I was broken down and not from the area which is scary. They took my car in and made time for it, diagnosed it, and sent me on my way. Communicated often and clearly and price was fair.

I had to get an ignition interlock device put into my car and Joe's Automotive does it. I never had a problem getting my interlock serviced and the service was always friendly. I also ended up getting my air conditioning serviced here and glad I did!!! My air conditioning has been nice and cool ever since. I usually have a real distrust with with automotive places because their work turns out shotty, or the price is astronomical. I didn't have that problem here. It was good work and fair pricing. I would recommend this place to a loved one.

Busy, cold, phone ringing for service..... But they are SO nice, and were very fast and helpful, even suggesting great breakfast just a blocks walk away (Magoo's). They finished ahead of time and continued the great service with help and a genuine smile on the way out.

While on a motorcycle trip we had a charging system problem with one of the bikes. Went in here looking for some help and they were more than happy to help with electrial connectors and tools to do repair. They trusted us to bring tools back and never asked for anything...we left a small donation and went happily on out way. Nice to see there our still some businesses operating with some family values. Thanks to the crew here our trip went on!

I brought them a car to work on in the summer, they were busy with other car projects, and told me it would be a while before they worked on my car. I said OK. When I checked on the progress of my car, they said they had tried to get a hold of me, and couldn't reach me, so my car was towed off the lot, and auctioned at the wrecking yard. I was not reimbursed for my losses. I will not be taking any of my vehicles to Joe's automotive ever again.

Told me several times they'd call me back as a LifeSafer dealer representative & never did. Completely unwilling to work with me on rescheduling or fitting me in as im able to get there, dispassionate towards life's emergencies and rude and snotty on telephone.

Going to a mechanic freaks me out! Always afraid of getting ripped off or taken advantage of. But, every time I ve brought my car to Joes, I ve left feeling thankful and my car running better than when I brought it in!Honest and friendly and just awesome!

He diagnosed and replaced my axle seal affordably and quickly! Will definitely continue to bring my business to this shop. After dealing with so many dishonest mechanics it's nice to find a real professional.

My water pump went out going through to Sedro wolley, these guys were life saving for me. Poor Dave worked his heart out to fix my water pump and hoses. Old thermostat. Thank you Eric and Dave for being there for me.

We were traveling through Omak and our truck needed some serious repairs and Eric not only got us in, but charged us much less than everyone else and everything was done perfectly! Why would you wanna go anywhere else!
