I had a great experience with DR Glass works from beginning to end. The service was fast and they went above and beyond by cleaning the inside of my vehicle out. They were patient when I left them with the wrong key and the price was great. Thank you DR Glass Works

Terrible experience with awful customer service. Don t waste your time with a business that doesn t respect you or your time.I had scheduled a windshield replacement and confirmed the all details of the windshield that was being ordered multiple times. I gave the year, make, model and VIN for my vehicle and it was confirmed over the phone that they had ordered the correct windshield for my car. I called one last time to confirm the details of my appointment three days before because I live in a rural community 2 hours from the business and didn t want to make an unnecessary trip. The administrator assured me that they had ordered the correct windshield. After a long drive, I arrived at the appointment and a few minutes later I was informed bluntly that there was a miscommunication and they ordered the wrong windshield for the model of my vehicle. This was absolutely not a miscommunication but an example of extremely poor coordination on their part. I had communicated clearly and directly with them from the time I had scheduled the appointment, knowing exactly what I needed. There was no apology for the error or for wasting hours of my time and gas. Atrocious customer service.

This family ran and owned business in our little communtiy is of exceptional quality and and professionlism. Rich went above and beyond to install a door in what looked like an expensive and impossible situation. But Rich came through! He retrofitted a beautiful brand new door to fit perfectly in our space at a very reasonable cost. We wouldn t trust anyone else with our glass needs!Service: General door installation

They don t call back I ve been waiting for a quote for two months they came an measured an said they would call me in a week. An I waited two months for them to even come out an measure.Edit: got a call back an a note was put down they had already given me a quote. The guy was nice but I informed him that I was never called. He then told me I should have taken my old windows out before they came out to measure So why wasn t I told that from the beginning?

They had me wait until they were in the area and it was handy for them to swing by and measure. Then when time to purchase they wanted check or cash not credit card, so I had to make a trip down to pay them. When I got there they did not have the amount they needed me to pay. Then when I got home they called me with the amount that I would have to pay them. (meaning another round trip of 90 miles) and added that they would add on the cost of the trip to measure the window. Even though I had originally given them this info. Not dealing with this ever again.Service: Window repair

Ordered a windshield for a 2020 Chevrolet. They took all the information waited two weeks for appointment. Dropped off truck 20 minutes later called and said they ordered the wrong windshield. These people were great: honest, prompt, helpful, and they did exactly what they said they could do. They will come to Clint's (another great place) in Twisp to fix your windshield on Wednesdays. They were not only organized, they were very nice.Five stars for them

Coming from Soap Lake, we got a rock chip coming over the pass & afraid it would grow.Found D&R Glass Works on Google maps with great reviews.Stopped there and found some great folks, who re-arranged their schedule to help us and filled the chip. So greatful for these folks.

The guys did an excellent job...we had about 10 windows replaced and they all look very nice. They were very easy to communicate with and overall just nice people. Highly recommed them!

These guys are amazing. I showed up 2 hrs late and they where able to get me in so that I could still make it to one of my jobs on time. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. And they did a fantastic job on the windshield.

Very friendly and helpful. They squeezed us in to fix a rock chip on our Motorhome as we were traveling through Omak. We are very appreciative for their assistance on short notice!

This company is terrible! I called and asked them to come fix a broken window in the Omak area. They took all my information and said they were two weeks out, which I was totally fine with. I called two weeks later and now they are saying they can't do the job at all! Total waste of my time and energy, thanks for nothing.

Still waiting to pick up my car mirror that needed repaired. When I dropped it off, I was told it would be ready the next day. That was a week ago, and I still haven't heard from them.
