bakery in town is not very good but the wine bar and pizza place were good. The Mexican place was good but average for a Mexican restaurant. The closest grocery store (except for the tiny store they have in town) is 30 minutes away.We also had a walking tour on Saturday with the town founder, Casey booked for over a week. We were contacted the day before and were told it was being cancelled because the founder was out of town. Instead, we could come in and meet with Megan for a condensed tour. Megan was in her early 20 s and she gave a two minute overview town and seemed annoyed we were there. I won t be going back and suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

The house we rented was awesome (Ocean Shadow)! Such a beautiful, fun, safe location to vacation with my children. Sitting outside, listening to the ocean at night, with my wife, was my favorite part. We spent a week there, left three days ago and miss it so much already. (Only caution was Mill 109 restaurant... high prices but mediocre food and service.)

Outstanding weekend. Great place to stay and relax, enjoy the beach and family. Our third time at Seabrook and we will come back. Clean houses, cute neighborhoods and all stores and events within walking distance. It's a bit pricey so look for specials or split the cost with others.

What a great experience! Took my wife and friends here for my wife's birthday weekend. It reminds me of Pleasantville as the homes and community are setup in such a way that you almost feel like you are stepping back in time to a time that was slower paced and you can just enjoy. Wine tasting, great food, and lots of places for families what could be better!

My wife and I stayed at The Strand and were spoiled by the world class views and amenities. The two outdoor decks featured a private fireplace, hot tub, grill, and comfortable m seating for a large dinner party and relaxing evening around the fire. When the weather turned cold, the indoor fireplace, spacious kitchen, and Sonos sound system made for great atmosphere. Decorated with coastal beach style the path for a 4 minute walk to the beach was just outside the front door. We wish we could have stayed longer!
