Pedro (Sales agent) and Brad (Finance) are phenomenal and extremely helpful in assisting me buying my Chevy Equinox. I truly appreciate their dedication and professionalism. I would like to share my amazing purchase with Sunrise Chevrolet, First, the salesperson is very nice and friendly his name is William Peralta. He assisted me and give me helpful information about the car I purchase of course, before coming into the dealership do not forget to set an appointment since the store has a lot of customers every day they need to be aware that we are coming. overall experience was great and awesome. Looking forward to purchasing another one in the future.

I stumbled across a great deal on this used 2009 Canyon via Craigslist and decided to text the phone number in the ad. Ruben almost immediately replied and we started a text conversation that ultimately resulted in me buying this amazing rig. Rueben offered to deliver the truck to me in Wenatchee but it was a nice day and I decided to drive the 100 miles to test drive this truck. The entire process was simply the best experience I have ever had buying a car. From Ruben to Brad in finance and even Lance and Brian in the parts department, you totally exceeded my expectations and you have a new customer for years to come.Thanks (and the truck is AWESOME!)

I needed an oil change on my Audi. I reached out to Sunrise and spoke to Rj in the service department. He was able to get my car in the next day ! My drop off (outside of business hours) was super easy (Rj walked me through the whole process before hand) . I was able to pay my balance over the phone before I arrived to make pick up faster ! When I arrived to pick up my car , it was parked out front , super clean (which I didn t expect) and when I walked into the service department I was greeted by 3 diff employees! I appreciate the 5+ star customer service I received !!! Thank you Rj and Sunrise team !

I live in Bellingham and chose to buy in Omak due to my sisters recommendation (She purchase her vehicle from Dave at Sunrise). Dave s customer service was stellar. He was patient with my million questions and unique situation. He teamed up with my sis and was able to find me the perfect car. Dave, Brad, Jeff and Barb all took amazing care of me. My sister was looking for a new to her car. I had a great experience with them buying my car. I recommended Dave. My sister lives in Bellingham. Dave was able to work with her. Answer all her question. Make things very streamline and easy. The team at Sunrise. Dave, Brad, Jeff and Barb teamed up to ensure my sister got the right car, great service and she was very excited about her new ride. From Omak to Bellingham. It shows you can buy a car from a great distance and have an even greater experience. I would recommend this team of people to anyone that is looking for a car new or used. Sunrise kept me informed of changes in my scheduled 50.000 miles service. I really appreciated the up dates. They did all did all my service in a timely manner. I was without my vehicle for only a few hours. I am very happy with the service they provide. I would recommend Sunrise for all GM service

We just bought our first brand new car!! Scary, I know! But Ruben was awesome to work with and he made sure we got every rebate and deal possible! Trying to find insurance was super easy with them too. They have a 24/7 insurance line that got me the best deal possible. Thank you again Ruben and all who helped!

My buying experience with Ruben Sacido at Sunrise was excellent. Ruben was easy to communicate with, via phone, text, messenger and always available. He was honest in his assessment of the vehicle I was interested in and gave me a great price! Ruben even delivered my new car to my home, no obligation, no extra fees, a 5 hr drive. Only way to by a car and only salesman to buy it from!!

We bought a truck, it ended up having a salvage title. They were good enough to take it back and make it right. We picked another truck, but it needed a few modifications- one of which it needed a box bed. It took them 4+ months and a letter to the owner before we got one put on. We purchased this truck back in July and now 7 months later, all the modifications we needed and they promised are complete.Great place if you don't need anything done to the vehicle. We won't go back.

I just bought my first car from Sunrise, and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone that helped me was friendly and made sure I understood exactly what was going on through the whole experience. No flashy or pushy salesmen, no overwhelming hassle of a "dealership". The salesman that helped me was Shaun Darrow, and I also worked with their finance manager Brad Ayers. I highly recommend buying from Sunrise, and if you can ask for Shaun.

My recent purchase at Sunrise Chevrolet was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. Dave (Sales) and Brad (Finance) were awesome. They gave me a great deal and made buying a truck a quick, easy experience. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in and even had the truck delivered 9 hours away for no extra cost. I would 10/10 recommend Sunrise Chevy to anyone looking to buy a new/used car or truck.

We recently bought a RV/camper trailer from these guys. Ruben was great! Answered all my questions (there were a lot), and even delivered it to our house (hours away) THAT NIGHT. Could not be happier with the customer service we received. We will definitely be using these guys for future purchases.

Reuben was a great salesman. I purchased my new Vehicle via over the internet (first time for me..which was very scary...I'm old school). This was a very smooth and painless transaction. He delivered it to me, which I live 4 hours away, and I I test drove it...It was everything he said it was and I love my new Jeep!! THANKS REUBEN! :)

Was a great experience and a pretty quick process. Went above and beyond to get my first payment where we wanted it to start. Also got the payment amount I wanted as well as the percentage rate. Ryan our sales man and brad the financial person were very nice and extremely helpful. Would buy from them again.

This review is regarding their repair department. Don't go!Took my car in one morning to fix the A/C. Was told they'd call me back in the afternoon. Didn't receive the call. I called next day and was informed it was ready. I picked it up, drove it 2 miles, and realized it didn't work. Took it back immediately. Waited another few days as was informed needed to order a part. Called them a week later. Was informed it was ready. I picked it up, drove it 2 miles, and realized it didn't work. Took it back immediately. They looked at it again for free and offered free repair but not parts. Got the call it was ready. Drove it 5 miles and realized it didn't work. Went back next day and demanded refund. One of the mechanics came out and started arguing with me that they'd done their work (here I thought it was to fix the A/C). He admitted that on the last repair he hadn't even drove it 5 miles for test drive. Kept arguing with me, so I left without refunding. Will never return, and later heard from family their horrible experiences with the people there.

I just purchased a truck with Sunrise Chevy and the transaction was flawless. I dealt with Ruben in the sales department and he had great customer service, he delivered the truck over 200 miles to me for free. I highly recommend Sunrise Chevy!

Recently traded in our higher mileage Yukon for a low mile Tahoe. Sunrise crew made the process very simple, and offered a more than fair trade in value. And our lender commented that our purchase price was below book. All around happy with result.

Usually I think car dealers are terrible but if you go to Pedro he is amazing and super honest. I highly recommend him at sunrise. Never been more happy and have three amazing cars all cus of him.

I found my truck through a craigslist ad and sent a text ruben, he got back to me super fast. Ruben helped me with all the questions i had and then helped me with financing through my local credit union. When i contacted my bank they offered me 7% interest, ruben was able to get a 4.7% rate through my same bank. I didn't have to make a call or get called to get approved it was awesome.So the same day i contacted him it was 12 hours and over 400 miles later the truck was at my door. He was super nice and I would totally recommend them for a car or truck purchase. it blew my mind that i wanted to buy, approved and delivered the truck same day.Travis
