I am a sales manager for a local auto dealer. This is the glass shop we use, we have done lots and lots of business, very fair prices, quality of glass provided is great, and installs are done at the time they say. You can depend on these guys!

I love my new windshield! Friendly service, cute dogs. One thing you should know is that it took our vehicle two hours so we had to wait outside in their little chilling spot. My son and I loved it but if you're not trying to frolic in the dandelions maybe you should have someone pick you up to wait the time out.

Had our windshield repaired some time ago (maybe a couple of years ago?) - no complaints. Fair price and good job done. Called to have side window of pick-up repaired... not such a good job. Discussed on the phone what was needed, sent an email confirmation to them which was responded to with a quote for repair. Unfortunately when we arrived to have the work done, a windshield had been ordered so we had to go home to reschedule - 90 mile round trip. I was not able to speak with the person who had made the mistake so I called later to see if any discount might be possible in recognition of their mistake and my gas expenses. Received an email a few days later with no admission of error, no apology and an increase in price! I guess customer satisfaction is not that important to them. Maybe call the morning of your appointment to make sure the right work will be done and save yourself unnecessary expense!

I would never use this company again. I hired them to install all new windows around my house and was not impressed. There was breakage done in the inside of the window paneling and nothing was going to be done to fix it until I mentioned it to them. There was also gaps on some of the installed windows and it was because they ordered the wrong size windows as they were 1 inch smaller and still installed them. Overall, I was given the option for them to either order the correct size window or fix the inside paneling.They ended up adding framing inside the paneling to fix their error and I did expect a discount for the hassle, but nothing. I was disappointed at my experience for thousands of dollars spent.Service: Installation

We asked to them to fix our business front glass door. After they worked on our front door, they did not communicate that other things needed fixed to have the door work properly, they just fixed one part of the door and billed us. Not a month later, the door shattered due to the hinge of the door not being rebolted in correctly and they told us we never asked them to do that. We asked them to fix our door. Period. They didn t do the job which then resulted in a very expensive fix of replacing the entire door. When we tried to resolve this issue they flat ignored us. Horrible business.

I had my window replaced and it looks great. I was dissapointed with the customer service. The rep I spoke with over the phone was unprofessional and condescending. This place has always been my go to place for my auto glass. Been customers for many years. And my dad was a customer many years before that. They always work really hard to find exactly what you need. And if they cant find it, they always come up with solutions to help solve the problem. Love this place! Love the people!

I just wanted to get a quote on getting windows, for one the office lady was super rude, and then the gentleman that called me back and was even more rude and I just hung up would not recommend

In and out in two hours. windshield looks great. Definitely will use these guys again if I need glass work.
