Terrible customer service. The manager came out in said. What instead of asking? How may I help you? They don't know anything about whether talking about. They tell you they have something that they. Don't they make you pull a battery out of a motorcycle just to check to see if they have it. And then they can't even find that the bike exists. I would recommend never going to the autozone in Othello. Washington.

Due to living out of town I tried calling to see if they had a part I need in stock. I had to call 2 separate times, both times I called I was put on hold for OVER 25 minutes !!! Got frustrated called O Reillys and was helped immediately do better please

Bad customer service on 09/29/2020 i got refused to purchase a car battery, because the person that ringed me up was the manager and she made a big deal that I parked to close to her car which wasn't my intention I was just trying to purchase a battery real quick because I was in a rush i was only there for less than 5 minutes. She just told me to leave and to go get a battery somewhere else. THIS AUTOZONE NEEDS A BETTER MANAGER THAT KNOWS HOW TO HANDLE THINGS BETTER

Great help always are happy and eager to help even ona Monday they show no animosity towards customers had an incident were I had asked for the wrong part and had no receipt but there computer system allowed them to look me up and refund me..in turn I ordered the right part from them and we stayed golden ponyboy..

Auto zone says they re open till 8pm. I show up 10 min before 8pm and the sign says open, yet they have the doors locked and they make eye contact with me and say they re closed It s your job to help till 8pm not 10 min less..then i don t see what s the point of having the schedule saying it s open till 8pm if they re going to help you till 8 horrible customer service .

They would go and put the oil in my car. Now that the manager is a female and they have hired another female working in there, they must figure all females that come in can put oil in their own vehicle. I loved it when they would put oil in my car.

They gave me the wrong part and didnt offer me any oprions, just gave me filter and rang it up. Had to return. They were in to much of a hurry to ask questions to get right part and I was only customer.

Not very knowable gave me the wrong gasket and filter for my k5 transmission. When I un bolted and drained fluid gasket didn't match and filter was way different the one they had listed for my transmission was for a th400 not a th350
