I had my vehicle towed to Ken s because it was having trouble shifting.I left my vehicle and they begin working on it....they replaced the clutch.When I came to pick up my vehicle, it still had trouble shifting. When I asked them why it wasn t fixed, they told me the clutch wasn t the problem and it was fine, but they had replaced it...they charged me $1326 to replace a clutch that they admitted they knew was perfectly fine. Why didn t they call me before replacing the clutch?I had my car towed to another mechanic and it was correctly diagnosed. It was the transmission. I went to ask Ken and Brandon for details on why they chose to replace a perfectly good clutch. I had three simple questions and Ken and Brandon became argumentative. Ken used profanity and became physically violent. It escalated to such a point that I felt in danger and called the police.I cannot recommend Ken s Automotive shop to anyone. From beginning to end this was a terrible experience. Also, if you were a woman they will definitely try to take it vantage of that fact, and either overcharge you or intimidate you. I m honestly shocked this place is still in business.

Unprofessional, picked up a truck my inlaw brought in, to have a spark plug removed and rethreaded, charged $530 and didn't even change the other spark plugs out. Only not did I get overcharged but when I went to pick up the truck I was missing a cat converter from my truck and they said they were not gonna do anything about it.

Good people doing good work for a good price. When my car died across town, Ken and Brandon stopped what they were doing and went out of their way to help me get my car to the shop. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. They were knowledgeable and friendly, and what I appreciated most was how they went above and beyond to help a stranded traveler!

I ve been coming to Ken s for decades. Always professional, and willing to go the extra mile. The guys are great, and very accommodating. I ve had zero issues with any work they ve done. Really nice family run auto shop. Very expensive too. Put my wire plugs on wrong, but fixed my distributor problem. It is a very difficult spot to get into so I understand why labor costs were excessive, but the cost of parts were three times more then market value. I was in a hard spot so they did help me get back on the road. Thank you for that. I just wish everything would have been put back together right. 4 out of 5. 5 out of 5 for how good of people they are.

While getting a filling done my husband called and asked if they could get us in cuz the radiator was acting up and we had to travel back to Ritzville. When we got there they had us pull right in. They called around found a radiator and installed it for a very reasonable price. He did very thorough work and the lady in the office ( I think she was his wife) was as sweet as she could be! Thank you guys so much for helping us out!

I've used Ken's auto in the past this time I had them replace water pump on my 96 dodge I was quoted $500 to 650 because I would need a timing chain cover gasket...I dropped it off on a Sunday to be worked on Monday..Ithey didn't get to it until Friday of that week and charged me $1100 really unhappy

Ken was an absolute savior when we were on the road from Pullman to Seattle. Our vehicle started overheating without warning and we were lucky to make it to Othello. After driving up to his shop without warning he was willing to stop everything on a Friday evening and replace our thermostat, which ended up being the problem. We could not be more appreciative of this friendly mechanic for putting us back on the road.

Overcharges for everything. Poor customer service. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to another place in Othello. If you take it Ken's, just plan on getting overcharged at a minimum.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine tuning, BrakesServices: Exhaust, Auto engine tuning, Brakes

Motor home blew a water hose headed to the lake. After trying 3 other places with no help in Othello, this place got it fixed the same day at a reasonable price. Nice pleasant staff.
