They opened their shop after hours just so I could bring my car down immediately after the accident. It was pouring rain and Mallory was out there taking photos so she could get the estimate started so I can get my car back quickly.

Was rear ended in a hit and run collision 11/20/21. Took my car up at 430p on 11/22. Last message I received was 12/3 saying Nissan dealership is not giving them the info they need and nothing after. I m new to town and was hoping they d be a great fit but I guess they re way too busy for an auto claim.
