Every time I have needed a part for my car or R.V. I know I can count on O'Reilly Auto Parts.Needing a fuse for my R.v. I took it to R.V. place that should have had no problem looking up the fuse I needed but I never got far. I desired to go to O'Reilly and ask the guy working there if he could figure it out and it was no problem he found the info and grabbed the fuse just like that. They really do know there stuff. Friendly and knowledgable. Store is clean and shelves have no empty spaces . Every product is in the right place and in order. Duane Gilge was the employee who had no problem on r.v. fuse. That's the one out of many reasons I depend on OReillys employees. If i could put all I really wanted in this review, you would be reading till next week. Thank you to Omak Washington's O'Reilly Auto Part Store wonderful employees. My R.v. also saysthx too.

Always fun to be talked to like an idiot by a "mechanic" (no you're not, you're a parts store counter person) that a part doesn't exist that you're literally holding in your hands.Try being less rude

4-25-23 Well I guess you could say this is my go to place for car parts. Never had a problem except that it seems a bunch of my parts bought at one of the stores never made it into the computer so now I have to dig through my receipts to find one for a faulty fuel filter. Other than that they've always had my parts and no returns have had to be made previously.

I don't like going to this place anymore sold me the wrong gasket wrong thermostat wrong radiator and I'm complaining about the radiator they told me to go to Jerry's so I went to Jerry's and I got the right radiator this is not the right place for me I'm not going back worse shopping experience ever wrong parts all the time

Always a chill place to visit with guys who are always willing to help you out. If they can't find a solid answer they will get someone who will. If they don't have a part for your rig, they will order it on a timely manner. Twice this month I needed parts, total I had to only wait 2 business days. That's one day for each part I requested. Great service.

For me a five star auto parts store is: Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, people. Accurate, quick orders and fair pricing. Omak Orielly has checked those boxes each time so far. And they offer a veterans discount.

I went into the 0mak store on July 4th, early afternoon, I was the only customer, there was 4 employees behind the counter doing nothing, I asked for help in finding a new cellphone charger plug for my car and was told they don't go bad, that it's probably just a fuse, I asked for help with that since I had no idea where to find it or how to check it, and help replacing it if this was the problem, all 4 just looked at each other and laughed, they said to look it up in my car manual, I'm a 71 yr old elderly woman, they use to be helpful, I must have came in on one of thier no help days, I won't be returning again, word of mouth goes a very long way!!!

I was going through some potentially dire mechanical problems in Baker City, Oregon and was going to have to buy some tools to try fix the problem but the helpful and friendly dudes there lent me their tools and were very helpful with diagnostic help too. Big dude with a beard and a shorter dude with a hat. Thanks boys! Made it home and the suv still runs strong!

Problems in the past (usually with other ORileys stores) but these days I'm a dedicated customer. (However, in the summer months, them lines and waits suck!)Had problems getting help at another ORileys in Medical awake area and was extremely frusterated. I complained to an Omak store employee and he talked me through what I needed.Now that's how help should be!

I vote them the most incompetent staff in Omak. The most misleading ,under trained , no knowledge of customer service in our state let alone Omak. Don't give them a chance to steer you wrong because their job is a joke to them. No ethics at ALL!!!

Staff be acting like your bothering them. And they will not call you after ordering a part to let you know its in. Ive ordered multiple parts for my car and never got a call when theyve come in so i just shopped elsewhere. This location is odd...

Very rude workers not wanting to help when i have questions or need help finding something. They all standing around behind the counter doing nothing! Sold me something didnt need and went to take back not used and wouldn't take back barely gave me the time of day when went in. Very disappointed use to be able to go in and get great service ! Will spend my money somewhere else !

We were traveling on I-15 from Arizona to Washington late in the late afternoon when the alternator failed on our 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. A quick call to Scott at the Nephi, UT O Reilly Store, still 80 miles north, confirmed our problem, verified the right part was in stock and offered suggestions to minimize battery loads to help us reach Nephi. When we arrived just before dark Scott had our new alternator ready. I had sufficient tools with me but Scott jumped in to help me change the part in about 15 minutes. Scott s knowledge, skills and genuine desire to get us back on the road quickly saved the day. We were able to continue on to Ogden for the night. I want to add the other employee on duty at that time asked my wife if there was anything she needed during our pit stop. Been a long time since I have received such outstanding service. Thank you

First time I went they quoted me the core charge, not the price of the part. 1 week later they gave me the wrong brake pads and I had to make a 84 mile round trip to return them. I won't be going back.

Always friendly and helpful service. The workers go beyond just getting parts they have also helped install. They have hooked my car up to a diagnostic machine to discover electric problem

Today June 21, 2014 my husband needed some spark plugs for his 1965 Mustang.We live an hour from any stores besides grocery stores. Nick the employee of this store took his time and gave my husband three (3) price points for spark plugs. Nick was polite,courteous,patient and very knowledgeable.

Called, spoke to a guy named Sal. Asked for a certain part. Yep, he had it, a rebuilt one at a low price! Went to pick it up, not only does this price not exist, neither does the part. Lied to me on the phone, lied to my wife in person. Did nothing to rectify the situation. Spend the extra $10 And go to Jerry's or Napa. P.O.S. workers and service.
