Top notch dealership! The staff is professional, they are honest and knowledgeable and it doesn t stop after the sale is completed. The service we have received after the sale has been outstanding. The staff at Sunrise RV truly strive to provide a world class service for their customers. We will be doing business with them for many years to come and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Was an amazing experience with very informed staff that gave us a great price for both the new trailer and our trade in. I am a Jeep guy and I drive a long way to a dealer I know and trust, I now have an RV place too. I highly recommend Sunrise RVs.

Dave is awesome. He answered all of my questions via email and cell, went above and beyond to help me get the info I needed, and made the purchase quick and simple.Dave had all of our paperwork ready to go when we arrived, helped us get everything we wanted, and got us out of there in less than an hour.I absolutely would make the 4 hour drive to visit Dave at Sunrise over and over again.

Rylan was our sale person, he was absolutely great. Best experience we have ever had purchasing from dealer. Rylan did a great job communicating throughout the purchase, he was straightforward, and honest. We purchased the RV out of state, and they got it delivered to us in just over a week! Highly Recommend!

Very friendly customer service. I have a family of four and sunrise RV had helped us find the perfect RV to fit us comfortably. They know how to gauge the trailer size to the truck that s pulling it. Also give you great tips on what accessories will help with a smoother pull. They had time to go over our travel needs and which would be great for us. Thank you sunrise RV we enjoy our home away from home.

Was the best experience looking at RVs. Michael was very patient and helped us think through all of our different camping needs. We ended up going to look 4 different times and sit in different ones, asking questions, thinking about different types of camping trips and Michael was able to help us make the best choice for our family. This place was the best place to buy a Trailer. No hassle, straight forward, and honest people. We been in the market for a while. looked at a few places in Spokane and even almost bought one but the place was dishonest and wouldn't honor the price they original gave us. They was busy with appointments and we just showed up so the awesome sales guy gave us his key and said look at what ever you want and he will be back to answer questions. We found the one we wanted told him what we wanted it for and they made it happen. They even agreed to deliver it or help us set up the truck to tow it our self. Great place and service. Thanks

Sunrise took our Motor Home on consignment and did an excellent job of presenting the unit. The RV sold in a very short time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend them highly! We look forward to working with Sunrise RV when we're ready for our next RV!

Charlie was horrible. Never calls back. Shouldn t have bought from him. Told me there would be two batteries. Only got one. There was three in it when I looked at it. Told me nothing was wrong with it. So far the generator gets hot and shuts off. The fueling station leaks. I gave them a chance to work on it and nothing was resolved. I went to pick it up after they worked on it. And my unit was dead. Thought oh no big deal I will plug my truck into it and be able to use the tongue jack. But that didn t even work. Turned out someone had unhooked the charge line underneath the trailer. And to top it off first thing Charlie told is that my Polaris ranger would fit in the toy hauler. It doesn t! I removed the roof so it was stock height and even one of the rear beds. And it still doesn t fit. Worst buying experience of my life. Charlie is the guy that gives salesmen a bad name!I called like I was asked. Nothing was resolved!!

Great friendly staff! We drove over from western Washington, not thinking we would actually buy a RV, but we did! Good no BS deal! I had one concern and they remedied it and we were able to seal the deal. Can't wait to go back and pickup the unit! Thank you for being friendly and making the whole buying experience easy.

Definitely a late review! BUT we love our pop up tent camper we got from Charlie!!! He never once pushed us to get the big campers. He got us the best deal!!! We can't thank Charlie enough!!! Camping has been awesome and way easier! All the guys here are wonderful to talk to!

Had a great experience here. We have an older trailer with a few issues needing work. Due to the age of the trailer and the various fixes that have been rigged up over the years some of the repairs were not straightforward. They took the time to do it right, communicated with us about options, and did it all for a very fair price. Jason took the time to explain the work that had been done, offered to help us hook it up, and was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Charlie was great!!We have been visiting Sunrise for about a year and half looking for the perfect travel trailer. Charlie worked us a great deal to put a brand new 2019 Keystone Premier in our price range.I highly recommend Sunrise Rv

Wonderful, helpful dealership! We went to see a couple of toy haulers that we had seen online, looked at a used toy hauler that had just come in--weren't sure. Visited 3 or 4 other dealerships, looking at lots of units. No other dealers were as helpful and informative as Sunrise RV's. Tyrel was so helpful with all our questions (we are first time camper buyers) and so patient. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, we were able to do all the paperwork from home, and we will just go pick up our camper in a couple of days! It was so easy! Sunrise RV's even arranged financing for us at a very reasonable rate! They are open to answer questions with no sales pressure at all. Thank you, thank you!

My wife and I went in with plans to browse all the amazing campers Sunrise RVs has to offer, with low expectations of actually taking one home. I say low expectations because our credit wasn't exactly salesman friendly! Charlie Breshears had EARNED our trust a few years prior as he was the man who sold us our pickup, so naturally he wanted to make something happen for us. Anyone can run your credit, decide if you're worth it, sign some paperwork and send you on your way but Charlie truly put in overtime to get us into a top of the line camper. He treated us like friends the first time we did business with him and he treated us like family when we came back for more. Glad to stay local, and even if you're not from the valley they'll make you feel at home! Excellent team of guys to buy not only campers but vehicles and utvs from!

After much research of what I wanted and a very bad experience at one of those "big city" dealers I came to Sunrise RV. Charlie and the entire staff at Sunrise are first class!! Friendly. Knowledgeable. Fun. No pressure. Professional. New trailer and new friends found at Sunrise RV!

Tyrell and johani are the best to deal with they worked really hard to get me the best deal I could get it made me a happy customer that's why the five-star review they are good at customer service and if they don't know anything they will find out great to work with him great to do business with if you are looking for an RV please go visit these guys.

Great group of guys and even better service!I just recently purchased a truck from these guys and got it for a steal! Anything you need from mini vans, trucks, UTV and marine vehicles to flatbed trucks and RV's they have it all. Shop here and you won't regret it!

I bought a used RV from Charlie breshears for me and my terminally ill boyfriend and Charlie said everything worked but nothing worked except the ac. There was leaks under both sinks, the hot water has froze at one point in time and doesn't work, the house heater doest work, it is full of mold and I'm highly allergic to mold and my boyfriend is getting sick from it and that could kill him instantly and now my voice is gone and my throat hurts and I can't breath from the mold. The slideout motor doesn't work someone tried to wire it straight to the battery, also the slideout leaks inside and everything gets soaked. So when I called the owner all he could say was that he didn't care because they only made $150 on the sale of it. So to everyone out there plz dont buy anything from Sunrise Rvs in omak wa.
